I was diagnosed 18 months ago at the age of 35, but ‘knew’ I had it for much longer and was avoiding confronting it. My doctor was really helpful and my main concern was not having regular periods which isn’t good because not bleeding can lead to developing abnormal cells in your uterus. I was put on the progesterone only pill and persevered for 6 months until the headaches and constant spotting got too much. I decided to come off it and read some scientific research on supplements that help with PCOS. Here’s what I discovered (note: this is what I read in medical papers and it has worked to improve many of my symptoms. You should always follow proper medical advice and do your own research on reputable cites): - Cutting out (or majorly down) on dairy was one of the best things I’ve ever done. I did it before my diagnosis to help with migraines but it has also stopped some of my excessive hair growth and vastly improved the clarity of my skin. Dairy has been linked to ovarian cancer, but not enough research exists yet to fully determine how far this is true. - Taking Myo Inositol has been life changing in terms of my periods. I have a regular cycle for the first time in years, which also means my fertility has improved. Myself and my husband don’t want children, but if you read the testimonies of women who have taken this you will hear about some successes. It’s worth a try and can help alongside other prescribed medications. - Other supplements that improve the symptoms of PCOS are folic acid, zinc, vitamin b complex, N-acetyl cysteine, and L Carnitine. The first three help regulate periods and improve ovary/egg health and the last two help with insulin resistance. - Eat more protein and cut down on carbohydrates. This is good advice for most people, but anyone with PCOS should definitely consider doing this. Carbohydrates turn to sugar/insulin in the body and get stored more easily as fat. Upping my protein and actually eating more (just less carbs) helped me lose 9kg in five months. I wasn’t massively over weight but I was on the boundary according to BMI charts. I feel more like I’m in my own body now and have more confidence and energy. It was more about improving my self esteem than trying to get a ‘perfect’ body. - For hair loss, use rosemary oil on the scalp and leave on for a while before washing. Massage your scalp well and use Castor oil on the ends of your damp hair before drying. Also, sleep in a silk bun or equivalent to prevent breakage. I was shocked how much healthier my hair got overnight. - Other skin tips are to use jojoba oil at night. It’s not greasy and mimics the skins natural sebum. This means your getting moisture and softness, without risking a breakout. For spots, use salicylic acid and try to use a moisturiser that contains HA. Again, avoid dairy and eat plenty of leafy greens (spinach, kale etc). - For my mental health I take sertraline, as prescribed by my doctor, and I also take lions mane mushroom to improve my mood as well as making sure I get out for fresh air whenever I can. Sorry that this comment has gone on forever, but I really hope this advice might help someone : ) I didn’t do all of this overnight, I implemented things over a few years and slowly built up to my routine now. If you change or add one thing to your lifestyle once a month, think what you’ll achieve in a year. Be safe, be healthy and be happy with who you are ❤️
Thank u for this! Im buying all possible supliments i need and herbs, i left carbs aswell and lost 9 kg. I do want children, i hope i will be lucky 🥺 I love dairy but ill cut off anything that will reduce my other issues and help me with my pcos and possible pregnancy.
I used to have all the symptoms, then I make some lifestyle changes... now I'm number 2☺️☺️ the list of the things I did that change my life and I lose weight. 1) prayer...(2)I drink chamomile tea with apple cider vinegar first thing in the morning on empty stomach.. 3) I drink two cups of water an hour after the chamomile tea 4)...I don't go to gym,I do simple workout at home, like walking 10 000 steps just in my room.. 5)I eat seeds like, pumpkin seeds, flaxseed, almond, sunflower and peanut.. 6)I only eat vegetable soup, eggs including chicken breast.. 7)...I stop eating fried foods, pasta, rice, noodles, refined carbohydrates and surgary food.. 8) I drink 3-4 liter of water a day and I drink mints tea twice a day, and I drink chamomile tea mix with a little cayenne pepper and apple cider vinegar and drink it before I go to bed...I pray that all women suffering from pcos will receive healing in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ 🙏 God Bless y'all 💗💗💗🥰🥰 Edit.... Hello pcos sisters.. here's an update.. well i started this routine last year, for 9 years i wasn't ovulating and i was overweight with horrible breakout and irregular periods, I was also struggling with depression.. but last year I made a decision to change my lifestyle, which i posted before, and it's the best decision i ever made, my period became regular, my weight from 88 kg to 56 kg.. my skin is clear now,I now have alot of energy, I started ovulating and conceive twice but had miscarriage, my doctor told me that I had miscarriages because I'm anemic...I never knew i had anemia until my doctor told me to run a blood test... my advice to y'all is don't give up, you can overcome it... believe in yourself,if you want to follow up with my tips, make sure you take iron supplements, vitamin D3, vitamin B12 and folic acid in other to prevent anemia..even though i miscarriage twice am still happy because for 9 years i wasn't ovulating at all not to talk of conceiving, there's hope y'all.. God is with us all 🙏 Good luck to everyone one of us in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ 🙏
