Today I did 1 squat to get off my couch, took a bike ride to Pizzahut for an XL pinapple pizza, then return home and did another squat to sit on my couch, then finally enjoy the pizza while watching this video for more motivation. Me so proud of my 2 reps squat today. Thanks Mike.

I ran 3 miles as quick as I could and did this 400 workout N it was actually fun, there's time for my wife n daughter afterwards thanks for the workout yo really do appreciate it, Im training for the spartan race as well so this helps alot

Hi Mike.....It was awesome. I'd completed this workout in 11min 42 sec with 3-4 min rest as I'd done this for the first time. Please make some more tougher and workout circuit qith than this with short duration.

KillerMaster you should take breaks if you're a beginner! It's totally fine. The goal is to finish all the reps. Try to mimimize your breaks

Have actually tried this at home. A good replacement I have found for the bar in the Australian Pull-up is a set of TRX cables hooked into a door.

I replaced the aussie PU with bent over DB rows; also replaced the last pushups with bicycle crunches for abs
