1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and mix well.
Roll about 1 tbsp. of the dough between your palms to form a small bowl. Place on a plate or a rimmed baking sheet and pop in the fridge or freezer for one hour. Enjoy!

Hello, friends! This is a recipe that I shared a few years back in a FB live - so I wanted to update and condense the video so it was much shorter and to the point! This is a great recipe when you want something easy, and quick - in a healthier sweet tooth kind of way :)
I wonder if adding a bit a shredded carrots- shredded with the tiny holes on grater, would work??
@@kecrn4132 Hmmmm, I bet it would!
How many calories in each energy ball? Thanks for sharing this lovely recipe keep up the good work and keep smiling please reply and keep up the good work
Is there something else to use instead of honey? I can’t have honey.
Diabetics can substitute Queenies or Steeves no-sugar maple syrup.
I made these with my 6 year old son this morning. He was so proud of himself for making them! Thanks for sharing.
Good for him ☺️
How’s your son 3 years later 😁
My teen daughter and I made this together on Mother’s Day. It’s absolutely delicious! It’s a healthy late afternoon snack. Thank you so much!
I love when your kids are in the video, they're so darn cute!
I used your exact recipe. This is the only snack I make for hubby and I. He LOVES this in the morning with tea! I make a big batch to refrigerate for the whole week. Definitely recommend to anyone!!! 10/10! Thank you for sharing with us!
This is perfect for me on the road! I work 10-12 hours a day driving and been looking for a healthy snack for me on the go !
This isn't that healthy
@@miamiwax5504 watch out for this guy Kevin on the road he'll be all hept up on goof balls.
@@kevinisbell1867 wow i thought us Kevin’s would stick together but nah
@@miamiwax5504 better than eating junk food buddy !!
@@aersn4locs you got that right. Other Kevin's out there disgracing my name wtf. I cant stand other kevin's. They think cause we share in a first name that we share in awesomeness.
Thank you Dani! I have made this recipe serval times, especially when we are taking the kids for a hike! And it's so cool to see your kids they look so grown up and adorable!
I finally got around to making these last night and love them! These will become a staple
I've been using your recipe for years and everyone I share with enjoys it as much as I do. Thank you!
This recipe is so timely and looks scrumptious 😋 Thank you, Dani 👸🏼💕
This was SO easy and SO good. I read the comments and made some tweaks. Used dried cranberries instead of chocolate chips, air fried the oats for 5 mins @ 350*F and since I'm seed cycling I added pumpkin seeds in addition to the flax seeds. I also used slightly less cranberries, honey and peanut butter to pull back on the sugar/sweetness a little bit. Super yummy. I got 14 balls. I'll make them again later this month but will swap the seeds for sesame & sunflower.
Thanks so much for this! I definitely plan on making these😋
Made these twice already since I watched your video. They are so easy to make and soooo delicious. Thank you for sharing.
Perfect on the go goodness! Thank you 💜
This recipe looks amazing, thanks so much Dani ... can't wait to try it!
I just made these minus the chocolate chips! So quick easy and delicious! Thanks!
Finally made these and they are so yummy! Tastes like something I bought in a store but better. I’m happy to have something to snack on that’s healthier than my usual options. Thanks :)
Hi! I made these after seeing your video yesterday. I added shredded coconut and dried cherries. Came out really well!
Thank you! Looks very easy and delicious.
These are so delicious :) taste exactly like snickers I didnt have any flaxseeds so I used coconut flour instead and it worked great!
Thank you! I will definitely do it
Thanks! I was trying to look for a recipe that didn’t make a lot! I usually always love your recipes!
I made these the other day and they are fabulous! I changed the chocolate chips to dried cranberries because that is what I had on hand. I have made many different recipes for Energy Bites, but your recipe is the best! I have made tons of your other recipes but don't always tell you; they are always great! (Remember me? I grew up in Cranford but now live in northern VT).
