I LOVE England! Such a beautiful country. I had the honour to visit England 3 times. And the cool weather most of the time is also very nice. Irma from the Netherlands
Thanks Irma I just wish we had your off road cycle track system and it would be perfect. I've been to the Netherlands many times on the waterways that's nice. Love to you our close Neighbours and Friends.❤😊
My dear Sir, this is a stunning video. The fact that you are travelling around Kent, rather than the Himalayas or Kalahari is just so refreshing and interesting. I can't thank you enough for such a refreshing and entertaining contribution. The fact that you had stopped at a snack van within the first four miles, is British beyond parody 🤣
15:56 “Bloody Hell” is right! 😂😮😅 I’m running out of videos to watch - better get camping love! 💗 You’ve created a great new addiction for me lol because I’m too old to do so I watch and you’re channel is awesome 😎
Hi Andy! It's been great to meet you two on your way through the other day. I'm glad to find out you got there!! And happy to hear you've liked our place and thank you for mentioning us. Hopefully we'll attract more of your kind :) We'll be working on putting in a little bike charging area once our new wash house is finished to make things easier. Really great what you did there. Please come back one day! Have a lovely summer full of more fun adventures! All the best Steffi @thesecretcampsite
Great video as always Andy! I did an e bike trip last summer in Devon with a mate and a borrowed bike. To be perfectly honest I hated it. You're watching the battery level draining the whole time. Your whole day has to be planned around where and when you can recharge your bike. It just seems to be a lot of hassle compared to a regular bike which will never run out of power as long as you keep stopping at those sausage and bacon food vans to refuel!
@@SB-hr5yrI guess that depends on the bike, my hubbies electric bike battery is so heavy. I wouldn’t want to be lugging it around on top of all the other stuff you need to carry too.
Brilliant video! That thunderstorm looked epic! I bet those beers tasted 10 times better too! Seemed like you had great weather though, not too hot! Well done for achieving this right after our 3 day canoe trip! You must be absolutely knackered! 🎉👏
The English countryside is beautiful, and what a great way to see it! Mark is hysterical. I have never ridden an E bike, but I love cycling. Great video.
Yet another great video from Andy and mark ..nothing better after a long day at work than watching one of your videos with a nice cold beer ..keep them coming and looking forward to what the summer brings for you guys
Really enjoyed that Andrew, great vid. All the ingredients were there, E-bikes, trail and camping trip. As a positive comment, that format had it all, your e-bikes review, kit that goes on e-bikes and camping equipment plus the pleasure of seeing that wonderful part of our rich and varied country. Well done!
I've watched this at least 5 times, i absolutely love the adventure films you make Andy, it makes me keen to go out and do this myself. I hope you have plans to make more of these soon 😀
Love the video! I'm taking an ebike 1550 miles, and building a custom wikes bicycle trailer kit for my 3 dogs to travel in. Starting in a few weeks. Thanks for the video.
Thanks for a great vid. For the last nine years I've been living just 5 miles or so from the SDW, and have walked a few nearby stretches of it several times. Great to see what the rest of it looks like. Now subscribe to your excellent channel :)
I know how you guys feel , did the SDW many years ago when I lived on my XC Kona……. Shagged to the bone is how my mate put it, another great video cheers for the memories.
Isn't it funny when we were young we could and most of us did ride bikes all day up and down hills. Then bam you're older hare supposed to be stronger and yet riding a bike is harder😂 love the video, thank you so much
Fantastic effort there lads - every respect!! I've done Manchester to Blackpool for Christies twice. 62 miles, the ride, though had additional mileage on both time, so ended up more like 80 miles, oh my bum was wrecked haha!!! As always Andy, thanks so much for an amazing video, great to see you out with Marc and enjoying yourselves. Result with the bacon and sausage shack, get in there with that ketchup lol.
I am so glad I decided to watch. It was a lot of fun Andy, Marc. Will be really nice if and when camp sites, pubs and others realise that charging facilities turn their location into a destination. Be well both.😉
Fun!!! Thanks for taking us along!! ❤ would love to see the little towns, pubs, stores etc sometime if you can do that it would be fun to see!! ❤😊 Sara in Seattle
It a beautiful part of the world. When we travel down to Bournemouth along the A34 to where it meets the M3 I always feel this area that is what I think of when I think rural England. All around there is fabulous

