Great class, Tim. Thankfully, not as hard as yesterday. My body needed a gentler practice today and, as always, you came through. I am really enjoying this quarantine challenge. Love seeing you and reading other yogis' comments after each day's practice. So great feeling we are all in this together in many different geographic locations. Namaste!

Amazing Quarantine Challenge...I definitely enjoyed so much this practice (specially after yesterday challenge!!!) I like your approach of yoga in general... please keep it up! This is what spiced up my days lately!!! Namaste!

Ahaha in 22:49 I really started moving my hips like Shakira till you said “no I’m kidding, don’t do that“ and had to laugh so hard afterwards 😂 Thank you for this class, it’s the best way to start my day! 🙏🏻
I'm behind because of internet outages and bandwidth competition with others in the house, but grateful to have gotten back to the challenge. I like the alternative warmup!

Loved this class. After the hip rotation exercise my malasana and bakasana were stronger. I'm late to the party due to work and stress. Yoga is keeping me grounded. I would so welcome a class for keyworkers who can't quarantine; that said, your teaching- and humour- are soup for the soul. Namaste.

Thanks Tim. I practice yoga every day and would consider myself to be an intermediate yogi. You were recommended to me by a friend I met at a yoga retreat in February. I am really enjoying this challenge as a nice change to my standard routine. Love the hip and core work especially (after day 3 I discovered some butt muscles I did not know existed!). Namaste!

great class! i loved the variety( i am practicing on carpet but have sliders so i could easily do the sock glides) but i also love that in every class i am able to practice my crow pose :). also - thank you for keeping it real with the fun "in person" style conversations - " after hours" haha i had a nice chuckle! namaste :)

So much to love about this class; new fun stuff, longer holds in the stretches and I particularly liked being reminded not to harden certain muscles (that deserves a wink!). Softening the back ribs to let the diaphragm expand in the back was a whole new dynamic in tree pose. Thank you!