Just made it super delicious thank you 😊
These are delicious! I just had two of them. I followed the recipe exact, except I rolled a few balls in shredded coconut. Delicious! Tastes like granola bars, except better. They store very well, and maybe it’s just me, but I think they taste better the longer you store them lol. Had mine for 5 days now. Thanks for sharing!
I love these!!! My go-to recipe and my family loves them.
Thanks Dani these look delicious we will definitely make these thanks for sharing❤
This looks so good! Finally a recipe that doesn't require going to the store or need a lot of effort! Thank you!
Very true! These are as easy as it gets.
Thank you for sharing this recipe!
Gonna make these tonight!
Love the inclusion of ground flaxseed. Always trying to get more in my diet. Well done!
Thanks, Dave. Enjoy them!
Cant wait to make these, thank you so much.
I have been making something similar for years but with pumpkin seeds as well. So yummy 😋
My 1 & 3 years old boys love this recipe thank you so much it’s so easy and simple and they enjoy preparing it with me😍
Mmmm these are delicious!! Thank you so much for this recipe!!
This was perfect. I live in a small apartment rn and have no blender, this is the only recipe I could find that didn’t need one! Tysm
This is such a delicious recipe, I loved all the ingredients that you used for the recipe, I also loved using clean ingredients for my recipes 😊
Looks easy and delicious! Thank you
They definitely are!
Thank you! I just made these and they are scrumptious…and, as you say, so easy!
I combined a quarter cup of crunchy peanut butter with a quarter cup of almond butter, and used the pure maple syrup; I also used 60% cacao chips rather than mini chocolate chips. My husband, who typically doesn’t enjoy my healthy snacks, really likes these! Yay! Though, this might mean fewer for me. 😒 😆 Oh well! 🤷🏻♀️All blessings to you and your lovely family.
Thank you for this easy recipe. I made this last week & since then I've made it 3 times :) My family LOVES it & can't get enough of it. I've also shared the recipe with 2 other people. They love it as well. Thanks again.
I made these using omega 3 seed mix instead of the nuts and theyre amazing...thank you! I made a smaller amount too with less of everything and put everything in my calorie app and Theyre perfect for a snack and I was looking for a way to use the Omega 3 seeds in the evening as theyre beneficial to sleep. So this worked out perfectly as an evening snack with my bedtime warm drink!
Love these quick and easy energy balls! Yum!
Came back to your channel for these. Thanks for the update. Husband loves these.
Awesome, looks yummy! Perfect timing, I'm tired of ALL my usual bars and I need a portable breakfast. 👌❤

Making these for a Postpartum snack. Thank you!
These look and sound yummy! I bet these would be good too with some shredded coconut added too. So many possibilities.
One more to try out! Thank you.
I love your recipes. They never disappoint! The brownie recipe is amazing. Can't wait to try this energy ball recipe! The outtakes are adorable! I enjoy your channel! 😊👍
Benefits include lower blood sugar and cholesterol levels, protection against skin irritation and reduced constipation. In addition, they are very filling and have many properties that should make them a weight loss friendly food. At the end of the day, oats are among the healthiest foods you can eat.👍
Aswell as cancer
This looks so yummy , can't wait to make this
Since I found this recipe a couple of months ago, I have made them quite a few times. Sometimes with dried cranberries and sunflower seeds in them. So good! These are by far our favorite recipe (and there are lots of them out there). Thanks so much !
I was thinking about adding those two ingredients as well. I'm going to try to make these for the first time, tomorrow.
I just made them and they are super delicious! I didn't have enough peanut butter so I did half peanut butter and half almond butter. Me and my husband loved it so much that only half the batch made it to the fridge to be cooled :D Thank you for the recipe!
I would love to see another video with different flavors of energy bites
Just add whatever you want!!
