I drove that in London! Check the body framing at the rear, they have a habit of rotting around the engine bay.
When I was a kid, used to ride this kind of bus to go and come back from school.
I think a double decker bus would make a great platform for a full solar-electric conversion. The high sides provide room for a whole array of panels to be folded down each side of the bus, and then raised horizontal when it's parked up.
Yes.. and the bus has less weight.
Maybe you might wanna try to restore the mcw metrobus into its original condition ( including the interior ) instead of leaving it to rot

I know this company as she was a derby bus coach. I'm 100 sure you'll look after this old girl. can't remember if she lived on ascot drive or the bus depot in the town centre.
Haphurs is in ascot drive the city centre is Notts & Derby
