Thanks for the info about ankle mobility. I had slight knee pain while I did squats with knees over toes preventing them from going beyond toes. Now with the ankle mobility exercise and squatting with my knees beyond toes, the knee pain has reduced by 90%

Trust me , form is not all about back/ lower back/ rounding/ ankle or hip mobility. Your squat has a bad neck form. Alignment starts from first vertebrae of your spine and goes till the bottom of your foot. Your neck is bent so far forward that you are adding extra 10 pounds of stress every inch and it's highly prone to neck injury. In the long run, please do make sure you are focusing on neck alignment as well in your videos along with other aspects you are already covering. "Chin tuck" , that is where you start ! Flexion/ extension of neck is bad while lifting. Cheers and good luck to your Channel.
P.S. this is not a negative comment. I am here to only help everyone understand that the most neglected part is neck and you need to hold it in right spot to make sure that your entire spine is aligned in such a way that you are injury free.
