This is part one of the restoration I did on my double-decker bus. The bus is a unique getaway offering my guests a very different experience and I have had guests coming from all around the world. They all asked me the concept around the bus and how I restored it so I am going to share with you all the photographic and some video footage of how I restored it. With each picture, I will be doing a voice over describing what I did in relation to that photo I didn't take very much video footage but what I did take I will also share with you. The bus was originally a 74 seater and spent most of its life in London ferrying passengers all around the city. It was then bought by a gentleman in Dublin who has a school bus business and finally I bought it from Garry and transformed it into what it is today. As some of you know I built a beautiful garden around the bus which includes a fire pit where you can sit around enjoying the chat and toasting marshmallows, there is a fantastic outdoor shower which is cedarwood lined so when the hot water hits the cedar you get that amazing smell from the oils within the cedar itself. There is a lovely deck area and a beautiful garden surrounding the bus also. So I hope you enjoy it. All the best Richard.
Love the cream and blue colour scheme, VERY reminiscent of West Midlands PTE of the 1970s!

What was the registration number
It’s a Volvo it’s probably still gonna run another 10/15 years
That has to be one of the most awful and potentially dangerous N/S mirrors ever.
It’s right at head height 🤣
