Make the baseline follow the cheat, and it will be almost impossible for someone to tell what you’re doing.
Idk if it's the same trick, but a trick to pull all the aces out of a deck was one of the very first tricks I learned. It really can be mind-blowing when done by a pro.
Once was told in casino table games training about a magician who got a job as a dealer, and just to entertain the guests he did a quick palming trick with the cut card- nothing nefarious- but was terminated immediately. Casinos do not play!
@@stevenbridges me as well. Kind of shocking that I believe you could actually get away with this in a real setting. The more impossible part is getting the cards. Of course doing it repeatedly you’re bound to be caught
Most casinos discard into card shufflers these days. They'd notice the extra card/mismatch immediately and stop play. It wouldn't take more than a few seconds to check the footage and see whose hand had that card.
Perhaps even more interesting is the stark difference of opinions. The one agent that saw it was absolutely sure that it was completely obvious, whereas the other ones didn't notice at all and were impressed.
Oh boy I would have loved it that there would have been a big twist at the end like Steven had planted a real cheat at the table and revealed at the end that everybody missed his actions 😂
All AP’s know that you can’t use any of these techniques in the casino. For mucking, the dealer will yell at you to only handle the cards with one hand.
@@stevenbridges is a one hand muck theoretically possible - palmed card, check cards, then pickup cards sliding your palmed card between them as you get them, and put down the two good cards keeping a new one palmed? I'm assuming it's near enough impossible even without camera surveillance :)
I think a way to get a more authentic reaction from the security would be to actually pretend you had a real game going and that you are employing them as security to make sure everythings fair ! that way they will be acting as they would in a real life environment !
1. Never wear a black shirt because it contrasts the color of the cards making it more difficult to conceal the cards. 2. After placing the ace and when retracting your hand with the non-ace card, do not immediately go to your lap. Try placing the card-holding hand under your armpit or on the opposing side's elbow.
Right after the first switch, you moved back quite a bit. Big and rapid motion catches the eyes attention. :) And maybe wearing longer sleeves would help too, as brightness also pulls more focus. I bet if you watch this in fast forward, you would move a lot more than the others. From above the face is not visible, but if they saw the cameras from the front, I'd say you had quite the serious face compared to other players :) Making it seem casual is probably the toughest part. Fun series. Hope you can convince a casino to try this for real - to test their security.. ;D
I wonder if there is a way where you and a group of people could get an agreement with a casino/management where you "test" the surveillance without playing for money. Just to see if they could actually catch you.
Like penetration testing for casinos? That would make a cool video, but I don't like the idea of helping casinos improve their security, they already take advantage of people so much
My buddies used to ask me to play poker with them. I always responded "How about you kick me in the balls and take my money and save us both some time".
I know nothing about blackjack, but it seems they should make everybody keep both hands on/over the table so they can’t retrieve cards from pockets, etc. If players had to keep both palms down on the felt during play except for looking at their cards with one hand only, it would seem to solve a lot of problems. Need to reach beneath the table more or less than you need/want to play? Player’s choice. But - as I said - I don’t know what I’m talking about. 🤷🏼♂️🙂
Reminder that you should NEVER, try any of these techniques in a casino! This video is purely a fun challenge - I would never, ever attempt any of this for real.

Perhaps even more interesting is the stark difference of opinions. The one agent that saw it was absolutely sure that it was completely obvious, whereas the other ones didn't notice at all and were impressed.
Thanks for the tips! I'll go give this a shot now!
Please dont 😂
steven teaching security guards new tricks to watch out for that would be a cool job
Takes a crook to catch a crook sometimes! Like hiring a hacker to run your network security.
Most casinos don’t allow you to touch the cards at a BJ table anymore
Oh boy I would have loved it that there would have been a big twist at the end like Steven had planted a real cheat at the table and revealed at the end that everybody missed his actions 😂
So the real secret to cheating at cards turns out to be surrounding yourself with people who look even more suspicious than you
Man i love your videos keep up the good job
Glad you like them!
What an awesome idea for a series
Thanks! Glad you're enjoying it 🙂
One more ep then back to our not-so-regularly scheduled programming
I'm gonna keep my hands under the table for now on, just to throw surveillance. lol
Steven I still haven't missed one the s streak will not stop
🔥 🔥 🔥
10:33 Interesting 😅 Was wondering if there were 3 Cards 🃏 for a moment
3:10 @CardMagicByJason Prank ‘em John.
