I have struggled with PCOS for nearly 5 years, but just recently was able to get an actual diagnosis. I've gained over 50lbs in 2 years and my confidence has dropped more and more every day. I've been really wanting to go GF/DF but knowing what to shop for or what I can eat has been so overwhelming. This video helped me so much!! I'd love to see a part 2 so I can grocery shop confidently and start my journey to better health 💖 You are seriously a hero in the world of PCOS
Great video-but I’ve read that Spinach should NOT be eaten by those with calcium concerns because it takes calcium to digest. This video says the opposite. Worth checking into if you’re concerned about calcium.
Get your flax seeds from the health store and grind them in a nutribullet or ninja, then store them in a zip lock, in the freezer. The shelf life of the flax seed once they're ground is minimal.
This is so helpful! Please make more of these. I find it challenging to find gf and dairy free snacks. Maybe have a segment where you test snack products and give a review?
I love that he said you didn’t used to like coconut based products because I was just getting ready to ask how much of a coconut flavor that cream cheese had!! I have to agree that I’m not a fan of the flavor that coconut products add. I am hopeful I will get used to it as you did!
This video was so entertaining and helpful!! I’m glad to hear Tallene didn’t really like coconut flavored things at first! I’m having a hard time with that so thank you for giving me hope! ❤️❤️
I really like the info you shared on the buckwheat noodles. I have been craving noodles since I started pcos friendly diet and now I can have these noodles. Will try soon! Thank you both, you are doing great! :)
This video was great, wrote down a few things, can't do the chicken thighs, they are dry to me, an I hate cooking them. I can keep chicken breast moist an tastey.
I have been gluten free since 2019 but I can't stand dairy substitutes. But I love most if your recommendations for snack and veggies. And the gluten free pasta options.
These are all great, thank you for all the info! I just started your program. I will say you need to be careful with tuna, especially albacore, which has three times the amount of mercury as other kinds :)
I was so excited to watch this!!! Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I actually just tried the breakfast oatmeal that you recommended in a previous video and it’s soooooo goood!!! Thank you again.
Do you worry about the mercury levels in the fish/tuna? I don't one of be "one of those people," but I've been doing research to try to find the cause of my extreme fatigue, hair loss, stomach issues, etc. (Like a lot worse than normal) & I'm starting to think I may have heavy metal toxicity 😬
May I ask a question- I have PCOS but I am not trying for a baby just yet , do you think it's vital that I carry on taking supplements? I live a very healthy lifestyle which I also know is very important.
Well this is helpful for most but I’m addicted to dairy and carbs and sugar I’m an extremely picky eater as well so I’m not really sure if I could tolerate or even stomach that kind of food my sweet tooth is wats gotten me in my pcos predicament In the first place HELP!
Thankyou ! U have really helped me a lot . But I have a little confusion . I got tested for gluten sensitivity and luckily I am not gluten intolerant so do I have to follow a gluten free lifestyle?
You can always give it a try to see if it makes a difference, but not all Cysters are impacted by gluten in the same way! It’s all about finding what is right for you and your body 💖
Individual foods that you had in your video that I have used before or still continue to use like for instance flax seeds I love flax seeds it's been a minute since I've had that but I would definitely put that on my list because I love smoothies and I definitely would put the flax seeds in there thanks for reminding me to put that on my shopping list so I'm going to keep that as a routine thing now as far as the broccoli and the spinach I eat that all the time all the time I just cooked that last night the spinach I mean and I had the broccoli the week before so I do cook my own meals that will help me and definitely satisfy me healthwise so yes please do a part two that will also include drinks gluten free drinks I would love to see that

Hi...I am from India and recently been diagnosed with Pcos... In India there is no supply of Ovasitol. But I did found Unived Pcos Management having 40:1 ratio...so should I take this??
Whey Is actually derived from dairy! So I would recommend reaching for a pea-protein or another plant based protein powder if you are planning on going 100% dairy free 🥰
I do not know what would've become of me if not the help of DR RORPOPOR HERBAL medications . I almost killed myself despite all the medications I got from different doctors no one could work , but I thank GOD almighty who directed me to DR RORPOPOR on youtube channel and today am proud to be PCOS negative without any side effects . You can reach him on you tube channel💞
Interesting diet culture convinced me that tuna in water was better. We need to stop looking at food for weight loss and look for foods that make us feel good.
