You're welcome! We try to avoid gluten as well and once you get going on it you will see it isn't to hard. So many delicious gluten free options!
Would it be okay to do this with olive or canola oil? Also could this be done in a blender if I don’t have the tool you used?
I have done it with olive oil. It only works with the immersion blender.
Where do you get a dessert vinaigrette? Is it called exactly that at the store?
You can use any regular vinaigrette.
All your recipes look so good. I didn't think you could eat raw egg so the mayonnaise recipe concerns me
