What’s the use of a swimming pool beside the generator house? or a mirror that plays music in a guest powder room, or two small kitchens and no laundry room. I think maybe the land they built the house on is the reason why it is high priced. Other than that, there is nothing in the house that is worth a fraction of their projected price. The appliances in the house are basic overseas, since she said all were imported. Yes, they are basic stuff you find in most houses abroad, such as the US. Even with the land location, I don't think the house is worth more than half the price. You know, just like in the stock market, everything in the housing market is all about speculation, not actually what it's worth, if you understand what I mean.

Everything about this 1.6million house is over the top and it was designed without much taught. 1: wasted space 2: no trees or outdoor space to enjoy 3: three kitchens.......why ???? 4: tv at the entrance......why ???? 5: the commentary was over the top. 6: no lift. 7: the place wasn't homely 8: not value for money at all.