Me sitting here like this whole time I’ve been treated like shit for not having will power when really it wasn’t all my fault, feels better but also makes me angry.
it was hard in the beginning when i discovered i had PCOS.. but all that came to an end after i used DR RORPOPOR HERBAL medication which he💫💫💫💫💫 sent me when i contacted him for help now i am cured completely with no sides effect.
Wow! I could literally cry right now. This was the best explanation of pcos that I’ve ever seen. The biggest Aha moment was the different types of pcos. I was diagnosed years ago as a teen *cue 7 years of different birth control horror stories* In my 20’s I stopped taking it and managed to lose weight by (over) working out, but my period regulated somewhat. Then I had my daughter naturally and thought pcos was behind me. She’s 7 now and I have been struggling with pcos symptoms for the last 4 years. It’s so clear to me now that the pre pregnancy pcos type i had is not the same as my current pcos type/symptoms. Literally eye opening. Thank you!
i want to appreciate DR RORPOPOR HERBAL for giving me back my life again, i was diagnose of PCOS virus after the use of DR Rorpopor herbal medicine i got cured, all thanks to DR Rorpopor herbal I will forever be grateful to DR RORPOPOR HERBAL.......💫💫💫
PCOS is a lifelong GENETIC condition, but it displays more/less at different stages of your life. I'm in Menopause, and it's affecting that a bit. Look for it in your family tree, and give your relatives a heads-up about it. Men can have it too, but for them it has a different name.
16yrs struggling with pcos. All 4 types 🤦🏻♀️ Symptoms: No periods Highly obese Thick Facial hair/body hair/ hairloss High blood sugar levels /(hb1ac:7.8) High blood pressure Joint pains Skin tags / dark neck Sleeping problem Anxiety/highly irritated Fatigue
THANK YOU for saying that with Adrenal Fatigue you need to give your body a break when it comes to diet. I have been diagnosed with PCOS for 15 years (HALF MY LIFE), and all that my doctors have said is "Cut calories, Low-Carb, here's metformin". I cried when you said you don't have to do all of that, so thank you.
It’s definitely 1 & 3 for me. My doctor didn’t think I had PCOS because I don’t miss periods, I don’t have cystic acne, no excessive hair growth, or hair loss.
I got my test done today and it says I have pcos. I cried a lot it's the same for me aswell no acne no hair loss regular periods. I worried is it going to get bad with time or it stays like that only?😢
@@Skin_talkss that’s my worry as well. I’ve noticed my period has gotten worse. I missed my period for 2 months and that’s never happened to me before.
SAME! I had heavy, painful periods so I was put on birth control to make them more manageable. I felt crappy & my periods stopped, so I went off the meds. I went back complaining things were worse & was told you have PCOS, you have to go back on birth control. Nothing else. No tests, even! And the meds are making me so sick & only worsening my symptoms so I'm finally quitting them for good & finding something else to help.
Omg to be honest as a 14 yr old listening to this knowing i got all of this i almost had a panic attack 😢❤but thanks for the information i know what to do now
I want to appreciate DR RORPOPOR HERBAL on UA-cam who has general cure for all kinds of disease such as Staph, HPV, HIV, herpes treatment, cancer, diabetes, fardyce spots, and many others i was completely cured from PCOS....🌾🌾🌾🌾
I used to think its diabetes I have but everytime the test came out negative. Doctor never explained this insulin resistance to me. I was young 19 when diagnosed. Thank you so much love.
i want to appreciate DR RORPOPOR for giving me back my life again, i was diagnose of PCOS after the use of he's herbal medicine i got cured, all thanks to DR RORPOPOR HERBAL on UA-cam
I’m experiencing all those symptoms! I’ve been having unresolved cramping pain, acne , hair loss & bloating for over 8 years. I always asked my OBGYN and I was left with unresolved problems. I recently found out I had PCOS & It all makes sense. Thank you guys for the tips! They have been helping my symptoms:)
This is literally me. I share the same symptoms as you. Was diagnosed with PCOS in 2019 and my symptoms are horrible recently. I get my period once after 8 months. I could even get it once a year. My ance is horrible... I have access hair on my face, tummy, legs etc... I get cramps with no period, I'm always bloated and depressed. Its even more depressing, because the treatment options are so expensive!😭😭😭
@@ameliaChii i have also pcos and it becomes very worse like i have hairs on my breat tummy and my breast size is very small according to my age and weight my weight is ideal under 50
I absolutely have the first three. I finally got diagnosed with PCOS in 2020, but suspected I had it because my symptoms started when I was 11. I was so relieved my OB/GYN actually took the time to listen to me and run all of the blood work. I’ve finally decided I’m going to take better care of myself and stop running from this, and I’m so thankful I found your channel! Great work!!
I'm amazed! How easy you guys made it for us to understand. I've 3/4 types and the MAJOR one is the insulin resistance. Thank you for helping me understand what my type is and what should I do to correct it. ❤️
I want to drop this here and ill be back by october 12th 2025 to share my testimony on this pcos journey. Wasnt easy at all, i started my journey on the 07/08/2024 with severe bloating and weight gain Current weight: 83kg No period since may 2024 Trouble sleeping Joint pain 😫 😩 Overeating: ive already worked on this so now i dont eat much again. See you guys later ❤
