      @@reddot_22 Which is how it should look considering that men with longer leg to torso ratios are seen to be more attractive (within reason), I'm guessing it's cause shorter legs and long arms and torso can make you look a bit like a monkey.
      The real issue with proportions and by far the most noticeable issue will be your hand size and feet size. Let's say you did choose to lengthen from 5ft 5 to 6ft which is more or less the absolute ceiling of how much you can gain whilst staying relatively safe, then it will be apparent up close that you have smaller hands and feet than the average 6ft guy.

    You can actually get olive oil in nature.
    I produce olive oil myself, and you have to be really careful not to stack olives in big sacks vertically, because they get pressed by their own weight and olive oil comes out.
    It would be very simple for a caveman to make olive oil, just gather some olives and put a rock on top of them and you get oil.
    Seed oils on the other hand can indeed only be made in factories.

      @ernestkhalimov9899 10 місяців тому +10

      It's not mental illness. It is just discipline. It doesn't create discomfort if I don't do it. It's just that if you take training and body composition more seriously you will benefit from being able to measure and track your actions and results. Things you might perceive as discomforting, others do not.

    • @j.v.8435
      @j.v.8435 10 місяців тому +12

      @ernestkhalimov9899 No human in nature focuses on body composition because in nature all you have to do to have the perfect body is eat your natural diet. I don't see it as discomforting, I see it as a complete waste of time because I have a brain and stomach to tell me when to stop eating. The only time that could ever be "useful" is if you're on a cut (maintaining muscle while losing fat) which no human in nature does. You would eat until you were satiated, if times were good you'd have a little extra body fat, if not you'd have less, but no one would need to focus on body composition because the women would already be attracted to the men because they would be in their natural state. All that bulking and cutting at the end of the day is to impress other men because women are attracted to the bodies men have in nature.

    you should not eat fruit at all. fructose is 7x as glycative as glucose. it will rot your teeth right out of your skull, and do even worse damage when it enters the blood stream.
    plants want animals to eat their fruit so they can spread its seed (that's why fructose is highly addictive), but they don't want the animal to damage the seed with their teeth, hence the glycation. that's also why fruit is very soft/full of liquid when it's ripe, so toothless animals can still eat it. iow, plants use fructose to modulate animals to be the perfect seed carrier. if you eat fruit you're literally a slave to plants.

His veins look syntethic and he was lifting around the same weight as some guy about 2.5x bigger in size as him in his video i saw back in 2019 or something i saw it when i was still obsessed with bodybuilding he was overhead pressing about 110lbs for reps while being on a really low calorie cut and the weight was moving as easily as his roided up friend he was recording with who also had androgenic roided delts he was only using 10lbs heavier than him while being twice his size. Now he switched to a carbohydrate diet and his jaw automically got puffier and more rounded very suspicious. I have been training 5.5 years naturally and never saw changes in my head size randomly growing because that doesn't happen to naturals but it does happen to these roided clowns same goes for their heart it also grows in size lol. He's gonna get the karma he deserves , deceiving his audience with lies and telling nonsense to his beginner fans and giving them unrealistic expectations is lame. Natural muscle growth is slow but atleast naturals wont lose muscle very quickly because naturals never have to quit any juice to save their health and avoid dying. They can just stop the training if they get injured and their hormone production system will still be good while the roided up clowns become full of estrogen and low testosteron when they quit juicing. Well deserved.
