    It's really funny because every morning when I walk my dogs I make humming sounds that vibrate inside my throat nose and ear passages that sound like bees or the low pitch hum of electrical devices like amplifiers or old fashion radios, the vibration helps me to expel mucus that we all get when we first wake up in the morning after a night of carbon dioxide exposure, and yes after doing this for just a few minutes I feel a great sense of calm come over me and you just explained why this happens, great video thank you and Namaste.

      First consult with doctor, and if there is no any issue related to your ears then there is the cause of lack of concentration power, you can increase it through pranayama and meditation.

    Thank you very much for the detailed explanation. My only remaining question is: is it true that you can only do this to an empty stomack? this worries me as I feel good doing it despite having eaten before. thank you for thinking about it!

    • @SiddhiYogaInter
      @SiddhiYogaInter  Рік тому

      Yes, it is important to do it on an empty stomach, as it becomes easy to breathe deeply and completely.
      But, some people find it difficult to do it on an empty stomach, in that case, eating very light should also serve the purpose. Only thing to keep in mind is that you should feel lighter during the practice.
      Namaste!

    • @asaiperumal6779
      @asaiperumal6779 3 роки тому

      Harry, glad to know that you are out of Covid. Almost all breathing exercise will improve lung capacity. You should start with deep breathing exercise and alternate nostril breathing. And then slowly introduce kapalbhati and bhastrika to enhance your lung capacity. These should be learned from an experience teacher. Also note all breathing exercise should be performed with empty stomach early in the morning or evening. If you take meal then there should be 3-4 hours break before you perform breathing exercise. Hope it helps.

    I cannot make a smooth sound :( It’s patchy, interrupted and just not working, as if I have a sore throat. Should I somehow prepare? I do it first thing in the morning before anything. Should I drink first? Or do some warming exercises first?

    • @SiddhiYogaInter
      @SiddhiYogaInter  3 місяці тому +1

      You can drink warm water first in the morning and then after freshen up .
      You can practice some yoga practice , after that you can do this bhramri pranayam.
      While you making sound your awareness should be on that vibration try to do a long rhythmic humming sound.
