    Very nice information on Coffee. I have been using cold brew coffee one cup @9 am. without ony additives. It's fine. It keeps me full longer until 3pm. No break fast .

    I have tried black coffe before workout . initially I wasn't familiar with taste but gradually It felt okay and one thing I observed was it increased my performance gradually as said in this video.

    Great video bro... Good info.... Im a regular consumer of coffee... Used to consume 7-8 cups of filter coffee per day and yeah it resulted in acidity. Be careful with consumption of caffeine... It is a good one if used within limits. BTW, the amount of caffeine changes from the way it is made. Let us say if it is a filter coffee, the caffeine level will be less compared to double shot espresso but the calories intake will be vice versa.
    At the end, if anything in limit is so apt. Coffee a day keeps stress away.

    I have purchased a coffee maker and replaced my morning drink with black coffee with cinnamon and honey(1/2 tsp) instead of instant coffee with milk and sugar. I have seen good results. I also got used to the taste of it.

    Bro oka major doubt undi and wasn't able to find anyone trustable enough to ask this question. So here it goes. I'm 90kgs now and hitting the gym almost regularly. I'm planning to do cardio for 4 days and strengths for 2 days. What is your take on this? The reason I'm doing this is to reduce weight and maintain the muscle.
