    Performix athlete Mike Vazquez is a unique animal. In a world dominated by guys who either look good or perform well, Vazquez manages to do both-and he does them damn well. His strength and athleticism are second to none, and he adds a performance touch to his training that makes his workouts downright entertaining to watch.
    Vazquez calls this particular workout video his 400-Rep Juggernaut Circuit, but as he moves seamlessly through the session's eight distinct segments, you'll probably start to wonder who the real juggernaut is: the workout, or Vazquez?
    This workout is named for the 400 cumulative reps you perform in a circuit of eight total exercises broken into 50-rep sets. It's a fairly simple-but by no means easy-workout that tests your muscular endurance and cardiorespiratory fitness, which makes it perfect if you want to test your mettle in a Tough Mudder, Spartan Race, or other endurance challenge.
    "You're gonna feel your heart rate jump," Vazquez says of the session. "You're gonna feel like you wanna puke." Not that nausea is a bad thing: Vazquez says this like it's some kind of perverse selling point, warning the faint of heart that his workout isn't easy.
    Whatever your fitness level, Vazquez concedes that the key is to push yourself and work on improving your time whenever you try it. "That's really the fun part," he says. "If you have a partner, challenge each other and try to beat each other's time."
    "The challenging part of this workout is that you can't take any breaks," Vazquez adds. "You're going through every exercise for 50 reps each, then bouncing right into the next exercise."

      KillerMaster you should take breaks if you're a beginner! It's totally fine. The goal is to finish all the reps. Try to mimimize your breaks

    You can always adjust it down, to 30-40 per exercise, based on your fitness level.

    I ran 3 miles as quick as I could and did this 400 workout N it was actually fun, there's time for my wife n daughter afterwards thanks for the workout yo really do appreciate it, Im training for the spartan race as well so this helps alot

    Today I did 1 squat to get off my couch, took a bike ride to Pizzahut for an XL pinapple pizza, then return home and did another squat to sit on my couch, then finally enjoy the pizza while watching this video for more motivation. Me so proud of my 2 reps squat today. Thanks Mike.

    I've been trying a few of these excersises, it's super difficult. However I do have fun at the same time. but I have'nt tried all of them yet, because I don't have any dumbbells or a pull up bar yet, but when I do I will try all of these excersises

    Have actually tried this at home. A good replacement I have found for the bar in the Australian Pull-up is a set of TRX cables hooked into a door.

    Hi Mike.....It was awesome. I'd completed this workout in 11min 42 sec with 3-4 min rest as I'd done this for the first time. Please make some more tougher and workout circuit qith than this with short duration.

    50 at a time is really a super easy stuff. I am from para sf and
    I can do 400at a time,and my other batch mates too ,some can do even 600above .
    it just depends on training and proper nutrition.

    What is the right way to work up to this level? Do the entire circuit with lower reps and work up to 50, or work through the entire circuit with rest, until you can do it without rest?

      it's all about keeping a high heartbeat, so i think doing it the same way with lower reps should be the way to go.

    Bro , you should do military push ups..its more difficult than regular push up...your arms shouldnt be going either ways but parallel tp each other ...

    it took me way too much time at the Australian pull ups, i can do only 10 reps each. I have no problem with the bench hop, can do 50 straight. anyway this workout is super effective and it can save you tons of time at the gym.
