    If the music could be lowered down it would create a better balance when trying to hear your voice. The music is much louder than your voice, so we need to keep adjusting the volume. Your recipes are awesome!!

    Nice video! Doing W30 here too! I was already doing paleo so I thought removing sweets for a while it would be a good idea. Are you seeing any change in how you feel or your kids?

      Yay that is awesome!! I already noticed that I don't crave sweets anymore. My body is definitely adjusting! I am not making the kids do whole 30 so they are still on a paleo diet. As you know it is pretty similar but I am still letting them have paleo pancakes for breakfast some mornings and other paleo baked goods. They are little and growing so they are always begging for food so I decided to let them continue eating that way.

    I thought sweet potatoes and carrots had a lot of natural sugar in them, so I limit the amount we eat of them. Are you worried about that or the amount of fried foods?

      Because we use healthy fats and good oils I am not at all worries about fried foods!

      Oranges, apples with almond butter, almonds and raisins, or hard boil eggs! I had a lot of request for another video similar to this one and plan to make one on whole 30 approved snacks!

    I know that eating styles and definitions of healthy meals varies a lot but this was overall a lot of frying and salt on what seems a daily basis.

      Because I use coconut oil and pink Himalayan salt I don't hold back!!
