I've eaten this kind of this dish when I went to Zhongshan and I really loved it. Actually, this kind of green chilli in China is delicious. It is not too spicy and it's a little sweet. The green chilli here in the philippines called "Siling haba" or "Siling pansigang" is so spicy. I wonder where can I buy that kind of chilli.

I am a single white dude and I want to say that that although I wouldn't eat some Asian foods I think Asian cooking is FUN ! Its more healthier. My ALL TIME GO TO SAUCE IS RED THAI CHILI SAUCE. It goes GREAT on almost anything. Red meat not so much but shell fish, fish,pork, chicken.I LOVE breaded clams dipped in the Thai sauce.AWESOME ! Anyway...I truly respect Asian people and their cuisine.I with the USA and China could become friends, not just trading partners.We have a lot to share. We both could learn a lot from becoming friends.Hopefully one day China will have an open society like the west where people can visit without having Government chaperones. It would be cool if ANY American that wanted to start his/her business in China could do so.Does China have American style restaurants like America has Chinese ? Yeah.... I know the history of how Chinese food came to be here in the USA. THEE END.....
sulasno You may need to spend more time to pan-fry the minced pork to well done. And it may case the Chili too soft. So, You may try this with a smaller Chili with less minced pork to shorten the cooking time. :)

I tried the mincer twice and it worked well. Then I mixed all the ingredients using a electric mixer.
