Influencers most of them are on gear, extreme diets, under sleeping, so obviously they look much older than average folks. Look at Larry Wheels the guy is 3 years older than me, he already looks like a Grandpa. Now he's off gear, and some damage has been reduced, he looks better now. Steroid abuse ages skin significantly and so does extreme stress on body, to an extent it's reversible, but it's better not to go that route. Just be healthy and strong, that's more than enough.

If they just did 1-2 short but intense workouts per week they would get like 80% of results while feeling great overall... Majority of people who train don't look impressive anyways cause only the top% of genetics end up looking great so why kill yourself in the gym.

I’ve had the opposite effect after I’ve commit 45-60minutes to weightlifting atleast 3 days a week focus on progressive overload followed by atleast 10k steps and some light cardio and a good diet, the right amount of calories and macros you’ll find yourself looking a lot younger.
I’ve been lifting weights 5 days a week for two years eating mainly whole foods but do have pancakes for breakfast made from( oat, banana, milk, egg protein powder with peanut butter) and I look a shit load younger than I did 3 years ago! Will Tennyson has been a big inspiration throughout my journey, I have a lot more energy and I’m definitely a lot healthier than was in my 20s.

Having a lot of muscle and being really strong and having the conditioning to be able to run repeat sprints can and will save your life. If a few big dudes came up on your and wanted to take everything you had and assault you for no reason, what would you do? Run? Fight? Take the beating, lose your possessions and hope for the best? What would you do? What training do you have in this scenario? I don’t know where you live, but in many places where you may be in a city and live in a major city having this training and strength can be a lifesaver. I know someone who was a professional bodybuilder, really big guy like 260lbs. He and his wife were in an area of downtown Dallas TX and were surrounded by and assaulted by a group of 5 people trying to rob them. But, because he was a strong and massive bodybuilder he was able to wrestle away one of their weapons and fight them off protecting both himself and his wife from being robbed or seriously harmed. Still say their are no benefits? Really want to know how you can say that when this is the real world evidence.

      Its really all you need...
No maxed out ego lifting...or deadlifting or heavy squatting..
Just normal , natural movements without killing yourself and getting your blood moving and stretching out your body.
Its unhealthy in todays world to do nothing physical ever....
Whats "natural" would be everyone living in nature, and there'd be no need to "exercise", because we'd all be pooped from an average day of physicality from this.
Since humans don't live this way anymore, we need to do some sort of physical activity but i get the point of these videos.

But for people who come home exhausted from working all day to force themselves to go do squats and deadlifts, that is a travesty. Their income is reliant on them having enough energy to do hard labor and theyre just dulling their blade so hard by going to the gym.

I personally have trained clients who have as a result of consistent exercise lost weight and became healthier as measured by lower blood pressure, and better numbers across all health markers on blood tests. In addition to that, they feel more vibrant and vigorous when doing the activities they find fulfilling like playing with their kids, playing sports with friends, hiking, gardening, biking, etc. In addition to that I’ve heard many clients say they feel mentally sharper and focused when they exercise. I think your stuff is entertaining, how you shit on these cringey fitness influencers who in many ways look healthy and fit on the outside but are a total mess on the inside, that’s true. But, to assert that exercise in general in unhealthy and reduces lifespan is a total reach and in my opinion totally absurd and goes against the real world evidence I’ve seen first hand. Yes, all stress is bad for longevity. Exercise being an extreme form of stress
      Exercise causes cardiovascular disease.
You can't be "too sedentary" if you completely follow your senses and do what you want to. You would never want to lay all day. It's biochemically impossible.

I feel that it should be interpreted as :
-Do I need to run for food? Maybe I can use this tool to make my job easier.
Ideally you want to do as little as possible for as much as possible, in nature you don't get second chances and because of that you must overcome it as efficiently as possible.

Wouldn't physical effort typically result to food, more opportunity to mate and safety?
Not to say exerting energy isn't taxing on the body. But fighting for what you want would increase your quality of life in nature. Which is impossible replicate in this day and age.
So exercising is a way to release the inner warrior when everything else is so limiting.
Ideally in nature with logs, but the gym is the best i can do in the city :D

How would it increase your quality of life? I don't get what you mean.
There's a lot of reasons people exercise. The main one is that they are brainwashed to believe that it's healthy.

@@GoatisReviews exercise might be stress on the body sure but if you're an average male i would still recomend you to lift heavy weights , why ? Because if you are bigger and specially if it's muscle people respect you more even if you are ugly , yes the gym doesn't fix your face (even if it still can make your face a little bit more attractive) you still can get that size at the gym that gives you respect from other people i saw it work on me.
Even if it reduces your life expectancy , you only live once in the end of the day you're not just going to sit there and wait like hahah look at me i'm living longer than others , ok but if your life is boring and you're not taking a minimum of risks what's the point , and i'm far from having insane courage or being a hero.
People are cruel and mean and only respect strenght (it could be financial , intellectual , social status , body) in the end of the day.
