It is worth the price. Ikoyi is not Lekki. Ikoyi is more expensive. There are houses selling for $20million in California & NYC with even less interesting features. I think it's a beautiful house. Absolutely gorgeous. And it's less than $2million.

Some homes in the Hamptons in NY are mediocre but are worth millions of dollars just because it's in the Hamptons. The property is not that bad either. I hear you as well on the lack of infrastructure but that has nothing to do with the developer. That's a Government responsibility.
The house is beautifully finished and sweet, down side is actually the size of the rooms the rooms are so narrow it becomes obvious the developer was struggling with space. However it's okay sha , but with such an amount I will prefer to buy two very spacious fully detached mansion at arcadia groove.

One months rent pays my annual rent and I have the option to move to latest ‘home’ design anytime😇 No way I am paying the asking price up front or 18 months payment plan when I worked 9 to 5 for over 20 years to pay off the mortgage. Will this property appreciate exponentially in 10 years time or will be looking outdated and sad when the latest architectural design craze takes hold. My 150 year old Victorian house will be standing long after this lot have become dilapidated.
