    She scrub away the TOP layer so easily.was it really 10 mins? I boiled it for 30 mins still do not have the same effect as her.

      It was mentioned during the video that the white layer is easier to remove if the tongue is fresh. If it was frozen, the white layer does not come off as easily. As to the validity of that claim, not sure, but just wanted to share what was said in the dialogue.

      MrStewartzhu clean the tongue when it is hot, cold water is just to wash off small bits

      Not sure because we have never tried. Anyway, the process of scraping off the white layer can be the same. I guess the cooking procedure can be the same. After you trying, please tell me how it tastes. :) Enjoy!

      In german it calls= Rinderzunge in Meeretichsoße.
      In english= Beef tongue in horseradish sauce
      Yes is the right methode like urs,the white layer must be remove after coockin.

    Ni Hao! The first time I had this dish was in Shenzhen and I wasn't sure I would like it.. It was delicious and your zumu prepared it just like the street vendor..
