thank you emilio! feels like every aspect of art has its own anatomy per say and its kinda difficult to understand at first. you have an amazing way of simplifying it so that its easier to grasp but it still looks natural and stylized. great work man!
@@emiliodekureart of course! do you have any videos/tips on how to light anatomy? if n ot i think that would be a useful tutorial in future! keep up the awesome work!
If anyone has troubles after all theres a book called the art of drawing folds. It analizes folds like it was more like a system of tridimensional shapes. Its kinda hard dmbut its worth the time.
Dude what a great explanation. I've been drawing professionally for over twenty years, and nothing has ever explained folds better to me. If you revisit this subject, please cover dynamic poses in skirts kilts or dresses. It is impossible to find reference for stuff like that.
one of the best videos I have seen on the subject. Finally feel like I have a vague idea of how to draw drapery from imagination. Please make another video. A take on inert folds would be great, more free flowing drapery too
WHOAAA THIS MAKES SO MUCH SENSE!!!! it's really clicking for me! I wonder, though, does this apply for animating fabric as well? Or at least a little bit? Thank you!!! Can't wait to try this!!!!
This makes way too much sense. It's like the secret of the folds was right there but I refused to see it. Nice. Already made notes of this and will practice in spare time.
Been going through your videos over the past couple days and you're so good at teaching this stuff to visual learners. So easy to follow along, take a method you showed and just have fun with it. Thank you for sharing these things ❤ Having lots of fun with your way of drawing poses atm
Thank you!!! This is actually very very helpful! I never really figured out how to draw folds until i randomly stumbled upon ur video and it finally clicks! Also the stick figure climbing the staircase at 11:34 was so cute
Wow, this is an amazing demo! I never thought of the staircase method for the clothes fold before. By the way, a question. How does the staircase method work for tight-fitting clothes? A lot of the stuff drawn in the demo are loose-fitting clothes, but I wonder how they'll work with tight-fitting ones.
Nice, my clothing folds always look so wonky, this style is much more smoother. pls can you explain the turnaround of the face in cartoon style, I turn my character into another person everytime I turn them around.
The power of chaos control is unbelievable! Those chaos emeralds are certainly something
BRO! Are you watching me I just started learning folds. Your video couldn't have come at a better time.
UA-cam is watching u >:)
Of course we are. We all see you, Robert.
Please stop closing the curtains, Robert. I thought we were family.
