Today was definitely my favorite day so far! Also I want to say how much I am enjoying reading the comments from people all over the world. I’ve been blessed to be a student of Tim’s for several years now in his local studio, and one of the best things about his classes beyond the awesome yoga is the feeling of community. Of sharing. Being around a bunch of people with high positive energy with awesome vibes. This online group is the next best thing. I’m so grateful to be a part of this with all of you. “See” you all tomorrow. 🙏🏼

It's crazy how everyone's journey is different yet we all have the ability to connect with one another due to this simple thing. Thanks for your positive energy. Ekaterina Bulavina Tim teaches a lot (or did before the COVID thing) in Laguna Beach, California. I live about 30 minutes South of there in San Clemente. But I’ve been to London many times over the years - it’s one of my favorite cities. How awesome to connect from 5500 miles apart 😊

It’s incredible to get connected while so far apart and a pity I can not join the class and community live, however, I am so incredibly grateful to Tim connecting the world and supporting the humanity in such a wonderful way.
The outdoors class surrounding was so beautiful I couldn’t resist not to ask where it was.

Classic Tim's! The beautiful thing about your Vinyasas is the fact that one can vary or combine the individual sections with related Asanas. One can't go wrong here. I am doing these vinyasas everyday since the first video by Tim published by Fightmaster at the time. I feel great, healthy and very fit despite my 72 years. I probably should add that I played soccer almost all my life, which kept me physical fit through the years. But nothing beats yoga for a general physical and mental health, and Tim is the best teacher I know.
Hi, Andre. I too have been practicing with Tim's videos for 5 years and remember when Lesley Fightmaster first introduced him. I agree that today's practice was classic Tim. I am 67. Glad to know I am not the oldest yogi out here. Stay safe.

Hi Tim. My name is Aurore. I live in HK. I have been practising yoga not for long (1-2 years). In wanted to give you some feedback. I was not convinced about taking Yoga classes on UA-cam but your class is thumbs up. The setting (simple, clear, relaxing), your voice (clear, slow, relaxing, engaging), the sound (room acoustic is good and this is a key element which should not be underestimated), the content (diverse but steady, challenging but ensuring you focus on the down and feeling rather than showing off fancy pauses, also never thought a teacher on UA-cam could correct my pauses better than a live teacher:)). I actually recommended your class to 20 people I think. I started with the 30 days challenge, which helped me a lot in correcting minor position issues, but still very important to correct those. I stopped at day 15 as not enough challenging for me (I do 10 hours of sport a week:)). I have been doing the 7 days quarantine for 2 months now. I love it. As long you keep looking for improving/perfecting your pauses this is still a challenging programme (all is in how committed you are to your practice and making the pauses better each time). So again thank you for the great quality. Any recommendations or suggestions of your top 5 challenging classes

I really enjoy these longer classes - so need the strengthening after missing months of classes. Tim is the best teacher I've come across in years. He's so aware of breath and alignment and doesn't push can cause injuries in students. Thank you, Tim.

Awesome flow, again. I have followed your yoga for years and recently did the 30day challenge (took me about 45 days to complete b/c I am a nurse in a hospital and all that drama, set me back a bit) which lead me into proper vinyasa. Now, I am able to do proper movements. I think I had a great flow without locking out poses. Thank you!

Holy crow! That was the first time I have done the crow pose going forward to the head - I was a bit wobbly getting back into it, I am definitely going to practice that one. Ollie looks like he agrees with you when it comes to doing a full half hour of lying in that stretch at the end! I enjoyed the comments about balance - not too much, not too little, find the balance. I loved the transition to parivritta ardha chandrasana from utkatasana. I've never done it that way and it felt so natural and it was way easier for me to turn my chest and raise my back leg higher than usual. That's today's achievement for me :) thanks to you Tim!!! :) Namasté

Hey Tim! Was a bit a anxious about trying to follow this challenging class but I was ready and everything went well. Loved the transition between reverse warrior and triangle, discovered that I'm able to rise from crow pose to a head stand (and that was such a thrill!), skipped a lot of upward facing dogs cause my low back was a bit painful (thanks for that very useful tip I learned from you). Very happy to keep practicing one hour each day, thank you so much for the challenge! See you tomorrow!

I really like the sun salutations at the beginning. They are so meditative and a great way to get your mind focused and your body warm! I also love the guided meditation/shivasana at the end! I never stay long enough on my own! Thanks!
