What is your age btw...if you are 11-12 class then you will know weather your should switch to tampons or cups but I think pads are safest and easiest to use .. tampons can give infection so either use cup but it's difficult to use for first time
i always feel sorry about the girls who are drop out of school and behaved like impure during periods...you teachers are doing good in spreading awareness
It's so shameful to present this story Once a girl in my school had a stain on her skirt and when we,her friends, told her about it , the boys sensed something wrong.😅😅 And they were curious about it And the shocking thing is most of them have sisters but they still don't know about periods. My brother is like 3 yrs younger but still he knows. Infact I, myself told him about that.
In northeast people celebrate i am from assam when I was in class7 i hit my first periods and celebrated it but one thing i don't like that people of northeast treat it like impure so we have to stay separate for like 2,3 days then we can touch the things
I very happy that mam and sir you both are talking this topic in educationa platform this is very important to educate uor generation one myth I tell about you that some people thinks that if girls have a period and she touched a plant than plant get affected which absolutely wrong mam many foreign countries women use there period blood as a fertilizer beacuse periods blood contain potassium nitrogen and phosphorus type elements which is really good for plant as we know that.and man sayantri pad the use gives pollution I thinks mensuration cup is more better than it
I don't know about others, but in the southern India, they celebrate a girl's period very grandly, put her in a throne when she's in despair, then from the next month onwards, put her outside, treat her like she has the plague. Even when she's in pain, they don't bother to help her.
Thank you so much both of you ma’am and sir for taking this sensitive topic and making it understand. I wish there were more channels and people like you to upload on these important topics which are considered shameful and a hush hush topic . Really grateful to have open minded people like you both .
Thank you for bringing up a session on this topic. Period awareness is really needed among people especially for guys because they never know what we have to go through. Very thoughtful to talk about it and the illogical taboos. P. S. Now, we at least know what were the reasons behind some restrictions, which actually made sense at those times.
I got my first period in class 8 in summer vacation and from then I am told to not take bath because it will increase your waist area and that's not good. Even until now I am being told this thing but I am like what should I do with these myths and my each and every females in my family told us this thing but you know what I didn't follow these until now and neither I'll follow in future like if we don't take bath, if we don't maintain hygiene then who will be responsible for any infections or disease if we will get in future? and one more thing I wanna say I STAND FOR THE AWARENESS.....🙋🏻♀️

I am not able to ask this question to anyone else, because nobody else knows in clear way everyone just doing the things just like guess I found only you an intelligent person please 🙏 guide me...
Once I go to school on my first day of periods because my stomach is not paining to much in the morning laken dophar tak mera stomach bahut dard dene laga mere school me girls ki class alag aur boys ki class alag ha to mera stomach bahut dard de rha tha bahut pasina aa rha tha meri body par aur meri body bahut cold ho gai meri friend ne dekh liya ki itna pasina is not normal it was free class no teacher was there in the class meri friend aur classmates mujhe apni apni copy se hawa karni lagi maine unhe bataya nhi tha ki mere periods chal rhe ha after my one friend go outside the class then she called sir then sir came and sir ne fan off kar diye by hearing the noice coming from my class talking of girls dusere sir bhi aa gaye he asked what happened I said my stomach is paining so much then he called third another sir to call to my parents I was on my bench my skirt is all red because of pad leak I feel so embarrassed kyuki 3-3 male teacher class me ha uske baad mam aayi aur unhone pucha ki periods chal rhe ha maine bola haa after that mam give me water after that chocolate and call to my papa to take me home
I know these all but the thing is if I will say this thing to my mom... She won't agree..... I said her a lot of times but she still stop me to go to temple and wash my hair. I say her that we are the children of god so they will accept us no matter what , just like u treat us but she don't understand. And U know right arguing with parents leads to what..😢😢😢😢😢 But the thing is that if we are aware than we can change the future conditions regarding this .😇
In my opinion , it's your choice but still going to temple in these days are not that acceptable and sometimes we have to accept some rules and beliefs but about washing your hair feel free to wash it whenever you want there's nothing wrong in doing personal hygiene, my mom also used to say this but i just say that I forgot about it ;)
Thanks a lot for bringing these types of topic... But I have a question currently I'm using pads and it creates so much waste so can you guys plz tell me first I go with tampons or menstrual cup...
I'll suggest you to use menstrual cup if you don't want to use pads ..... because tampons are also containing some chemicals so I don't think it's good enough..... baaki choise is your
Tampons do create a waste and contain chemicals so i won't suggest that I am going to switch to menstrual cups after consulting a doctor it will help me to perform better during periods days and let me share my experience And there are myths about menstrual cup that teens can't use etc etc so i would suggest do not switch without consulting and having discussion with doctor Are you a teenager dear
One thing I want to say that.... Not only because of money some of girls like me can't afford pads but because of lack of sanitary pads means that some pads are named as sanitary but they are not in hygienic conditions using pads creats problems also.. so what about others i don't know but my mom used to say me that to not use pads .... Pads provided by school should also be hugienic so that girls like me can use those ...... 💕💕❤️❤️💕💕❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰🥰 What say.....

