  • How I cook Queen Anne Lace. And why I eat them.
Is Queen Anne's lace useful in any way?
Queen Anne's lace, often known as the wild carrot, is in full bloom right now across much of "temperate" North America, Europe, and Asia. Raw or lightly battered and fried, the white flower head is edible. The seeds are delicious in soups and stews, and they can also be used to flavor tea.

You can eat the roots and leaves of these plants if you catch them early enough. These are wild carrots, which are the forerunners of all cultivated carrots.

I like this wild edible but be careful there is another plant very similar called hemlock and it’s deadly.
Rule of thumb for me is if it doesn’t have the purple flower in the center I don’t touch it.

I also look for the purple flower in the center but all of them don't have it, I also look for the umbrella under the flower part of the plant. Thanks for sharing. Have a great day.

Sorry, unrelated, but I looked into just egg because I'd never seen it before & now
I don't understand how something called just egg, can be called that when there is no egg in it, and so many other things are 😅
Thanks so much for sharing with us how to use this wonderful wild edible ❤

I tried it when it first came out. and I agree with you. how every I don't eat any of the plant -base pressed foods most are not organic and have things in them that I don't want to put in my body.❤️
      Thanks for the comment !

Just so you don’t mistake it for poison Hemlock (very similar). Proceed with extreme caution!!
