A clear and deep explanation of a comprehensive simple Pranayama. Thank you, Namaste
You're most welcome
Thanks for your complete guide on three part breathing and yogic breathing with mudras 🙏😇
Beautifully explained with mudras, could feel the difference with n without mudras. Namaste!

Thank you Neeta ji
THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR CONSIDERING MY REQUEST
Namaste First Preference ji
You are welcome.
I had some confusion. Now its clear..tnx sir...
Thank you Krishna ji for watching the video. Believe you and everyone at home is fine.
Take care
Chin Mudra (or Guyan Mudra) for the abdominal breath, chinmaya Mudra for diaphragmatic breath, Adi Mudra for clavicular, and Brahma Mudra for complete
One part that confused me.. when practicing each part separately, what do we do with the other two segments of the torso? For example, if I am focusing on the clavicular part, what do I do with abdomen and ribcage? When it’s separated, is this simply to help us focus on each section? Or do we still let the abdomen pop out, ribcage expand, even though we are “focusing” on the clavicular area and its movement?
Separate practice is done so that we can do the entire practice together, in this you have to do all three abdomen, chest and clavicle breathing together.
Explanation is very clear 👌. Thanks very much. Namaste 🙏
Excellent very well explained

What is it called when u do the 3-part breath with pauses after inhaling into abdomen and inhaling into thoraxic and at top and similar pauses while going down too?
It is called kumbhak (retention) while you pause your breath ,yes the pause should be same with three kind of breathing .
What is different between pranayam and yogic breathing
Kindly also advise on Bhramari, I am not able to pull on my breath by nose for longer time, plz advise
Namaste First Preference ji.
The query will get resolved in the Brahmari video.

Thanks for sharing useful postings. What should be the exhale and inhale duration in dirgha pranayam.
Your awareness should be on it and breathe should be deeper ,longer and softer try to take soundless breathe .
what is the benefit of all these three part breathing and contraindication
Namaste First Preference ji.
In our day to day life, our Breathing is quite shallow. On an average people use not more than 25 percent of their lung capacity.
This Breathing allows the lungs capacity to increase and make the breathing fuller and complete, which is also a pre requisite for Pranayam.
Also, this Breathing brings a nice coordination of body and mind, as you know that the breath works like a bridge to connect the two.
It also helps in energizing and calming at the same time. There are many many benefits of it at all the levels.
Usually, there is no contraindications.
Thank you for watching our videos.
Take care and God Bless.
please make bhramari pranayam video
