how to reduce bloating summary:

I love this! I’m a massage therapist and when I suggest abdominal massage when I hear people are bloated or having digestion issues I always get the weirdest looks! I swear it works! I has helped me so much and the rolling too!! Thank you for this video

Omg..I was on a Diet Coke binge for months and my stomach is noticeably bloated, and I don’t typically gain there. I stopped drinking it a few weeks ago opted for water and crystal light hoping this will help me, also did a foam roll session this evening..gonna do this regularly!!! very informational I have had problems with bloating or gargle stomach. I have used peppermint tea chamomile tea even sucking on a candy mint but ginger seems to help the best

what kind of roller are you using in this video? I have a small one, about 24" across, but it's pretty firm and has ridges on it.

Do you have a recommendation for something to use to roll that is softer than a foam roller?
I have been suffering with bloating for a while now & I tell my doctor & he gives me no answers! 😭 I’m gonna try the tea & the foam also some of your other suggestion from other videos. I also keep thinking I could have a dairy intolerance? I have milk every day in my coffee & sometimes sour cream, cheese & eggs. Ugh idk what to do anymore but it’s usually every single day I’m bloated

I believe I need to do the pelvic exercises every time I pee I feel like I have to push out the pee and my stomach is like pushing outward? Weird to explain but wow... definitely looking into the pelvic exercises

Hi, Mona. Its so helpfull but I have a question, why everytime I drink smoothie, I always get bloating? I am a lover of green smoothie but its so diagusting when I see my stomach bloating after that
Velen Kanisius hi. It’s super common for raw veggies to do this. Try to keep smoothie more simple. Less ingredients. Experiment there
I thought you were getting treated for SIBO. Can you do a video on that and what worked and what didn't. I was diagnosed with SIBO and worked with Dr. Sadeghi but her protocol didn't help me and I'm back to square one

I get gassy and SUPER bloated everytime i eat some kinda vegan protein like - lentils (daal), chickpeas. Anything basic beans!! How do i move into being a vegetarian if i have this constant issue??? :(
you need to soak and sprout, it will reduce bloating.
your body will slowly adjust to it over time if you add it in slowly but ^^yes soaking them beforehand can help a lof

She said to stop consuming drinks that make you belch immediately after. Well that would mean even water for me. Seriously, I give out a give burp after consuming a glass of water upon rising. Surely, I am not supposed to give up water. But I have noticed less belching if my morning aqua is water, lemon, apple cider vinegar and cayenne pepper. Someone mentioned doing the stomach roll exercise by hand. I do the same but add pinching the rolls of fat up and down, left right and center, and highly recommend it for others like me who are just too tight or heavy to get on the floor. Good info about the pelvic floor which surely forces my stomach to push out further. Ginger and fennel tea will become my drink before meals for a little while.
When I drink like a glass of water before meal and two after plus normal 2L of water a day- no bloating but then I am not sure if my stomach acid works well and digests when it’s all diluted 🤷🏻♀️
Have you tried beta HCL or apple cider vinegar
I drank ginger and fennel seeds in warm water for few days, it's really effective but my body gets hot and because of it I get itchy and my face puffs up.. Any suggestions?

When you mention chewing on fennel seeds to aid in digestion, are you supposed to also swallow them?
I think she means swallowing it and eating it as you would seeds or nuts
