I hope Pakistan can quickly catch up with China in manufacturing, enabling its people to have a better quality of life. Given the capabilities of Pakistan's workforce, especially its skilled labor, I believe they have the potential to do so.
Pakistan with all the capabilities of its workforce can never compete with China. The reason is simple: Islamic fundamentalism. I’ve work with Pakistani engineers in the past and they acknowledged that these islamists is the real reason why Pakistan can never be a truly industrialized country like China or Japan.
Pakistani craftsmen are one of the best skilled hands.. It is needed the govt provide conducive business loans for small and better industry to produce in bulk so they can export it internationally..
@@Pakistani-Hands правительство никогда не даст обществу развиваться, потому что если уровень образования будет повышаться, правительство будет свергнуто.
More than the activities, the mechanics of their work, I am fascinated by the Pakistani workplace labour arrangements! From all the videos I've watched, there's always ages 12 - 85; guys just sitting/standing around watching; lots of workers and very few foremen/machinists; many hands doing very simple things or few hands doing very complicated things. Are they all just paid equally to "be there for the day"? Funny workplaces.
I'm absolutely impressed by the craftsmanship and dedication of those who work by hand! The skill and precision required to produce such incredible results are truly admirable. Every detail reflects the hard work and passion that goes into each project. Kudos to everyone involved for making something special with your hands and hearts!
I have high hopes that Pakistan can rapidly advance its manufacturing sector to rival China's, leading to improved living standards for its people. Considering the skills and capabilities of Pakistan's labor force, particularly its skilled workers, I am confident they possess the potential to achieve this goal.
Quality craftsmanship from Pakistan, these guys are able to produce parts that most Western countries would struggle to produce by hand. Keep up the good work, hoping Pakistan a bright future. From a friend in the UK.
When I was in welding school I was blown away by how thick of a piece of steel could be cut clean thru with an oxy/acetylene torch. When I’m at work many days it doesn’t even seem like work because I find everything so fascinating. Now I tig weld aluminum and statinless steel building heat exchangers.
Verry impressed with the cutting But 4Tones on a 2 Ton chassis poor truck , looks like a new suspension is need now Has anyone ever seen the video of a lathe with so much Swarf around it that it pulls the operator in and all their is IS mush of body parts stuck to all the walls and ceiling , Seeing this one can understand why
Really great teamwork by the forge workers and that forge is one seriously great piece of kit, but calling the finished crank a 'forging' is a bit misleading at least by Western engineering standards where the steels grain flow is forged in such a way that the grain follows the shapes of the journals which on this crank it only does partially, so is not exactly my idea of what a forged steel crank is about, so in my opinion this crank is better described as 'partially forged'. Great work from the whole team involved and all done on those antique machines, wonderful stuff!
Такой коленвал в прессформе делается за несколько секунд... правда цена этой прессформы несколько десятков миллионов долларов... себестоимость этого коленвала сделанного вручную намного выше...
Thank you for the observations and appreciation. The steel which is cut into the pieces is from the big steel mills and the huge piece of still is once used in steel mills

I wonder what their tolerances look like. I never saw any precision instruments used.
verdade, e peças trabalhosas,se errar uma medida, matou a peça, prejuízo grande
Not a finished product this is just the rough in. It still needs the precision part done as well as the balancing

i think this is just roughing