Love all the scenery. I’ve watched all the newer videos so moving to the old ones now and I have to say I love you and mark, y’all seem to have a lot of fun together. Btw I love y’all tattoos
Hi Andy, thank you for such an interesting video. We always like watching your videos. Looking forward to seeing more of your exciting videos. Love every video you do. Well done 😊
Amazing video really enjoyed watching you and mark. That looked a really good adventure and testing the bikes 100 miles that is knackering great video👍👍👍👍
I'm from west Virginia just run across your channel and watched the Cardboard 🎪 one loved it so i subscribed to your channel fixing to watch this one now cheers my friend
Cool trails!! Having done lots of long haul cycling (and camping) trips, I really felt that downhill!! So nice.. those cows are so "not bovvered" with you guys
I bought a Jansno X50 because I was not sure about going to an ebike. It now has a trailer, led wheel lights, olites all over and with a spare battery fully charged, my 50 watt 1.8 ah solar panel on top of the trailer gives me another 20-30 miles depending on terrain on a full sun day
Music is wonderful ❤ And Mark is my fave companion of yours .. I'm late to the party as I'm binging your videos to get me over my days at work. ..and very helpful they are too !
Love the music, very Firefly. We lucked out camping last weekend in Essex, we caught the tail of that mad storm. Rhinowalk is such a good brand I went ortlieb for my main panniers and everything else is rhino walk they do a mini yellow pannier style bar bag which is hilarious. Rockbros also do a good phone mount that's a bit more solid than the one you're using, like a vice with orange silicone grips. Paint some ACF-50 onto those terminals to help avoid corrosion.
What a wonderful time I had with you and Mark. Thanks for letting us tag along Andy. It is always such a pleasure to hang out with you. Till we meet again
Great vlog ebikes open up so much for the camping crowd,so much more fun than walking with a heavy backpack, and you can go so much further, well done andy👍
The wide tires and stronger frame did well for you on this one. Perhaps a bigger battery would help. Both of you had to push a little too hard at several points during the ride.
Phew what a trip. I have owned various e-bikes over the years and safe to say all the cheap models are not good for longer trips without a spare battery. They are usually just too hard to pedal off power and too heavy. The bigger the bike the heavier so more drain on the battery plus gear and uphills… Well done guys, beautiful countryside.
I find your videos strangely relaxing and de-stressing. I don’t know if it is because I just adore Britain and long to be travelling around there again but Australia is just so far away when money is short! 1975 was the first year we backpacked around - 2016 was my last visit, on my own now but still exploring……..I’m desperate to return!! 🇦🇺🥰🇬🇧
Hey Andy, great video (as always) Still working through your massive catalogue! Also loving the music, thought I was watching an old episode of Firefly for a moment there. 🙂
I LOVE England! Such a beautiful country. I had the honour to visit England 3 times. And the cool weather most of the time is also very nice. Irma from the Netherlands

Easy solution... take a second battery. This new technology isn't for everyone LOL
@@SB-hr5yrI guess that depends on the bike, my hubbies electric bike battery is so heavy. I wouldn’t want to be lugging it around on top of all the other stuff you need to carry too.
Thanks Andy for amazing video with Mark and awesome scenery been there its a great place cheers Andy and Mark for a fantastic video 👍
Cheers Andrew :)

the hedgerows! oh my....we don't have those here. thanks for sharing the beautiful countryside.
I live in the US and we have them here. They may not be everywhere but they are in quite a few places. Lots of people have them in yards in town.
Really enjoyed that Andrew, great vid. All the ingredients were there, E-bikes, trail and camping trip. What hard ride even on a e-bike. U and mark mashed it. Thanks for sharing your adventure Andy. Maxxx
Well done both of you. That storm was a good one, I was camping up in the Surrey Hills.
Awesome stuff guys, well done for that epic ride and taking the time to film it.
He wouldn't get paid if he didn't film it!
Kudos to you both mate, superb effort and a thoroughly enjoyable video.
cool trip looks like nice views. the more you do this the better you will get, you see what you did good and bad. looking forward to the next one
Awesome video Andy. Over 120 miles is a decent distance to do a trip. Very enjoyable. 👍
Keep up the great work and videos Andy. Thank you so much that you take us along with you on your adventures and camping Andy.
I stayed at the secret campsite last summer, loved it there. Thank you for sharing! I would love to do this on a e bike myself, one day!
Can't wait to watch the video,
Thanks Andy and Mark

I love Kent's channel, which always makes me want to go camping, but it's too hot here in Texas.
Yup, until October at least. 2 weeks if February is too cold.
3 digits right now! Not fit for man nor beast! Lolz 😅
That was awesome… Great views. Thank you for sharing
This is so different from your usual videos. I love it! Such beautiful country over there!

The whole time I watched this, I was thinking about the movie 'An American Werewolf in London'. I hope you stayed away from the moors...
Haha
That last bit that was sped up, I legit panicked and thought you were going downhill really fast and almost smacked into that gate haha.
Loved this one and how fun to mix it up!
Awesome Andy! I want to do this ride (on my ebike as well) so great to get a feel for it, atb Rob
Excellent work chaps. The 10 year olds in us would have smashed those hills. 👊

Cheers buddy
Really enjoyed this vlog. Would love to see more like this. Well done!
Thank you.
Your vids are a brilliant escape
Top notch👍. I dont know why they don't fit a dynamo to bikes to trickle charge the battery🤷♀️
Love watching you from Australia
Best intro music yet!
Great Andy and mark great video
Hey Andy, great video (as always) Still working through your massive catalogue! Also loving the music, thought I was watching an old episode of Firefly for a moment there. 🙂
