Yogis! Finally posting a new video. This is a no wrists and no hands yoga flow (NO downdog or planks) but we build a lot of strength in the lower body, back muscles, and the CORE. :) Enjoy your practice! :) - Maris
"Know that everything you have done in your practice is enough" - what a wonderful way to start Savasana, thank you! As I sit here in Bath UK, in virtual lock down from Corona Virus, and nursing a broken wrist, thank you so much for this wonderful, calming yoga practice!
Thank you for including time for a true shavasana. So many yoga videos cut this short, and it's the most important pose. This is a wonderful hands-free yoga flow! I will bookmark it and check out your other videos. I currently have tendonitis in my wrists, so the back strengthening poses are very helpful.
Hi Trinity! I do have a lot of wrist-free videos on my channel. Hope you try those out. Just posted the latest one a few days ago. Thanks for practicing with me. :)
Thank you so so much! I had an operation many years ago on my left wrist, and as I made my way to the middleclass yoga, my left wrist hurts again so much. Now that I found your video I am so released and happy that I can go on doing yoga❤namaste!
Dear Maris thank you very much for this amazing practice. I’m recovering from elbow fracture so it was exactly what I needed. The flow was well set up and savassana and You voice added peace to my body soul and mind. Have a blessed day❤❤❤❤
Maris ! Thank you 🙏! Recovering from a reverse shoulder replacement! I dislocated while doing a handstand 8 months ago . So happy to be on my mat ! Namaste !
Great practice--thank you. Thanks for leaving actual time for shivasana at the end and not just saying to do it and then ending the vid 30 seconds later. Saving this one.
Thanks Laura. In some of my videos, I leave actual time for Savasana and close the practice together. In others, I do open-ended Savasana so people can stay as long as they wish. Both options have value. I will usually indicate in the description and at the beginning of the video which Savasana is included so people know what to expect.
Hi Maris - your wrist free classes are a life saver! I had hand surgery in January and it will be months before I will be able to do any wrist poses. Thank you for creating so many wrist free classes. You are an excellent instructor. You are saving this yogini! Namaste.
MISS YOU! I hope your healing process is through and perfect. This class is awesome, one of my 'go too's' for when my wrists need rest and tender loving care. You fit in a lot of poses in this short 40 minutes. I finished with alternate nostril breathing and some OHM's. THANK YOU for this class and for being YOU. Hugs and appreciation my friend. Namaste
thank you! after 3 weeks with a broken wrist finally back on the mat. will add some dolphin possibly once the wrist feels a little better. the class is very much ‘my flow’ - i am grateful!
I'm so thankful for your no hands classes 🙏 They helped me a lot through a difficult time of injury! I would appreciate more of these classes because of my weak wrists and your excellent instructions with your precise but calming voice 🤗
Amazing, thanks so much!! I hurt my shoulder and was so happy to find your class that I could do without a problem, would love to see more hands free practiced like this one pretty please 😊❤
Thanks Maris. Your video allowed me to practice a beautifully crafted yoga flow with just the right pace despite a hairline fracture on my thumb. Loved this :-)
Sooo good Maris! Great practice! I love your hands-free classes! Next week, I think I am ready to go back to down dog, etc. Can’t wait to try yr other offerings! Thank you 🙏 🫶❤️
This was just wonderful! I find your voice to be soothing and it helps me tap into a more meditative state. Also appreciated the reminder that what we did in practice was enough. Thank you!!
Thank you for this practice. I broke my elbow 6 weeks ago (surgery 3weeks) and have greatly missed my daily Olga practice. This flow was a wonderful start back into it - I will be repeating it often.
Enjoyed this class too. Thank you Maris. In these lockdown days I have become a regular at your class! Every day at 6.30pm I do a class with you. I really look forward to it. From India
thanks so much for all these hands free practices! after breaking my wrist and dealing with a ganglion cyst downward dog just isn't an option. having these available is great to still connect and flow!
Dear Maris, I am very grateful for all these wrist free videos! These flows really save my practise, as I broke my elbow 1 year ago and I am still struggling with strength and flexibility. I love the slow pace of the flows, your minimal guidance, and your warm voice. Thank you ♡
I really enjoyed this practice I have been doing yoga now for about a hundred and fifteen days straight and I have a wrist injury that always kind of aches but never causes a problem, until I did yoga consistently for that many days. So I have now had to convert to hands-free yoga for most of my practice and it's very tough to find practices that build any heat at all. I do have a membership to yoga studio so I've created my own flows but it's impossible to do fast flows because of the way they have that application set up so I was very pleased to find you and I have saved every single one of your wrist for you guys on here. I love my shadow run goes and my yoga push-ups and my up dogs LOL but my wrist does not!
Thank you so much for the wrist free hands free...I have a reoccurring shoulder issue and I hate to completely miss my daily yoga practice. I love that your hands free flows leave me feeling fulfilled unlike another of the other ones I have tried!!!! Keep them coming please❤️❤️❤️❤️ Nameste
Absolutely love this flow since breaking my wrist mountain biking. My core still feels strong and it clears my head of any stress and frustration. Hopefully I’ll be able to do some the flows with more upper body stuff now the smelly cast is off 😅
I tweaked my shoulder doing some strength training with weights and was looking for a yoga practice that would not put pressure on my shoulder. This was perfect and I liked the length too. Thanks Maris.
Thank you. I have a recent FAI diagnosis and a partial rotator cuff tear with tendinopathy. This felt like a nice practice. Thanks for helping me with some soothing and sweet movement with my body and mind in this challenging time.
It was an amazing, mind blowing session Maris. I loved it very much like your all other sessions. The flow of asanas is terifically soothing with mindful practice. Thank you sooooooomuch. God bless you.
I know you've done quite a few wrist free yoga flows, I was wondering if you could do a good flow that's okay for sensitive knees. Mine get aggravated quite often, and I hate that I can't get a good workout without making them worse. Mainly wondering if that's even possible, and if so would you be willing to make one for us?
Loved this practice.. was looking for wrist free practice as my wrist hurts in downward dog position.. this really helped me. Looking for more wrist free poses. If possible please post an hour video ( wrist free practice).
Hi there! I have A LOT of wrist-free practices here on my channel. Please look through the playlists or go to the channel page to see how all the videos are organized by categories. Thanks!

