I have never had any blessings at making jelly. Mine does not set, but we use it as syrup. You have inspired me to try again. I never knew you should boil the final product to 218 degrees. Maybe that is it I am not boiling it long enough. Thank you.

I've never heard of this. I've sure picked plenty to put on my table. I would be scared I would pick the wrong one to make jelly. Look at that fancy thermometer....Wow

Okay.... you got something on this herbalist.... I know about Queens Ann ' s Lace flower heads, leaves and roots uses. I have never heard of making jelly from the flower heads. How very informative this video is Brenda ! Thanks to you and Ray harvesting so carefully as well. That looks so lovely as jelly. Are you selling it? One more WOW, excellent job! I'm so happy to learn about a new flower jelly recipe I can try. When I make Dandelion Jelly. I use a coffee filter to strain out the pollen, so my jelly is 100% clear. Is pollen a problem w/ QAL?

Looks very interesting; never seen this before. 👍👍👍 How do you use the jelly? Is it for accompanying meats, or is it a sweet dessert?

Just wondering if using organic sugar in this recipe is necessary or can I use regular cane sugar?

This looks tasty! Could one simply chop up the blossoms and leave them in, for a sort of "Queen Anne's lace jam;" or do you find that the blossoms give the mixture some unpleasant quality?