Actually I never knew what a period really mean. And when my friends asked me O said I haven't heard of such a thing so they asked me why you use sanitary napkin so I said its a Pampers used by adults and my friends tried toale me understand what period literally meanand when I asked my mom she said she don't know anything and such a thing doesn't exit. And when I got my first period I was very much shocked to such extent that I thought it's something fatal and when I confronted my mom why she didn't tell me she said she was shy felt shame to share these kinds of thing. And I was literally shocked and still now I don't know why people are like this

Thank you ag mam and shreyas sir for conducting this session ❤ Happy to know that teachers are taking initiative in talking about this topic without considering it as taboo (which shouldn't be) 😊
the session was great the reason for not going to temple is that when we go through our cycle at that time the vibrations we emit are not good ... means the thoughts and vibes are not good to go in the temple for devotion and prayers... its not intentionally but happens to everyone and its biological so its no harm to go temple .... its just my perception and the reason i have read somewhere 😄😄

If you feel more pain than your friends then you should consult a dr. Abnormal pain can due to pcos or other diseases that are usually ignored in the name of period pain even by Doctors also. So, if your dr Says it's a normal period pain. You should change the dr. Don't ignore your pain.

What is your age btw...if you are 11-12 class then you will know weather your should switch to tampons or cups but I think pads are safest and easiest to use .. tampons can give infection so either use cup but it's difficult to use for first time
Lol i get mine after 2 months or 3 months
i always feel sorry about the girls who are drop out of school and behaved like impure during periods...you teachers are doing good in spreading awareness
It's so shameful to present this story
Once a girl in my school had a stain on her skirt and when we,her friends, told her about it , the boys sensed something wrong.😅😅
And they were curious about it
And the shocking thing is most of them have sisters but they still don't know about periods.
My brother is like 3 yrs younger but still he knows. Infact I, myself told him about that.
Just 3 years
@@musicalmasterpalak are you unable to read younger?
@@vaibhavi6611 ...after 3 yrs their is a full stop ..so I thought ..
@@musicalmasterpalak it was autocorrect🙂😅😅
Yes! But my mother tells not to tell boys about this and boys shouldn't know about it 😒😒
In northeast people celebrate i am from assam when I was in class7 i hit my first periods and celebrated it but one thing i don't like that people of northeast treat it like impure so we have to stay separate for like 2,3 days then we can touch the things
its so sad that women have to stay separate for 2-3 days
In south we have to stay seperate for like 15 dayssss
One myth is also their that during this process girls can't do Puja or can't touch the god
This is really admirable that you speak about this sensitive but important topic and spread awareness thanks AG Mam & Shreyas sir
Thank you so much both of you ma’am and sir for taking this sensitive topic and making it understand. I wish there were more channels and people like you to upload on these important topics which are considered shameful and a hush hush topic . Really grateful to have open minded people like you both .
She has cute way of explaining and it reaches ppl well I hope👌
I'm so glad... I can proudly say that i studied from you guys ... Thank You So Much ❤️
Anubha mam op 💛
This is very important for all to understand about periods
Thank you for bringing up a session on this topic. Period awareness is really needed among people especially for guys because they never know what we have to go through. Very thoughtful to talk about it and the illogical taboos.
P. S. Now, we at least know what were the reasons behind some restrictions, which actually made sense at those times.
Don't worry we all respects the girls 😊
I got my first period in class 8 in summer vacation and from then I am told to not take bath because it will increase your waist area and that's not good. Even until now I am being told this thing but I am like what should I do with these myths and my each and every females in my family told us this thing but you know what I didn't follow these until now and neither I'll follow in future like if we don't take bath, if we don't maintain hygiene then who will be responsible for any infections or disease if we will get in future? and one more thing I wanna say I STAND FOR THE AWARENESS.....🙋🏻♀️
Sir is it good to take the food which keeps our body warm, because many times my mumma other ladies decline me to eat jaggery etc things that keeps our body warm...
I am not able to ask this question to anyone else, because nobody else knows in clear way everyone just doing the things just like guess I found only you an intelligent person please 🙏 guide me...