yes! Out of all the hands free yoga videos of yours that I have done, this is the BEST one!! It's not to short or too long. I love practicing yoga but I have a cyst on my wrist that I have had surgery on in the past but it still hurts, is stiff and gives me pain which typically makes yoga painful. This video was lovely on my wrist! Thank you so much! Positive Vibes Only :)
Beautiful Practice, amazing clear instructions, will look forward for more videos from you 🙏😇 Thank you so much♥️ just that the subtitles were blocking the view.
oops I am sorry, my bad, thank you so much for guiding me, I am also in love with the savasana meditation, which you have uploaded and always use it, it's the best savasana meditation ever. Thank you Maris 😇🙏♥️
Great exercise but I didn’t enjoy the guidance much It’s a bit fast and confusing It was hard to keep up with and I’m not completely new to yoga There’s no proper vibe to it, kinda boring voice guidance Don’t mean to hurt anyone’s feelings, we’re all different I’m really glad people are enjoying the class

Beautiful Practice, amazing clear instructions, will look forward for more videos from you 🙏😇 Thank you so much♥️ just that the subtitles were blocking the view.
Subtitles? I don't add subtitles to my videos. You can turn off UA-cam auto-generated captions if you like. Those are UA-cam's, not mine.
oops I am sorry, my bad, thank you so much for guiding me, I am also in love with the savasana meditation, which you have uploaded and always use it, it's the best savasana meditation ever. Thank you Maris 😇🙏♥️

I completly love this one! Marys
Thank you Maris, I enjoy the “easier” yoga sequence since I have lapsed in my yoga this summer.

🌼♥️🌸
Great exercise but I didn’t enjoy the guidance much
It’s a bit fast and confusing
It was hard to keep up with and I’m not completely new to yoga
There’s no proper vibe to it, kinda boring voice guidance
Don’t mean to hurt anyone’s feelings, we’re all different I’m really glad people are enjoying the class
No worries. We all have different styles and preferences. Thanks for trying it out.
@@YogaUpload thank you for the work you put out there and for taking time to record classes for people :)