Whenever I did keto a few years ago I had lost 40 pounds but the weight loss stopped and my hair was falling out. I had cut out all berries, stevia, dairy and even increased protein but my weight kept going up. Then I tried working out and I was just hungrier, dizzy, nauseous and I was still gaining weight. My health went down hill from there. It’s frustrating because even trying to go plant based(starch solution) I still couldn’t lose weight and my acne was still bad. Even carnivore didn’t work.
I know what you're going through. I just stsrted adding adaptogens to my smoothie. I'm going to try that inositol too. Tbh plain walking is really good for us. I used to go hard in the gym and end up spotting right after so I had to switch. Ask God for help. You will reach your goals!
I totally get it I think PCOS doesn't like extremes and responds much better to a more gentle approach Anything else just raises cortisol levels and leads to an even greater hormonal imbalance Think 10÷14 fasting rather than 20:4 intermittent fasting Think low carbs vs. keto Think pilates, yoga and walking vs. HIIT or high intensity cardio Anything that takes things into extremes puts your body into a survival mode and further exacerbates existing PCOS symptomps
Recently diagnosed with pcos. Kinda have all of these symptoms time to time ! And managing the weight gain, food cravings becoming so hard day by day ! Use to be a fit and active person !
I want to personally take time out to appreciate DR RORPOPOR HERBAL on his UA-cam channel for the herbs medication I ordered from him in curing my PCOS disease🌱🌱🌱 ua-cam.com/channels/kZwKW6qES4dXDWzb0YQErA.html
I was diagnosed with PCOS about 2 years ago and when I came across your page it was such a relief. I just went DF/GF a few weeks ago and I’m loving it. Thank you for all your knowledge and support 🤞🏽
Just diagnosed with pcos and the first thing my endocrinologist told me was too loose weight. I’ve been trying for what seems like months since I had major weight gain 😭😭 just found your page and looking forward to learn so much !!
This channel is helping me more than any doctor dietitian or Personal trainer ever did. No one told me PCOS could do all of this. Wow education is really something
I didn’t know I had PCOS a few months ago. Then I saw you Tiktok telling what the symptoms from each PCOS type. So I came here watching which I have. It’s looks I have 3 types of PCOS. Insuline resistance, Adrenal Fatique and Inflammation. Thank you for this knowledge! I will begin my journey 😊
This is the clearest explanation of PCOS & it’s symptoms that I have ever heard before, & it is literally so eye opening! I have been searching for something like this for so long, thank you so much!! I was diagnosed by an endocrinologist and was told that I have insulin resistance and that my thyroid and adrenal glands had normal levels, but I definitely identify with symptoms from types 1-3 the most. It’s good to know that it is all connected, though & that you can have combinations!!
I was diagnosed with pcos after having my last baby. I’ve been told I am insulin resistant and have high cortisol. I also have extreme inflammation and all Of a sudden developed severe food and environmental allergies.
I quit my personal trainer last year bc I was working out almost daily and I just kept gaining weight! I didn't know it was PCOS and I was just depressed and my weight is now over 300lbs. I've always struggled with my weight and my lowest in adulthood was like 190 (and that was when I had a borderline ED). For everyone struggling, please keep your hopes up. It does get better. I see my weight lower as I'm trying these new methods.
I can't thank you enough. Even doctors couldn't help me explain or tell me that to treat PCOS, you not need to lose weight but need to heal your insulin hormone and make your blood sugar level back to being normal. I have been diagnosed with both hypothyroidism and PCOS and your videos make more sense. I have gone through a lot of stress which can explain as to how it has affected me. Thank you to both of you. Now, I really know that hidden long-term stress can also contribute to PCOS.
You two have helped me a lot with my PCOS. I love all of the information, and different ways to get the information. I deal with most symptoms, but with your help it is getting better everyday!
I was diagnosed with pcos in my mid 20s I lost some weight and was even able to conceive and give birth to my first child but now is back again because over the years I gain significant weight for the first time I have experience facial hair and I no longer ovulate. I recently started a weightloss journey again hope to improve my pcos symptoms.
I definitely have adrenal fatigue. Thank you for this video. I am really struggling with the insulin resistance and taking so much metformin. My period is no where to be found and my testostrone is through the roof.
i want to appreciate DR RORPOPOR for giving me back my life again, i was diagnose of PCOS after the use of he's herbal medicine i got cured, all thanks to DR RORPOPOR HERBAL on UA-cam
Yes,stopped my fittness membership it stressed me out along with HIT training,so NOW I got back to just walking...long walks is the best option for me it realaxes me,and I can hear audiobooks while walking......
I’ve heard Tallene say a million times to cut dairy and gluten but I’m still pretending I do not hear cuz I just don’t want to give up all that goodness 😩
It’s really not as bad as you think. I’ve been doing it for 4.5 years. You get used to it. It becomes your new normal! I feel so much better without it!
I have multiple types for sure and all that my doctor ever did was hand me a pill and say loose weight. Everything I did never helped me and eventually I gave up and got tired and sad. It’s been about a year that I follow you both and it has been such a life saver. I feel like I’m not alone and there is so much I can learn from you guys. Thank you so much ❤
