@@torakfett3351 do you draw one eye first and then the other? If yes, try something else instead: draw them simultaneously, first do the placement of each eye, then do the iris of each eye, then the eyebrows (or whatever order you prefer) and so on. That generally makes it easier.
I love loVE LOVE how messy and unfinished your drawings are for this lesson. A lot of other art teachers will show a completely finished or at least cleaned up sketch and it becomes so daunting because I don’t know which aspects of the art to focus on for what I am trying to learn. In this way I can completely focus on the concept of what you’re teaching and not the difference in skill or art style we both have

Honestly, the way my characters' anatomy works has made it kind of hard to make them "touch", but as soon as this was almost over, I started redrawing an interaction that I drew a few days ago... Suddenly it looks so much better. Thank you!!
That first line immediately made me think they had some specific features to their characters lol, like imagine you're drawing a t-rex and a biblically accurate angel together and ya' just don't know how it should work, but Agatha and $*&#*%^&^!(* just don't get enough art

What, you think stick figures can enjoy attention? No, of course you don’t. But you’re describing them as though they are alive and so am I, even though they are not and we know they are not. Why? Because they’re characters and as such we are to _imagine_ that they are alive and they are real. That’s literally the concept of suspension of disbelief.
I've made many interactions with my characters, some share the same braincell, argue and ask the dumbest of questions, along with heartfelt moments. Thanks for the tips!

honestly if you did a course solely on having characters together in a scene, making them interact with the environments and other characters, making interactions interesting and dynamic etc i'd instantly buy it, there are literally NO courses on that and very very few videos as well. makes sense because it's not an art fundamental per se but it still feels really important imo?? making characters interact is what I like most about drawing so these kinda vids really help :)

Something that's great with this sort of breakdown when you're already familiar with interactions and posing and such is that having it broken down and explained helps you see all the parts. At least for me it does. It helps me figure out "okay, I am here, and if I want to take it to the next level, I need to consider this and maybe add more of that". A lot of this I did know but I had been doing most pose studying subconsciously. Having it broken down was helpful. So, thank you!

Something I always forget is how clothes interact with other people. I’m always so focused on how it would naturally drape on the character wearing them, that I forget that they can be manipulated by outside forces. Thank you 🙏🏽
