Alyssia I got a question, is there a difference between organic and non organic eggs--in the way of more appreciative. In my fam it is only organic eggs. For eating and cooking. Which one is better?

Perfect timing! I’m doing a whole 30 round starting June 1! I do the same with the avocado plus... once you cut one in half rub the half with the pit in it with lime juice not lemon juice and store fave down in a container and it won’t turn brown for days! Onion tip to not cry ... store them in your fridge and don’t cut the root end off while chopping! Thank you for your videos! Love them and you❤️

Hi there, if you have an air fryer you can actually boil your eggs and they come out perfect. I just place a dozen in the container-no water needed. I use 260 degrees for 16 minutes. You may have to adjust by a few degrees or a minute or two for your liking. Then I just pull the basket out and let cool on the counter then move to the fridge. Most times they peel easily and I just save the egg carton they come in and write on the outside HB for hard-boil 18:05 18:05 . Hope that helps. And thank you for all the tips.

Why are smoothies not allowed on the Whole30 diet? By the way you should try mixing sauerkraut into your avocado it's so good!

I love your videos, but I don't onderstand the whole 30 thing. I live in Holand and don't know the meaning of this, sorry. Can you explain this to me?

It is a dietary plan where you cut out sugar and inflammatory foods for 30 days. It helps reset your body (including sugar cravings) and to help you find what your body can and can't process as you add stuff back in (dairy and wheat for instance)

You know I just love each and every video you do girl! But one question on this one....aren't sugar snaps still considered a legume? My biggest trigger is anything sweet, from the first taste I take a header off the whole30 wagon. Sugar is hard as heck to steer clear of. I'm pushing my way through my 2nd round. My first time through I stayed on for just under 2 months because I was afraid to start eating other foods. But this time around I've already stopped needing my stomach meds...two weeks is all it took. Thank you for your inspiration to keep going with new ideas. Maybe a tiny snack of coconut cream whipped with a couple strawberries? Mmmm.
    Keep doing you lady!

thank you! Whole30 says this about snap peas: "Green beans, sugar snap peas, and snow peas are allowed. While they’re technically a legume, these are far more “pod” than “bean,” and green plant matter is generally good for you." :)