I was diagnosed with P COS 33 years ago. This was the best information I have ever heard or received. I had cystic acne And amenorrhea. I was on Clomid to get pregnant at that time . I no longer have any symptoms of P COS.. Thank you for all of your knowledge!!
Can you help me? I am 34 and have been amenorrheic since age 11. I am overwhelmed because I have tried a number things. I suffered so much from bloating, but since last October I removed gluten from my diet. If it weren't for videos like these, I would feel hopeless. I cut sugar, dairy, and many unhealthy things from 2018, yet no significant improvement. I have high level of visceral fat. Now I doing low carb, IF, exercise. I exercise so much between for the past 3 years.
Just found your videos after realizing I’m probably PCOS. I’ll have to have a doctor look into it but told my mom the symptoms and types and she’s like “all 4 types” … lol I agree though and that’s annoying because I’ve seen these symptoms for 2 years now and the previous doctors all said I was healthy… ugh Anyway I really appreciate your videos! They’re super helpful 😊
I’m guessing high stress removing periods might also be adaptive: if I’m under stress in the wild I definitely don’t have a secure enough environment to have a baby in and even having a period could increase the chances of dying in the short term.
Thank you so much for teaching me about PCOS. This time last year I had never heard of it. Now I've just been diagnosed by my GP and I'm actually excited to start my journey! You are amazing!
I've seen so many people explain PCOS either tips but I've been super lost, some things have helped with some of my types but not all . Super happy to have found this!
Definitely all 4 of them. But I’m working my way through dealing with them and along with working with a Bio-Identical Hormone Specialist, my symptoms are slowly improving. There is hope. Going to try those CBD drops at night though and see if it helps with sleep. That ones still a huge challenge.
My wife had PCOS for 8years until i meant DR RORPOPOR HERBAL on UA-cam everything changed and now I'm expecting my first baby all thanks to DR RORPOPOR HERBAL🤗🤗
Love your content. My partner has PCOS, and your videos have helped me to gain a better understanding of the condition and how to help my partner manage on a day to day basis.
Wow! Definitely learned I have both inflammation and insulin resistance. I’m currently on my month trial for Gluten and Dairy free and loving it! Super thankful to you both for this wealth of knowledge. Love your page!
I didn't have any issues until I started depo provera. I was on it from 2007-2011 and gained 120lbs. I had trouble losing while on depo. I also have insulin resistance and estrogen dominance because of the depo. So many people think I'm absolutely crazy to believe depo caused it all. I started keto in October 2017 at 272.6 I'm 5'0 I started intermittent fasting January 1st 2020 at 222 and have been walking since starting keto I'm up to 10 miles a day 7 days a week. I sleep better since keto and I've lost all that depo weight. There's no hormonal issues with anyone else in my family. They all have 2 or more kids and none have taken any birth control including depo. I had my first cycle at 8 years old around the same time my parents divorced and my grandma passed away.
Totally agree about the depo. Perhaps we were already predisposed and the depo pushed us over. I just went to the doctor yesterday and some of my labs indicate that I have PCOS. I’ve been wondering about Keto diet. Any tips on how you got started on this diet?
At this point i'm still very shocked with the negative result I got after suffering from PCOS for so long. 🌿Thanks once again DR RORPOPOR HERBAL on UA-cam for your natural supplements🤓
I also agree before I had regular periods. I got on the Depo after I had my son I decided to stop taking it because I gained to much weight. Now I have this problem of having a regular cycle due to the Depo. I want one more child but hard due to this. I advice others don't take the depo it will harm your hormones.
This is helpful! I was irregular, so my pediatrician had suggested that I had PCOS when I was about 15, but then nothing was done since we were already managing that symptom. I moved and then bounced around to a few other doctors and mentioned it, but it never elicited much response as other things (since I have a heart condition and overweight). Finally my current doctor was the one who had a reaction that made me take it seriously, since PCOS just seemed like a minor background thing in my life. I didn't realize how many things connected back to it and I'm still trying to get things under control, but I swear as soon as I turned 30 all my symptoms started changing and I feel like I've been playing catch up on how to take care of it.
I was diagnosed in my 20s with PCOS, and have lived with it for over a decade, but with a recent ultrasound it looks like I don't have any cysts anymore (which was the reason for my initial diagnosis). Be sure to check with your doctor regularly. If you are diagnosed with PCOS, take time and be considerate with your mind and body.
@@Riya-cu4py In short, I had to put my health first and really focus on what it meant to be healthy. I've had to consider my dieting, exercising, stress levels, and sleep quality. I was an obese child and that may have played a role in my initial diagnosis and wacky hormone levels. My body doesn't respond well to attempts at weight loss and my friends who've worked out beside me have a much easier time slimming down with the same routine, it's a frustration. There were days when exercise would burst a cyst and boy was that painful, and very awkward if it happened in public. Adequately warming up before exercise is super necessary for me.

