Flub dude here, working through Phase 1... What's a good substitute for the Overhead Press in day 4? I get a nerve twinge on my right forearm that makes the routine painful.
this is my first week in phase 1. i was doing the single arm arnold presses but this dude came out of nowhere and wouldn't leave me alone, insisting that the arnold presses will damage my spine and are not to be done without a spotter. i thanked him for the tip and then moved on to another part of the gym and had to come back to the dumbbells later.
Hey Buff dudes, I might have missed this in the video, but how do I choose what weight to start with on the workouts and how will I increase that weight. Weekly, every phase, or how often? Should I also max out on major compound exercises before I start this program to have an idea of where to start? Thank you guys!!

Just a little more commentary right there in the gym, with a few tips while in the thick of it. Just did legs and the bb hacksquat, split squat and squat just totally killed it plus i added a superset of lying hamsting curls and the other curls where you push the bar up and are sitting down..

Hey B.U.F.F. Dudes, Your videos are awesome and I really enjoy them. I bought the 12 week cutting plan and was pumped to start it on Jan. 1. On day 1 in the very first workout of squats I tweaked what turned out to be an old injury in my back that I didn't know I had and I'm out of commission for a while which sucks. I really wanted to use this plan. With a lower back injury like mine (pars lysis & spondylolyisthesis) I'm no longer allowed to do squats or deadlifts. What can I use to supplement these workouts in the future when I'm able to do the plan? Also, with a more sedentary day with no workouts, what should I aim for with my caloric intake as well as the macro split? Thanks!
Not going to lie. Was hoping the series would be 1 vid per workout and talking throughout the workout instead of commentary in the car.. like the first half of the bulking phase. I know Hudson is a lot busier and he edits the vids so this may be easier for him. Just prefer the other method better. Same for super hero work outs. The vlog type vid is the way to go.

Phase 1 is 3 weeks and this shows a 4 day cycle. Are you taking rest days or are you running through the cycle 5 times in the 3 weeks?
