Perfect little warmer for my hand injury. Was hoping someone had something I could use while waiting for hand and wrist strain to recover. Nicely cued and felt the core work really well. Longer version would be amazing!

Thank you so pleased to finally find something that doesn’t require me on all fours etc as my wrists can’t go to 90 degrees and have cts in both so this was fab I’ll keep doing it! Thanks
Thankyou I broke my wrist and had surgery a lot of workouts involve cast for stability and I don’t have a cast for stability so I’m grateful for this 😃

I do Pilates 5 days a week. But after injuring my wrist I am glad I found some form of Pilates that I am still able to do. Thankyou!

This is my second time doing this class since getting a carpal tunnel diagnosis and I love it! More carpal tunnel-friendly workouts would be amazing!