I was recently diagnosed and my doctor didn’t explain any of this 😅 I feel like this video was made for me by how much I relate to this! It’s so nice to know theres a reason for what I’ve struggled with most of my life ❤
New to the cysterhood! Thank you for making me feel like a new person with all the info that you share, I finally feel like someone understands what we go through.

Good Day cyster 😊 I was diagnosed of having a PCOS a week ago 😔. I want to lose weight because I feel bloated, all the cravings and stress. I am 5 months delayed from mt Menstruation 😔😔 Hoping and praying for having a healthy lifestyle., that I can be serious and focus on not just loosing weight but having a healthy lifestyle. 🙏🙏

This is a crazy domino effect. My daughters first symptom after getting her IUD which is an irritant and can cause inflammation was acne, then adrenal issues, followed by insulin resistance. We had her thyroid checked by a conventional doctor and they seamed in range but not by a functional doctor. It seams like one causes another until you have most of the symptoms. She has not had a cycle for 1 year and no ovulation. she has had lots of cysts in her ovaries in the last few years. GREAT VIDEO!
Thank you so much for this video. Makes me feel so understood. All I get from doctors is birth control and exercise. Nothing about stress or other symptons.
At this point i'm still very shocked with the negative result I got after suffering from PCOS for so long. 🌿Thanks once again DR RORPOPOR HERBAL on UA-cam for your natural supplements🤓
Great explanation, I didn’t know I had it until I went to the doctor, he didn’t explain much, but it’s crazy how now I can understand and life just makes more sense… I will start making changes now!! He didn’t really prescribe me anything he just told me to buy some pills on Amazon that are to regulate hormones, some other thing and pre natal vitamins, I think I’ll go back to a dif doctor.
So I have all 4 types...the only PCOS symptom I do not have is period irregularity. I have never skipped a period in my life, and seeing that I also suffer from excruciating endometriosis that was the one symptom I was hoping for. So all the gynaecologists I have ever consulted have always said lose weight and the symptoms will go away, but no one told me how to. So last year I decided that if they can't help me, I will just have to figure it out. Fast forward a year later and I am down 36kg's and 2 kg's away from a normal BMI. And as proud as I guess I should be that I managed to do that despite the odds, none of my symptoms have subsided or improved in the least. I am currently gluten free and dairy free so I don't understand. I can literally count my hair on my head, I can grow a beard that would shame most men, I have to cover acne with layers of makeup and even with the significant weight loss my abdomen is still carrying a significant amount of fat. In fact because I lost weight everywhere else, I think my stomach appears larger (and yes, I am going to punch anyone that asks me if I am pregnant). I just don't understand how a condition that is so prevalent in our society is so misunderstood and under researched. I don't think any healthcare professional I have seen knows exactly what it is, they just know how to diagnose it. And from reading comments on the thousands of videos I have watched trying to educate myself it seems I am part of a vast majority. Sorry just had to vent... Loved the video! ❤️
Omg this is the most HELPFUL video about pcos I watched soo many n I always end up still confused but this explains everything perfectly thank you!!!i have been struggling for 10 years n I have all the problem u mentioned
I feel so alone. In my area, there is not much medical assistance/knowledge on diagnosis of PCOS. I just kind of assume I have PCOS because I have suddenly gained weight (16 kilos) in a period of 2 years even if I don’t eat much and I move a lot. I have a moustache all of a sudden, my regular periods stopped that in a year I will just have 2 to 6. I am bloated too and my face has turned round. And also the people around me don’t understand, they just think I’m a glutton and lazy when I work harder than any of them… I bet they don’t even exercise. It’s so hard.
I discovered this immediately when I tried HIIT (High intensity interval training) by extreme sleepiness and deflated plummeting energy that sent me to a doctor and was very scary.
Thank you DR RORPOPOR HERBAL on UA-cam I was seriously diagnosed with Ovarian cyst for like 10years now, after 17days of using DR RORPOPOR HERBAL medicine on UA-cam I was revived back, now I'm 3weeks pregnant,God bless your so much..❣️
I have insulin resistant ,and really bad adrenaline fatigue and anxiety with panic attacks.😭 This has taken over my life and find it difficult to manage my daily tasks. I'm still learning about this condition due to Drs. Not being informative on how to manage it. Iv done some research but don't know where to start 😞. This video was extremely helpful ❤️.
This is so educational and informative I have never seen and I’m totally broken with pcos I’m really struggling to loose weight since 3 years got a plateau tried everything nothing gonna work let’s try this one too
Just stumbled across your page and I am so glad I did. I was diagnosed with PCOS nearly 15 years ago, but no doctor ever explained it like this! I have inflammation, insulin resistance and adrenal fatigue. I would definitely start with cutting out gluten and dairy for 30days and see how it goes and will get the ovasitol. Thank you so much for this information.
Oof, the struggle is real. I definitely have multiple PCOS types. Ovasitol has been a game changer and I can’t live without it ♥️ So grateful for your channel, has helped me so much over the years
I big relate to the crashing after exercises. For the longest time I thought it was because I was ‘weak’ in the mind as society / my dad would tell me. I’m so glad I got diagnosed in a way, as all the symptoms were making me feel insane 😢
I greatly appreciate you doing this. I’ve never gotten answers for my irregular periods or mood issues. I’ve never been told to try a gluten and dairy free diet. I am 100% a combination but I think it’s like you said, my adrenal fatigue has been ignored so it’s causing other issues. I had a hormonal IUD for 5 years and I’ve been off of it now for about 6-ish months and I’ve never had such bad acne or mood swings. I absolutely have to get this under control.
Brilliant-my daughter has very high cortisol levels. How do i bring them down? She does HIITT workouts three times a week, long walks twice a week, she has a big belly that doesn't budge! No wheat , gluten, has complex carbs and also intermittent fasting twice a week!
Tell her to STOP the HIIT workouts. Some women are very sensitive to that type of workout and it can cause high cortisol in the body as it’s very intense. Just search up stories of women who deal with acne, hair loss, weight gain when they do too much HIIT. It’s very common. She should stick to basic weight training, easy cardio, and yoga.
I'm type 2, and 3. I was diagnosed at the age of 11 with PCOS. I'm on metformin to help it but so far it's done nothing. I've had a huge weight gain after being diagnosed. It sucks having it at such a young age, and being on medication that eats my liver out that isn't even helping me. I got a hormone blood test done a few weeks ago and still haven't had the results back. Stay strong 👍
I've went gluten and dairy free and feel much better. It's a process but I'm on the right track finally!!!!!!! And I have inflammation and adrenal fatigue

