Wow, this building is fabulous and the views are nice. Great tour of the property and dear sister you are rocking that outfit, hat and all. Love the sunglasses! Thank you!
Happy New year confidence! I miss your contents, you remain the best presenter and marketer. I guess your parents are prophet and prophetess by naming you confidence because you're always confident in your presentations. Remain blessed 🙌
what you saw in the kitchen might be a dishwasher mama. Not possible to have a laundry room with washer and and drier, then still have another washing machine in the kitchen. Great apartment and awesome video.

Beautiful home and well presented...interested to know what the yearly service charges are? Is this a freehold property? How many parking spaces per property? Thanks in advance...
The windows are huge which is good. But the light fixtures are zero! No chandelier, no light fixtures other than spot lights. The kitchens are wack! The number of rooms (5) is very good though. But for 1.5m dollars, there has to be a wow factor to this condo. None seen.
Eden, it is a very bad idea to show a house or residence without staging it! Yes, it will cost you money but you will sale it quicker and for more money. Empty place does not appeal to many people.
This doesn't beat the same price tag in Mayfair London or even South Africa. Nigerian houses ate always struggling with spaces. How could I buy this for $1.5m. Sincerely, it is overpriced!
I just believe the houses in Lagos are just to overpriced in a country that can’t boast of good roads, stable electricity and also lacks maintenance due to corruption and people trying to cut corners. I would rather invest such amount of money on properties in England.
@@williamsolawale4208 I can never appreciate a country that treats its own like slaves. I guess you’ve forgotten about the Lekki tollgate massacre in which young Nigerian protesters were murdered coldblooded by the same military meant to protect the citizens and sovereignty of the country such country can never be trusted. People goes into politics for self interest not the interest of the people that put them in office. I was born during the military era which is way more better than this useless democracy that paved ways for more corruption because they pass laws that favours themselves in senate.
@@tayobibi well no lie in what you've said and you are correct but we can't all run away from the country, we are still the one that will fix it and will get there someday. The people will die one day.
@@williamsolawale4208 The next generation are going to be worse trust me. The mindsets of corruption needs to be eradicated and people should be held accountable by death sentence, that’s the only way to solve corruption.
But, how do we trust the structural Integrity of high-rise building like this in Nigeria??. I have watched so many News of high rise buildings collapse in Lagos. A recent example is the ikoyi building collapse. Honestly, this makes me even Afraid and scared of living or buying an apartment in a High rise building in Nigeria😌. How do investor know that a building is structurally sound???
The second floor does not impress for that price tag to be honest, no family lounge? where the kids gonna spend time at? The 3 bed apartment is a bit small, more space could have been gained by doing things otherwise. For the rest of the floors, the price is ok but there is a HUGE mistake which only the sharp eye can see... The placement/direction of the water faucet in the master bathroom is really a veeery bad choice, it blocks the access to the sink, who taught that idea is great? when paying 1.5 million USD, I think attention to detail and satisfaction should be gained at 100%
Why don’t the developers build affordable condominiums that the middle class citizens can afford? How many Nigerians can afford this with their salaries? You are encouraging corruption by building properties that only very few (top 1%) can afford. I don’t need to live in such building to be happy.
@@eaglette3 yes, she did indeed say “washing machine” but it was obviously a dishwasher. Anyway, she’s corrected her misspeak elsewhere in the comments, so it’s all good. Cheers.
The house is so boring...This is why you should be internationally exposed to class n style...Everything in this house is in a straight line and cubes...Put some style...Forget Ikoyi, this has no modern taste.
@Amanda Eguale I know but I have a right to express my opinion.. I think it's too pricey for start and secondly, the finishing not great.. Also, the layout doesn't make sense.. I have seen better properties far less than that. Its not everything that is expensive that is good 🙂

I taught the full building that is 1.5m$ but your videographer, needs some appreciation, spot on content from you
It was misleading as it’s not a house but flats

That fountain na "suffer head ooo!" LMAO. They could have made a better looking fountain than that. First time the cameraman showed up on the shots.
what is the service fee for this place?
That’s not a pivot door, it’s merely an oversized custom door
Great video, beautiful home
This is amazing.
Is this the type of house that collapse in Lagos. The building structure is very similar.
No it's not and the structure is not similar.
Bad energy people…smh 🤦♀️

Is there a one bedroom and what is the cost?
Nice.
Has this been sold?

Do you have developers who sell land then build to taste? Are there any beachfront houses on the market?
Finally, someone has woken up, no more four walls and a square houses in lagos. 😂A bit of imagination and out of the box thinking never hurts.
Does this have high speed cable internet?

Is that a petroleum storage I am seeing down there? That should not be anywhere near residential area. Nice building though.
the only challenge is that its too crowded nice structure and finishing simple and classy not all the disco light duplexes