I know these all but the thing is if I will say this thing to my mom... She won't agree..... I said her a lot of times but she still stop me to go to temple and wash my hair. I say her that we are the children of god so they will accept us no matter what , just like u treat us but she don't understand.
And U know right arguing with parents leads to what..😢😢😢😢😢
But the thing is that if we are aware than we can change the future conditions regarding this .😇
In my opinion , it's your choice but still going to temple in these days are not that acceptable and sometimes we have to accept some rules and beliefs but about washing your hair feel free to wash it whenever you want there's nothing wrong in doing personal hygiene, my mom also used to say this but i just say that I forgot about it ;)
Thanks a lot for bringing these types of topic... But I have a question currently I'm using pads and it creates so much waste so can you guys plz tell me first I go with tampons or menstrual cup...
You should go with tampons as they are easier to use than menstrual cup.
People call girls weak but they are the most powerful in the world 👍👍❤️❤️
I'll suggest you to use menstrual cup if you don't want to use pads ..... because tampons are also containing some chemicals so I don't think it's good enough..... baaki choise is your
Same bro, we cannot swim as well..... 😔..
And I ask the gyano.. She said in this age it is better to use pads instead of menstrual cups or tampons
Tampons do create a waste and contain chemicals so i won't suggest that
I am going to switch to menstrual cups after consulting a doctor it will help me to perform better during periods days and let me share my experience
And there are myths about menstrual cup that teens can't use etc etc so i would suggest do not switch without consulting and having discussion with doctor
Are you a teenager dear
@@neelamgour70 right bro
One thing I want to say that....
Not only because of money some of girls like me can't afford pads but because of lack of sanitary pads means that some pads are named as sanitary but they are not in hygienic conditions using pads creats problems also..
so what about others i don't know but my mom used to say me that to not use pads ....
Pads provided by school should also be hugienic so that girls like me can use those ......
💕💕❤️❤️💕💕❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰🥰
What say.....
You can use Whisper pads. They r safe & hygienic and not so costly 😊

is mens responsible for u r periods ? then why should they tolerate u r anger, constant nags , womens say that " All mens are pigs " then why should pigs care about you, why too much sympathy gaining on the name of periods ? this is 21 st centuary mens and women both are equal.
what u care about mens so they should care about u r periods ? if u have problem u can change gender

What about going in temple or not ?
Please answer me…I want to tell my mom about it because she always said that you don’t have to go there because of periods and said that it’s wrong
It was a myth made by our ancestors because they wanted the women on their periods to take a rest and also because of irritation and cramps in periods you can't focus on prayer ...
well it's said that during periods the energy of women is so high that it can make the idols of god's lifeless
Umm... I think by doing it it's a disrespect to our religion
It's totally wrong if u want to go u can go..
It’s all ancient myth and taboos. It’s totally alright to go to the temples on periods!
Thanku so much sir and mam 💜 I feel so much good after watching this video
Mujhe mera first period 5th class ke summer vications me aaye the aur mujhe nhi pta tha ki ye kya ha mujhe laga ki koi disease ho gaya mujhe maine mummy ko bhi nhi bataya mujhe laga ki mummy mujhe doctor ke pass le jayengi isiliye then 1 month later I got my second period and I thought ki me thodi healthy hu isiliye aa rhe pehle maine socha ki ab sab theek ho gaya 8 din baad Then One month later again I got my period then I tell all this to my mother ki mujhe koi bimari ho gai then my mother explain me ki ye har month hoga

And I was literally shocked and still now I don't know why people are like this
Never expected this!!

Happy to know that teachers are taking initiative in talking about this topic without considering it as taboo (which shouldn't be) 😊
I hit the like button before seeing the video because the thumbnail only is worth of liking 😌😌😄
the session was great
the reason for not going to temple is that when we go through our cycle at that time the vibrations we emit are not good ... means the thoughts and vibes are not good to go in the temple for devotion and prayers... its not intentionally but happens to everyone and its biological so its no harm to go temple .... its just my perception and the reason i have read somewhere 😄😄
THANKYOU SO MUCH AG MAM AND SHERYAS SIR FOR TAKING THIS SESSION IS SO SENSITIVE AND COMFORTABLE SESSION FOR ME , YOU BOTH ARE SO GOOD TEACHERS FOR US , THX FOR THE SESSION MAM AND SIR

In odisha also ...
Mam u r very awesome and sir u r amazing we have to change our thinking sir u r an inspiration it's very good u r modern thinking nd everyone have to change
Thankfully my school gave us classes on period education when I was in 6th
My aunt use to tell me not to sit near to a guy. Periods cramps is different for every girl .. like I use to n m still experiencing hard stomach pain (abnormal pain) more than my friends.😖💔. I see them suffering Very less . Y it is Soo ya???😩
If you feel more pain than your friends then you should consult a dr. Abnormal pain can due to pcos or other diseases that are usually ignored in the name of period pain even by Doctors also. So, if your dr Says it's a normal period pain. You should change the dr. Don't ignore your pain.
Pls bring lecture for applied maths class11