I was suffring from all of this symptoms after the birth of my third baby.... fatigue at day time...tired but sleep jst vanishes....joint pain inflamations.....sapt and sugar cravings .. Obesity on peak doung walk ...yoga but nothing worked.... lol ve to have ur video it helps me alot..
This is such a helpful video! I have never heard of the crash after an intense workout attributed to PCOS. It has always made me feel so helpless- I’m working out to help deal with my weight with PCOS (since that’s always one of the first things people say you have to get a handle on to manage it) but then I’m dead for the rest of the day!! Thank you for this video!
This was a wonderful explanation! I was diagnosed 7 years ago, I think the thing that helped the most with unbearable cramps (when I did get my period) was an IUD(kyleena). I found out I had a orange sized fibroid and had it removed last year, it had been contributing to my month long cramps and spotting. But I recently moved into the inflammation type of pcos and may stop eating gluten and dairy.
I was amazed to find out from my doctor recently that I had PCOS (all four types!) and Hypothyroidism because I've had perfectly predictable periods, no cramps, and I have been eating a gut healing diet (GAPS Diet, no gluten/grains or dairy) for five years. I also had a baby 2 years ago which to me was proof I didn't have any problems as well. Since then, postpartum has been hard- not much weight loss from extra baby weight, not much energy (I weight lifted up till baby was born and haven't been able to get back into it since), and major anger/depressive issues. I'm guessing the diet helped me avoid worse symptoms, but I needed to do more. Now I am tailoring my diet to help with my problems, eating a ton of leafy greens (I didn't eat much before because I don't like salads or collard greens, but I am learning to like them now), taking supplements to help clear out the bad estrogen and support my thyroid, and avoiding foods I used to binge on like dried mangos and dark chocolate and replacing them with fresh fruits and seeds. I now support my body to reverse these problematic symptoms and heal up.
Thank you for all the tips! Just a general psa: be careful about CBD if you are trying to become or are pregnant. Some studies have shown that it is a risk for miscarriage.
Thank you for posting this video! I haven't found much info for lean women with pcos. Just like everyone else, my doctors just brushed me off after my diagnosis. I need a doctor who will help me.
This is a great video! Seems like I have types 1, 2 and 3. I had been thinking of trying to reduce gluten and dairy for a while and this was confirmation I really should try it. Thank you! X
I think my paragard copper IUD brought on my PCOS. It causes excessive bleeding which led to tears of depleted vitamin levels which led to hormone imbalance and health issues.
Hi Cyster! Take the quiz in the description and comment your PCOS type below!
Girl I am 1-3!
1,3 and 4.
Plz make a vdo on lean pcos
omg what if one finds all 4 types , how to fought then?
I am 1 - 4🥲
I was diagnosed 18 months ago at the age of 35, but ‘knew’ I had it for much longer and was avoiding confronting it. My doctor was really helpful and my main concern was not having regular periods which isn’t good because not bleeding can lead to developing abnormal cells in your uterus. I was put on the progesterone only pill and persevered for 6 months until the headaches and constant spotting got too much. I decided to come off it and read some scientific research on supplements that help with PCOS. Here’s what I discovered (note: this is what I read in medical papers and it has worked to improve many of my symptoms. You should always follow proper medical advice and do your own research on reputable cites):
- Cutting out (or majorly down) on dairy was one of the best things I’ve ever done.
Sorry that this comment has gone on forever, but I really hope this advice might help someone : )
I didn’t do all of this overnight, I implemented things over a few years and slowly built up to my routine now. If you change or add one thing to your lifestyle once a month, think what you’ll achieve in a year.
Be safe, be healthy and be happy with who you are ❤️
Thank you so much i hope it will help me
Thank u for this! Im buying all possible supliments i need and herbs, i left carbs aswell and lost 9 kg. I do want children, i hope i will be lucky 🥺
I love dairy but ill cut off anything that will reduce my other issues and help me with my pcos and possible pregnancy.
This is really helpful. Thanks
THANK YOUUUU. I got diagnosed at 17 and trying to work with my body. This really helps

