AS an old guy it's good to see the Buff Dudes take an old school approach to diet and training. Everyone wants to be able to get results with the least amount of time and effort but this is only possible for those with the best genetics. The rest of us have to grind away and use sensible nutrition in order to reach our potential. If you are new to training or looking to get back into it these guys have the best programs out there.
I am SO happy you have the videos to go with the book. I bought the book and just starting this phase but alot I wasn't familiar with. So with my book in hand and having a visual it has helped ALOT. Also, chicken and salsa in the slow cooker is my new family fav.
The program is great! On my second week of Phase 2 and iv dropped enough body fat for my serratus to finally start showing. Abs are popping out way more than before too! Cant wait to see the results at the end.

Tho i did hiit (high intensity interval training) for about 4 months before I started this cutting program. 1st week of phase 3 now and my body is consistently looking leaner and fitter. If ur wondering whether u should do this program i'd only recommend it if u have a bit of experience in the gym, cause some of the workouts are definitely not for beginners.
@@razprogaming-rpg7165 go with Hiit training man. Especially if ur overweight. I used to be and 4 months of Hiit turned me lean. It's more intense but the results are amazing. Easygoing cardio done on a treadmill won't do much for you in the long run. I've tried that route with no success.
When you guys exercises in which the sets go down in numbers, for example Squats 15/12/10/8/6, do you increase weight every set, and if so, how much weight do you increase it by? Great channel guys! Got the cutting book and it’s really one of the biggest motivators that keeps me going to the gym. Keep on making great content!
hello buff dude! I have been a follower ever since I discovered your very first program when I was deployed in Afghanistan in 2014. I really dig the dedication and the limits that you guys pushed! I have an inquiry and it happens to me all the time; I started the cutting phase and now that I'm on phase 2, it happens that I am so pump, I end up adding an extra set or more reps during this sets due to the fact that I have a pump and I am enjoying myself during the exercise. Has that happened to any of you?

That is for putting them all together like this! Day 1 is so long, it took me almost two hours to complete with stretches and a warm up. Can you move one or two of the exercises to a different day? Or is it best to keep everything together?
Not too many people know that that underhand lat pull down is training your biceps isometricly. The biceps cross the shoulder joint as well, causing them to stay the same length throughout the entire movement
i got the pull up advice from a random stranger in the park, he said "it will help you start, do it un til you can do proper pull ups" also "it will hurt tomorrow". i was sore two days.

Hey dudes, how about a "Predator" workout? Giant log pulls, truck lifts, spear throws, woodbends (for the bow), something for standing arm-wrestling, etc.
Is it ok to keep the reps at 8? I feel like I can’t hang with the 15, 12, etc and I don’t want to end up not being consistent because it’s to mentally tough.
No but we want to very soon. He's very friendly and approachable but we haven't caught him at a moment where he's not working out so we don't want to bother him. Have to admit, it's very surreal seeing him but also *very* inspiring. The dude is 70 and still kicking ass every morning in the gym!

Is it ok to keep the reps at 8? I feel like I can’t hang with the 15, 12, etc and I don’t want to end up not being consistent because it’s to mentally tough.

No but we want to very soon. He's very friendly and approachable but we haven't caught him at a moment where he's not working out so we don't want to bother him. Have to admit, it's very surreal seeing him but also *very* inspiring. The dude is 70 and still kicking ass every morning in the gym!

Typically 60-90 on compounds, 30-60 on isolation.
Quick question, are we supposed to do 5 x 15/12/10/8/6, or 5 x 15 and then 1x /12/10/8/6, or just one set of 15/12/10/8/6?

Each one is 3 weeks, but I might do phase 2 for 4 weeks as I did P2D1 yesterday and it kicked my ass
