Some homes in the Hamptons in NY are mediocre but are worth millions of dollars just because it's in the Hamptons. The property is not that bad either. I hear you as well on the lack of infrastructure but that has nothing to do with the developer. That's a Government responsibility.

The house is beautifully finished and sweet, down side is actually the size of the rooms the rooms are so narrow it becomes obvious the developer was struggling with space. However it's okay sha , but with such an amount I will prefer to buy two very spacious fully detached mansion at arcadia groove.

Well, in Lagos, location is everything... There's another one of these homes in LEKKI Phase 1 built by the same developer, it's less than half the price of this Ikoyi house as that one in Lekki has a ₦400M asking price, so. So yeah, that's really summed it all... *In Lagos, LOCATION IS EVERYTHING*

Bro I live in United States, NJ to be precise and I can tell you this particular house is a million times better than some of the houses that are listed for over $5,000,000 here in New Jersey…The so called mansions here in United States, Canada, and other European countries are built with wooden materials which is the reason why they can’t stand fire and mild rainstorms…Houses in United States, especially in NJ, NY, and CT are overhyped and overpriced..In addition to that, you have insurance and property taxes to worry about on annual basis…I can tell you right now, with absolute audacity, I would rather invest the asking price on this house than any house here in United States..The only advantage of investing in properties in United States is that the value of properties appreciates overtime…I sincerely prefer some of the Nigerian houses that are advertised on UA-cam because 85% of them are built with solid bricks..Ikoyi and Lagos Island are always flooded, but about 90% of the houses stand strong after the storm..Check out flooding in United States and European countries and compare the devastating impact with the flooding in Lagos…Westerners have succeeded in brainwashing us into believing that everything associated with Africa is fake, and grown men like you truly believe that ..Houses are fake in United States…How can you refer to this particular house as fake?
