This video explores the natural status of this expert trainer and why her natural status is important. People perceive good body as the ideal standard for a good trainer but they are wrong. Proper techniques and basic compound exercises like squat, bench and deadlift determine the trainer/coaches' ability to excel.
I also explain where she is wrong and why in the subsequent part of the video. These expert trainers never learn the techniques right and cause injuries for their clients. Question everything, hard-work and dedication are silly words thrown around to cover their steroid bodies. Compound lifts in addition to proper volume lead to overall muscle growth.

Lower weight with more reps is generally more helpful for hypertrophy, but lighter weight should still be a reasonable weight

Impingement syndrome aka swimmer shoulder. Also costochondritis, two problems you may suffer with this workout and will stay away from gym. Currently suffering with it, more than happy you provide my data and research
As a woman who has somewhat fitness knowledge...I agree with all your points.
It is almost impossible for woman to naturally build so much muscle with their natural testosterone levels.
IFBB also is to blamed for not bringing transparency to the sport and being an ally.
Look at any female athlete / sportsperson in their peak form and they don't look muscular at all despite training for 2-3 hours daily. Only exception could be Serena Williams who genetics could be different from Asians.
Also one suggestion: when you mention steroids, better to use the entire term anabolic steroids otherwise some may confuse it with corticosteroids usually prescribed by doctors.

So far the best channel for exercise and fitness in telugu ,bro I wanna ask you that the difference in fitness goals for male and female , there is not even a single channel for women's fitness with scientific backup...and so I am so confused on how to start( the starting trouble) ( stuck in basics) can you do videos for females too ( starting from basics) .

Dude my friend blindly following a trainer who is famous in Instagram, his training tips doesn’t make any sense, and he gets very offended when I tried to say that he is doing workouts with bad form and just doing ego lifting. I don’t follow anyone and I do my research from Internet or famous UA-cam trainers like athleanx or jeff nippard and always try to correct myself and keep updated even though I’m lifting from past 4 years because it’s a never ending learning and training process
