Pork Lengua Asado

- Kainang Pinoy presents Pork Lengua Asado, a twisted version of the popular dish, Lengua Estofado, in which Pork Tongue is used instead of Ox or Beef Tongue and stewed in Asado sauce. Enjoy watching at tara na pong kumain!!! :) See ingredients below:
Ingredients: 2 pcs. Pork Tongue (Approx. 1 kg. Total); For boiling/simmering the tongue: 4 cups of water or just enough to cover the pork tongue inside the pot, 1 Thumb-Sized Ginger, 1 Tbsp cracked peppercorns, 2 pcs. Bay Leaves, 1 Tbsp Salt;
For the Asado Sauce: 1 large onion (sliced), 3 cloves garlic (sliced), 4 Tbsp Olive Oil, 1/4 cup Soy Sauce, 1 can Pineapple Juice as shown, 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar, 2 pcs. Bay Leaves, 3 pcs Star Anise.
Servings: Good for 4

I guess the Spanish word "asado" meaning roasted is lost. I didn't see any roasting.

how long you boil those tongues?
6 hours if normal boiling, 1 hours and 15 mins if in pressure cooker