Okay so I'm not even a minute in but I am definitely all four of those types in one
Literally same
Saaaaammmeeee, I just got diagnosed and damn definitely all 4
same i hate number four the most
Same duh
OMG.. so true.. I have all the problems.
I used to have all the symptoms, then I make some lifestyle changes... now I'm number 2☺️☺️ the list of the things I did that change my life and I lose weight.
1) prayer...(2)I drink chamomile tea with apple cider vinegar first thing in the morning on empty stomach..
3) I drink two cups of water an hour after the chamomile tea
4)...I don't go to gym,I do simple workout at home, like walking 10 000 steps just in my room..
8) I drink 3-4 liter of water a day and I drink mints tea twice a day, and I drink chamomile tea mix with a little cayenne pepper and apple cider vinegar and drink it before I go to bed...I pray that all women suffering from pcos will receive healing in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ 🙏 God Bless y'all 💗💗💗🥰🥰
Edit....
Amen 🙏

Type 2 here. You explained my cravings beautifully. Its not lack of willpower, it is a direct result of insulin resistance. Thank you!
Me sitting here like this whole time I’ve been treated like shit for not having will power when really it wasn’t all my fault, feels better but also makes me angry.
I was always blamed for gaining weight from this "cravings" I have always felt so horrible for not being able to resist it.
The best desicion I ever made was getting the ebook Woman’s weight loss secrets: the unspoken truth, it completly changed my life
I see this comment everywhere on a bunch of UA-cam videos. But can never actually find this book
Cutting out sugar, flour, caffeine, alcohol and significantly reducing dairy have really improved my symptoms. Zero cystic pain since!
Definitely about cried after watching this! I felt so alone because no matter who I would tell my symptoms to and how I felt, it was pushed off.

You're certainly not alone girl ❤... there's a whole sisterhood dealing with this
I hate that doctors are not educated enough in this. My doctor completely shrugged off my symptoms.
You’re absolutely not alone! Sad that we have to educate our selves and dive into deeper research on this.
Thank you!

All 4 types 🤦🏻♀️
Symptoms:
No periods
Highly obese
Thick Facial hair/body hair/ hairloss
High blood sugar levels /(hb1ac:7.8)
High blood pressure
Joint pains
Skin tags / dark neck
Sleeping problem
Anxiety/highly irritated
Fatigue

Finding your page has been a game changer in my PCOS journey. Haven’t made any great accomplishments yet, but I’m hopeful I’ll get there.
I worried is it going to get bad with time or it stays like that only?😢
My dearrrs
@@Skin_talkss that’s my worry as well. I’ve noticed my period has gotten worse. I missed my period for 2 months and that’s never happened to me before.
I always say this it effects everyone differently some symptoms are really intense
I was diagnosed and told “you should get on birth control to get your period every month”. That was it. No diet guide. No further information 🤦🏻♀️
I really don't want to have to be on the pill.
Same!
Me too. Wasn't given much info. At all
Same
Omg to be honest as a 14 yr old listening to this knowing i got all of this i almost had a panic attack 😢❤but thanks for the information i know what to do now

I absolutely have the first three. I finally got diagnosed with PCOS in 2020, but suspected I had it because my symptoms started when I was 11. I'm amazed! How easy you guys made it for us to understand. I've 3/4 types and the MAJOR one is the insulin resistance. Thank you for helping me understand what my type is and what should I do to correct it. ❤️

Joint pain 😫 😩
Overeating: ive already worked on this so now i dont eat much again.

I know what you mean, I am at that same place you are at and it's very frustrating
Yeah no matter what we're fucked😂 unless you get vsg then can't enjoy food😢

I also have extreme inflammation and all
Of a sudden developed severe food and environmental allergies.

Just found your videos after realizing I’m probably PCOS. I’ll have to have a doctor look into it but told my mom the symptoms and types and she’s like “all 4 types” … lol I agree though and that’s annoying because I’ve seen these symptoms for 2 years now and the previous doctors all said I was healthy… ugh

I’m guessing high stress removing periods might also be adaptive: if I’m under stress in the wild I definitely don’t have a secure enough environment to have a baby in and even having a period could increase the chances of dying in the short term.

My absolute favorite video on pcos. So simple and explains so much in short form
If you are diagnosed with PCOS, take time and be considerate with your mind and body.
how did it disappear?

