      I like the workout but not a single exercise done with 50 reps. If you telling someone to do it you should do it first

    I workout many of your exercises but not handstands or those kinds of push ups but overall your training change my life .

    Today I did 1 squat to get off my couch, took a bike ride to Pizzahut for an XL pinapple pizza, then return home and did another squat to sit on my couch, then finally enjoy the pizza while watching this video for more motivation. Me so proud of my 2 reps squat today. Thanks Mike.

      KillerMaster you should take breaks if you're a beginner! It's totally fine. The goal is to finish all the reps. Try to mimimize your breaks

    I like it.
    You can always adjust it down, to 30-40 per exercise, based on your fitness level.

    I ran 3 miles as quick as I could and did this 400 workout N it was actually fun, there's time for my wife n daughter afterwards thanks for the workout yo really do appreciate it, Im training for the spartan race as well so this helps alot

    I did It after running 4,9 Miles 😜😅.
    Very, very difficult 😅. My 7 years old son’s encouraged me ❤️. I’m proud Of me 😜.

    I've been trying a few of these excersises, it's super difficult. However I do have fun at the same time. but I have'nt tried all of them yet, because I don't have any dumbbells or a pull up bar yet, but when I do I will try all of these excersises

    Hi Mike.....It was awesome. I'd completed this workout in 11min 42 sec with 3-4 min rest as I'd done this for the first time. Please make some more tougher and workout circuit qith than this with short duration.

    Have actually tried this at home. A good replacement I have found for the bar in the Australian Pull-up is a set of TRX cables hooked into a door.
