At 62,. I made a foolish mistake and Lost my career job i loved. It was my identity, purpose and my life...... Nobody understands why I'm suffering so badly with depression... im hurt and devastated... i personally, don't know how to live anymore. Im so full of regret... i want what i can't get back... my life, my job... 😕
Understanding this and still feeling like you simply don’t want to go through the process and that you’d rather take your own life..is it cowardice?..is it brave? Every second every morning every day lost in depression is killing me in itself. I know what needs to be done but the pain is greater than any future i can see myself in. I don’t prey that God will help me overcome..i prey he will help me slowly pull the cord and end this suffering
I hope that you've chosen to keep following the song of your life. And stay here. I've felt this way many times, and found a way out every time.. always worth it. I had to give up a lot, or what seemed like a lot, to make it possible for myself to always have a way out of that place. Now it seems like I gave up nothing.
I suppose the only reason I am still here is because I am a coward. Taking your life is a pretty inconsiderate thing to do to those that care about you, Drew. You are way more important than you can understand in a state of mind like this. I am here because I am a healer. Being that person is more important than any of my own considerations. The mind crushing moments are almost unbearable. It is always a good thing to walk through them though. Understanding that is experiential. You have to do it yourself. But you will know in your heart. Yes, I did the right thing. 🕉️💜🙂 Besides that, taking classes from Master Shi Heng Yi is really cool. It will expand your existence in ways that you never dreamed of. You will like being a part of this. Come; go with us.
