    A friend sent me this challenge as a way to keep ourselves sane while home for social distancing during this COVID-19 pandemic. I'm a single mother, home with 2 boys - trying to work full-time from home while caring for my boys. I used to do yoga regularly before having kids and this series is reminding me how much I love it. It's currently my 30 min oasis in the day. I love that these are not super long but super impactful spiritually and physically - I couldn't manage a longer practice at this time. Thank you so much for helping me find a way to ground myself and feel connected, while the sands beneath our feet shift in these times!

    My wife and I are still here! We are definitely feeling stronger and we love the length of your videos. One comment to make though is that you seem to give directions faster in the videos with stacy. Its particularly hard to get into and out of the warrior poses as fast as you have her move. I appreciate that she is highly flexible and capable but for the average viewer I think slowing down the transitions just a bit would be helpful especially in the early days of the series.

      @@yogawithtim I am glad some people found that joke funny. I feel I must say that I found that joke, as well as torture jokes today and yesterday, rather jarring. I appreciate your language around the emotional charge of our bodies, but casual jokes about torture and murder intervene in a negative way into this process of connecting with emotional charge. Please remember that some of your viewers have, in fact, experienced torture, or have loved ones who have been murdered in violent crimes. These casual jokes - while clearly meant in jest - penetrate the experience of our bodies. I hope you understand this is not meant as criticism, but rather an opportunity to share how I am 'feeling it'. Yours with great respect and gratitude for this wonderful practice, and your generous videos.

    My usual day goes something like this with the lockup: wake up, have a shower, eat, sit down and work, eat, work some more, eat, watch a movie and sleep. Doing these daily practices twice does make a difference. I am truly grateful for that.

    As an a person who used to smoke I find the "smoke break" jokes a joyful reminder that I don't have to do that anymore, it triggers gratitude for what I'm able to use my time and body for now instead. Thanks Tim!

    I feel ya ha. Took an unexpected hiatus and have had some big things happening, the first few days of this challenge brought me so much grace during that time. Last night at work I could tell the I was due for a recharge/wash away, glad I'm back on the mat. I appreciate the kind comments!

    Every day I walk 5-6 miles and have now added yoga and know what I was missing. Never underestimate the power of stretching with movement. Love the planks and ab work and, of course, Ollie. Thank you so much, Tim and Stacy!! Marie

    Tim, I have been practicing your videos for about 3 years now. I have started and restarted your 30 day challenges hundreds of times now, maybe more. Battling both injury and mental demons the entire way. And well I have tried so many other methods and so many other teachers, you are the first that has made a lasting difference in my life.
    Thank you for being willing to teach at a slower pace and actually breakdown the fundamental process of developing good form. I love your videos. Thank you!!!

    I can practice your meditations and visualizations at the end of most of these, but honestly I become so conscious and sensitive to my body, breath, and mind that I don't have to manipulate anything for me to feel peaceful and full of energy. Yes Tim, I and many others are feeling the extraordinary results of Yoga. I thank you for sharing your mentorship!

    Today was great! I’m 3 years late for the challenge but so glad to be doing it! I practice Brazilian Jiujitsu and yoga in the morning has really improved my performance, flexibility and strength. I wasn’t expecting the spiritual improvement though!

    I felt better after this workout. Its really nice to see Stacey and you working to show us the correct postures and variations. In Other videos I used to forced my body to do the postures, now I have variations and less pressure of myself. Namaste!

    Starting tree pose with my fingers on the wall was EVERTHING, I could never get my feet up my thighs and maintain balance, so I just rested it on my ankle, this time I got it! .
    I would love it if you could do some sort of mini-workshop just on balance, I think that would be super helpful for me, and I am sure for others as well.

    LOL - I'm pickin' up what you're puttin' down! Day 6 class done and planks are easier with each day. So enjoy Tim's calm presentation and the beautiful scenery in the background. The time passes quickly in class. Can't wait for yoga workout #7. :)

    This dude is cracking me up. I do yoga every single day and usually play a practice from one of about 8 different UA-cam Yogi's. None of them make me LITERALLY LoL while I'm practicing except Tim. I hadn't seen him before, and decided to do a thirty day challenge starting this week (for something different between other yoga stuff). Best decision ever. There's a child-like joy he brings to yoga that is so genuine. I will be finishing this challenge and likely watching every other video over the next few years. Thanks for being in this space!

    It's so nice on "off" days, to do this gently and softly, and not have the overwhelming menace of "performing" and exertion. Just relaxing into it like a warm bath.

    Day 6 still here, may I make an observation. With Stacey on the mat the relationship between viewer and teacher is less intimate. Not a complaint, just thought you may be interested.

Your videos have helped my husband, son and me a lot the past 2 years.We feel the same as Mr Whiting below - please do try to do the videos by yourself, Tim.     Hi, Tim. How are you? I have been following you for 2 weeks now and the first thing I did was the 7 DAYS Corona Challange. Now it is the 30 day program. I am back here in Switzerland since 3 weeks from my 1 year world trip, which I had to break off earlier due to the circumstances. I think you're a really cool dud, the way you teach yoga - awesome!! and I also realize for me that I really don't want to be without it anymore.I've been doing yoga for a long time, sometimes more, sometimes less. Now I notice how I am becoming more and more flexible, it is a blessing for my mind, which I don't want to miss in my life anymore. So I send you the best and sunniest greetings from Switzerland.     I feel you! I loved the comment of "be your body" because we often have all of our energy and attention concentrated up in the head/brain. But the rest of the body is equally us- our vessel deserves attention and gratitude! Noticing, being reminded of and playing with our existence within the body is something I love about yoga. Thanks for this thorough practice!

    Really felt the heat building up at the beginning of class; hardly moving and lots of heat coming from core of body. Pretty cool. I liked the meditation part at the end as well, was able to visualize the stress leaving through my heels; I wanted it to shoot out, but it just lingered there in a cloud, maybe next time. Thanks Tim

    I feel you! Coming back from 5-6 years away from my practice due to a shoulder injury. Wont go to a class in person right now so needed something on line. Loving your series.       Thank you for your gracious reply, Tim. The other suggestion we had was (don't know how practical it will be, but still.. :-) - maybe you could list the props needed and their easily available home substitutes in the description below the video (as a standard thing - for beginners who are not used to your videos) ??? This way, the person feels prepared before starting the yoga experience and has no interruptions to the yogic flow.

    I appreciate spending a bit more time in Shavasana doing a little meditation. It feels so nice. And yeah, I can really feel how my emotions are stored in my body and how I can release them when I practice yoga. Feels almost like magic.     Great , great, great 30 challenge. The sequences in every class and between each classes are a nice level and well paced. My husband started yoga last May (with Tim only!), He is doing quite good with this challenge. He started with absolutely with no sense of his body position. He is now seeing improvement in his daily posture. Thank you Tim! Keep up the excellent work.

    Had to go back, watch the balancing triangle sequence, and try it again. That was challenging and super fun. I've practiced for about three years with someone calling out a sequence of familiar poses. It is a little more difficult to learn to listen to detailed step-by-step instructions of each pose not quite knowing where I'm heading. I'm getting better at knowing right from left quickly, and I'm thankful to be growing in my practice by paying attention to the details.

    Yes Im feeling it. Your instruction and description of movement and breathing are awesome! And Stacy demonstrates so well, I notice how she is always making micro adjustments and Im trying to do that more and more.
