We are here to experience life. How we perceive joy or pain is our own perception. We may learn from others but ultimately...we must walk our own path.

These 8 rules by Shi Heng Yi can not be repeated often enough. I think the sentence “The world is not there to fulfil your expectations” is a wonderful revelation. How many do relate to this understanding?! I think most people don’t. I have listened closely tonight and written down everything I need to be conscious of. Thank you, I appreciate every wording.

We’re always taught how to gain more, how to attain more.
How to gain Knowledge, wealth, wisdom, assets, health.
What we aren’t taught is how to let go,
Just like the trees that let their leaves go we need to be able to let go of the things that need to die.
With letting go we finally are able to see we are not the attainable and that’s when we realize life in not linear it is circular and those seasons are going to continue but now there is no fear but love for the experience

When we eat whatever we want, think whatever we want, and do whatever we want, yet lack the discipline to refrain from indulging in things that bring no real benefit, we may ultimately end up living with a soul devoid of true freedom, without even realizing it. Thank you so much Master

One of the best messages from Master Shi Heng Yi. Especially Lession 7: "When you look for something often it is not". I take it as a universal compass to navigate my life. And as I look at my life behind me. And the things that I have experienced, achieved or got, it was never a straight line.

The only way to fight fear is to confront it. If you don't confront fear head-on it will control you. I use to hide behind closed windows and doors, always fearing someone will see what I am doing and complain about it. After Dalai Lama said to me " how can you fear something that hasn't happened yet!" After those wise words, l confronted my fear of people and opened all my windows and allowed people to see the work I was doing, not fearing they would say something to me. Plus I live in a small town of 198 people. I concurred my fear of people by going to Beijing twice. A city of over 28 million. It's the best thing I have ever done to conquer fear.

    • @MrJjjgg
      @MrJjjgg Рік тому +4

Or you accept fear as a emotion of necessity and a natural response of which is relative to all emotions if you allow them to control you , accept the fear and move on you are the master of your mind unless you give you power to the mind and it controls you .. confrontation is a one sided argument that will not always work

Here I am in a seat at a table. But this is not my office infact it's a public restaurant. Now I have time restrictions for example (and strict time restrictions specific to me here) that add difficulty to my task of completing a comment. So first I must keep it simple. Then I must find a point of interest per master's discussion and try to learn in order of my comment. Today I like how creating tension solves tension into relaxation. What a great point to understand and master. I am completely free in order to this point it is my way of thinking. But others can't put two things together in order of creating one new whole on their minds. So at this point I will simply thank Master for putting himself online for me to learn.

I have been to some of the villages in Bihar where the Buddha taught the four noble truths. One of them is Bhatgawan mispronounounced as Bandagawan in the Mahaparinirvana story. Very educative. I do research on how Buddhism disappeared in Bihar. I realized it never disappeared from Bihar. Buddhists simply failed to research Indian Buddhism. They looked at Buddhism through the sphere of their own cultures searching for only the Buddha. Buddha had a myriad of names in different villages according to his teachings there. Example. His favorite teaching was 'Lust and desire causes pain. Remove lust and desire, and pain is removed'. Translated into Bihari (where the Buddha story took place) it is DHUKH HARAN meaning to remove dukha. Three dozen villages pray to DUKH HARAN Baba. Its clear that DUKH HARAN Baba is none other than the Buddha. Problem is Buddhists are searching only for the Buddha. In the real Vaishali the Buddha begged for alms. The locals there pray to 'BHIKHAINI' Baba (Beggar Baba). Bhikhaini was mispronounced by Buddhists as Bhikshu. Who is BHIKHAINI Baba. The Buddha no doubt. But people are searching for a man called Buddha. In the real Vaishali, in Beluha the Buddha suffered a sickness and felt he had grown old. The locals pray to 'BURHA' Baba (Old Baba). Who is BURHA Baba. The Buddha no doubt. In the real Vaishali the Lichavies pressurized Buddha not to die. They trailed him to Bandagawan pressurizing him not to die. To put pressure in Hindi is DABESHWAR. Three dozen villages around the stupa where Buddha gave the Lichavies his patra, the villagers pray to Baba 'DABESHWAR NATH' meaning the man who won the pressurizing game. It was the the Buddha no doubt as he gave the Lichavies his patra and succeded in sending them back. But Buddhists are searching for the Buddha. Forgive me for commenting out of the topic. I just wanted to impart this information to you.

Very nice indeed all information provided.
Probably will sound weird but I nead to uderstand more, so here will be seen my questions.
Why we need to have goals?
    How come this desire?
What can be done if do not have anymore desire, wishes, need for goals?
What is the purpose as always will be pain, restrains, payments for each desire?
Why not to just accept what is coming anyway?
What is the purpose of wise gained in this journey?
What is the final scope of this life, in order to see if it worth this entire struggle?
    Thank you.