I do half c cashews pulsed in processer then add 19 pitted dates and tsp vanilla, tsp lemon zest and tbsp lemon juice and half c dried cranberries pulse again to get the thick texture then roll each in coconut. One hour in fridge. Yum
Thanks,I was looking for something sweet after dinner that wouldn’t wreck my diet!
Thank you for sharing!
Anytime!! Enjoy the recipe.
Didn't have chocolate chips so I made these with some semi crushed walnuts and pecans, put them in the freezer, they were so yum! Thanks for all your great ideas.
I made these today, they were delicious. I substituted the chocolate with pumpkin and sunflower seeds. 🌻
Love these energy balls. I rolled some of mine in sesame seeds at the end. I also used toasted oats (I had already toasted 3 cups for another recipe, but decided to use some of it for this one instead). If you prefer your oats toasted instead of raw, I did 350° for 18 min., then let them cool completely before adding to the recipe.
Oooohhh.... Rolled in toasted sesame seeds. That sounds delicious!
That is a great idea with the sesame seeds... I gotta get some for my next batch. Still as awesome recipe.
Thank you ! Great ideas I’ll definitely try 🎉
We made these last nite and they are awesome! Thanks
I made these today and they are delicious. I used maple syrup instead of honey because I'm not big on honey. These will be nice to have in the fridge for when I have a craving for sweet and salty. Thank you!!!
Will be trying this!
Awesome, Enjoy!
I’ve been looking for a quick and healthy snack idea. Thank you! Love the children drop in! 😆
Thanks, Jaime! Enjoy.
I just made these they came out pretty good but a lil too sweet for me, next time i will add less honey, i really like the crunch from the oats. Thanks Dani
I liked these! I really liked the ones that had bananas in them as well. Those were one of my all time favorites.
Wow 🤩 Delicious and nutritious 👍 Thank you Dani!
these were sooo good! i made the with my sis there in the fridge right now i will leave update when i try em! ❤
I love this snack very much and i do toasted the flaxseed first with oats and it gives me smoky taste. ❤
These are amazing.
These are so good!!
Looks delicious 😊
Thanks a lot for Sharing your healthy recipe
Gonna try these
i can't wait to try these with my kids!
Having a hard time adding calories to my bulking diet.. These will help immensely! Thanks for sharing :)
Nice video. I love making the oat balls different flavours ( raisin/cranberry or double chocolate ) but have never used flax seed , really healthy nice:)
I can't wait to try them. I just convinced my sister to make them with me.
Can’t wait to try these, yum!!
Making these today!!!
These are super yummy I did adjust the recipe slightly but that’s why this is such a solid recipe and very forgiving to deviations
Going to try these for Valentine’s Day instead of making cookies. Thanks 😊
My daughter n son made this balls and it was a surprise!!!!!!!!!! Very easy n tasty. Their first cooking in life thankyou so much
Can’t wait to try this!!
Thank you ❤
I just made these but I used almond butter instead and I cut the maple syrup from 1/3 to 1/4 cup just because my taste buds can't handle sweet as well since drastically cutting sugar out of my diet
I like those alternatives. That is what I want to do too.
Alicia Lau
Did u cut out the chocolate chips also ?
Simple but super yummy... thanks dear, you make my day 😍 much more easier
Mmmm, sounds great!
I just made these they are delicious 😋
I make these and so much better than processed sweets or just PB & J. This time I used organic oats, honey , organic peanut butter and pecans and a tiny tiny bit of dark chocolate chips. I squeeze into a ball and refrigerate. I put olive oil on my hands to help them not stick.
These look amazing! Your kids are awesome!🤣❤️
Thank you 🙏🏽
Omg your daughter is your twin! So adorable🥰 cant wait to try this recipe!
I make these but also add chia seeds to mine. My husband loves them and even requested I make them this week.
Such a cute snack for parties too ❤️
Yummy 😋I will be trying these!
Looks like a great healthy snack. 👍🏿Thanks for sharing.
My pleasure! Enjoy them.