Round 2 … Fight 🥊🥊 😂
Notice ppl are always talking about what the dealer is doing, because the dealers are usually the ones facilitating
All AP’s know that you can’t use any of these techniques in the casino. For mucking, the dealer will yell at you to only handle the cards with one hand.
Exactly. This is no longer doable. Back in the 80’s things were less strict
@@stevenbridges is a one hand muck theoretically possible - palmed card, check cards, then pickup cards sliding your palmed card between them as you get them, and put down the two good cards keeping a new one palmed? I'm assuming it's near enough impossible even without camera surveillance :)
@@edwardlane1255 yeah that'd be hard as balls
I think a way to get a more authentic reaction from the security would be to actually pretend you had a real game going and that you are employing them as security to make sure everythings fair ! that way they will be acting as they would in a real life environment !
Yeah would love to try something like this. Has a bunch of legal challenges but we'll take a look.
1. Never wear a black shirt because it contrasts the color of the cards making it more difficult to conceal the cards.
2. After placing the ace and when retracting your hand with the non-ace card, do not immediately go to your lap. Try placing the card-holding hand under your armpit or on the opposing side's elbow.
Good point!
Love your videos mate, please keep it up! Would love to see you counting at crown in Melbourne! Cheers from Australia 🇦🇺
Right after the first switch, you moved back quite a bit. Big and rapid motion catches the eyes attention. :)
And maybe wearing longer sleeves would help too, as brightness also pulls more focus.
I bet if you watch this in fast forward, you would move a lot more than the others.
From above the face is not visible, but if they saw the cameras from the front, I'd say you had quite the serious face compared to other players :)
Making it seem casual is probably the toughest part.
Fun series. Hope you can convince a casino to try this for real - to test their security.. ;D
I really wanted to hear some more of the interview with agent 4 lol
Thanks man. Now I got less chances to make money. People be destroying it for everyone.
Go into your pockets more like counting your money a bunch of times. Would make the card switch less suspicious.
It'd be easy to counter or detect if they just say your hands must remain on the table at all times and cannot wear long sleeves.
Keep it up and you’ll be the next Brian Tudor
This one was fun Steven!
Loved this one! Watched it on Nebula when you uploaded the last.
I just checked, is there no Nebula release for the next one?
It’s on in a couple days 🙂
Imagine using the switch and the chip ones from last video together💰
Very interesting video. Looking forward to more.
Thanks mate! One more in this series
Dude that guy Ben Earl is a beast!
lets gooo episode 2!!
great video. I'm binging these, but I gotta ask: WHY is there a latex glove over the fire detector?? 😂
Love the vids they also put me in a good mood keep up the posts steven
I watch crise ramsay so much back in the day I can always see the flash
I love you content steven!!
Thank you!
I wonder if there is a way where you and a group of people could get an agreement with a casino/management where you "test" the surveillance without playing for money. Just to see if they could actually catch you.
Like penetration testing for casinos? That would make a cool video, but I don't like the idea of helping casinos improve their security, they already take advantage of people so much
@@plasmasupremacy9321 Helping them catch people cheating will help everyone involved, not just help the casino.
My buddies used to ask me to play poker with them. I always responded "How about you kick me in the balls and take my money and save us both some time".
another BANGER
The fake butterfly neck tattoo 😂😂
You mean the dragon fly?
Coal Drops Yard 06:48 - are you local Steven? I live here!
I live in London 🙂
Am I the only one who just has to dance when I hear the theme music?
I compare it to watching Seinfeld and not trying to imitate the slap guitar... 😋
I struggle to smoothly palm in and out with just normal card tricks.... there's noway I could pull it off
Just curious, are you doing another counting series?
In my casino we were only allowed to hold the cards with one hand
Yeah, cheating like this is why that’s a rule
support from Finland!
Do you think casinos would watch this and try to use it as evidence that you’re a known cheater and kick you out?
If they know me they’re kicking me out anyway
At every casino I've ever been to, you aren't allowed to touch the cards
In the US there’s double deck and you can there
I know nothing about blackjack, but it seems they should make everybody keep both hands on/over the table so they can’t retrieve cards from pockets, etc. If players had to keep both palms down on the felt during play except for looking at their cards with one hand only, it would seem to solve a lot of problems. Need to reach beneath the table more or less than you need/want to play? Player’s choice.
But - as I said - I don’t know what I’m talking about. 🤷🏼♂️🙂
Love these videos !!
Great info!
Off to the Casino now to try this stuff out 😂
😂 this comment will be used in a legal case against.
Plz don’t
Better luck next time!