I am so happy to find this. Thank you for being the only person who seems to understand pcos and helping me understand it

i want to appreciate DR RORPOPOR HERBAL for giving me back my life again, i was diagnose of PCOS virus after the use of DR Rorpopor herbal medicine i got cured, all thanks to DR Rorpopor herbal I will forever be grateful to DR RORPOPOR HERBAL.......💫💫💫
Look into insulin resitance and glucophage. Since starting glucophage my cycle has regulated
I love how you explain simply and calmly❤
Great explanation, I didn’t know I had it until I went to the doctor, he didn’t explain much, but it’s crazy how now I can understand and life just makes more sense… I will start making changes now!! He didn’t really prescribe me anything he just told me to buy some pills on Amazon that are to regulate hormones, some other thing and pre natal vitamins, I think I’ll go back to a dif doctor.
My Daughter has just been diagnosed with this. I found your explanations very accessible and relatable . I’ll send it to her Thanks
Hello friend have you tried herbal remedy? I got from Dr iyaremoses on UA-cam channel, and am free from hypothyroidism.

I can’t stop crying bc I finally feel so understood
I think I was diagnosed during my teens when I was still in school and I didn't understand any of this at all.
This is so educational and informative I have never seen and I’m totally broken with pcos I’m really struggling to loose weight since 3 years got a plateau tried everything nothing gonna work let’s try this one too
This was really helpful. Thank you. Now I have some more questions to ask my doctor.
Diagnosed with PCOS when I was in my 20's. Feels like I have all of the above.
Oof, the struggle is real. I definitely have multiple PCOS types. Ovasitol has been a game changer and I can’t live without it ♥️ So grateful for your channel, has helped me so much over the years
Hey Cyster, check our IG for the giveaway!!
I see it! I’m so excited and grateful! I replied to the story 😇 How do I go about giving you my info? ♥️
@@PCOSWeightLossI have facial hair on face and etc . And went for bloods and scans
And dunno if got misdiagnose too
I big relate to the crashing after exercises.
I swore I have been insulin Resistance this whole time, but questioning the rest. First Endocrinologist appointment today!! Wish me luck 🙏
Brilliant-my daughter has very high cortisol levels. How do i bring them down? She does HIITT workouts three times a week, long walks twice a week, she has a big belly that doesn't budge! No wheat , gluten, has complex carbs and also intermittent fasting twice a week!
Is it you that wants to get rid of her "big belly?"
How is she doing now?
Why does it feel like i fall in all 4 types 😢
😢 it's ok... I also feel so helpless
I've went gluten and dairy free and feel much better. It's a process but I'm on the right track finally!!!!!!!
And I have inflammation and adrenal fatigue
This is extremely detailed and informative. Thank you so much!
it was hard in the beginning when i discovered i had PCOS.. but all that came to an end after i used DR RORPOPOR HERBAL medication which he💫💫💫💫💫 sent me when i contacted him for help now i am cured completely with no sides effect.

15 seconds in and I know I have all four. But watching the complete video made me realise new things and gave me hope. Thanks Tallene!!
It's really sad that my doctor didn't even inform me that much. She told me to lose weight for treatment but didn't tell me how
Thank you for all the helpful information. Following you guys on UA-cam and Instagram has really helped with my weight loss journey with PCOS.
Wow I’m glad I found this video, you’re such a good teacher❤❤
Me too...My doctor don't care
I’ve known since was 16 had PCOS. I am 36 and just now I’ve had so actual answers and resolutions thanks to you! All doctors would focus on is being pre diabetic but my sugar levels were always fine.
Hello friend have you tried herbal remedy? I got from Dr iyaremoses on UA-cam channel, and am free from hypothyroidism.
Same my doctor was actually surprised I'm not pre diabetic and my labs were all fine. XD But they don't focus on the other issues we're facing.
If I could like this video a million times ? I would ! Thank you so much for all the golden info 😭🥰
i want to appreciate DR RORPOPOR HERBAL for giving me back my life again, i was diagnose of PCOS virus after the use of DR Rorpopor herbal medicine i got cured, all thanks to DR Rorpopor herbal I will forever be grateful to DR RORPOPOR HERBAL.......💫💫💫
Thank you for this video!
i HAVE HAD THIS MY WHOLE LIFE. I THINK I WILL JUST GO THE CARNIVORE DIET..... I SEE LOTS OF GOOD REPORTS ON THAT.....
So this incurable chronic illness is basically just a blessing for us to stay healthy in order to not feel the symptoms. I feel unique ✨
Now this is the most positive thing I've ever heard!
A huge thank you for all the advice and support given 🙏🏽
This was a wonderful explanation!
Yes it’s very correct
Hello how are you doing today
Thank you for posting this video! I haven't found much info for lean women with pcos. Just like everyone else, my doctors just brushed me off after my diagnosis. I need a doctor who will help me.
This is a great video! Seems like I have types 1, 2 and 3. I had been thinking of trying to reduce gluten and dairy for a while and this was confirmation I really should try it. Thank you! X
Hey girl! Thank you for watching! I encourage you to take it one step at a time! I share tons of tips and resources on my IG :)
You should look into the company everlywell. You can test to your gluten sensitivity. It tests for many other foods as well.
I think my paragard copper IUD brought on my PCOS. It causes excessive bleeding which led to tears of depleted vitamin levels which led to hormone imbalance and health issues.
