The only thing I may replace is with I am going to replace the brown sugar with sukron gold 'brown sugar' sweetener (made with ethriyol), the canola oil with avocado oil....yet everything else looks legit! I see that you make the apples as the sweet part of the cake mostly! THANKS -Silvia

Canola Oil? OMG, with so many healthy options, canola oil is the worse to use on anything. This cake looks delicious, but I'll substitute the oil 😊
