His book changed my life! I used to have really bad anxiety, until I realized if I die, none of this matters anyways. Ever since then, I've lived my life freely, facing all my fears.
W Author, thank you so much for writing this book and changing my life.

I am a happily married woman now 36 years old with 2 kids... THE BEST PICK UP LINE I ever got was simply ''Hello my name is Dave... I 'm sorry to sound so forward, but I think you are very beautiful... I would love to take you out for coffee or dinner this weekend if you are free''... That is it... If the woman feels like you might be a good match for her, that is all you need to say... Be clean when you say this, and confidence helps (but not entirely needed)... She will sense your energy and if she vibes with you then it will be an automatic yes... Like it was for me.

This. Is one of the best interviews I’ve ever watched in a while. Certainly the best I’ve sat through for this year. Great questions and comments from Jack and Grant. And Mark’s responses were insightful and refreshing, even though I’ve probably heard him articulate the same thing on other podcasts/ in his earlier articles. I didn’t expect to sit through all 2hours of this, but I did and I’m happy I did. Thank you Mark, Jack, and Grant!

Great Conversation! I have found, for myself at least, that the self help content is really an extrapolation from more ancient texts dealing with the nature of reality and the soul. Current physics and quantum mechanics supports this. So to get the full picture you have to go there. The ultimate lesson being that there is no happiness to be found in the always changing physical world. No amount of money, no relationship, nothing will truly satisfy you. You can find pleasure, but that fades. True happiness is found within the permanent unchanging self, found in the thoughtless mind. Jack, once you find that, you won’t care about the girls, which will bring them too you. Graham, once you find that, you won’t be paralyzed by all those feelings of needing to be productive and efficient. My 2 cents from a guy that almost got lost in work and productivity too. Don’t wait until a near death experience or the loss of a loved one to learn this, much love 🤙

Hey, Mark in this video, at 59:26 It is like all throughout our lives we deal with stuff, I lose both parents at early age my stuff gotten stolen my car was stolen my house was broken into and my cats died I lose 3 brothers and one sister in the past I had to face all the not so good things that happen plus how it affect my emotions of loses. Yet, I learn how to handle all of this I am still thankful for life, and I still love to help people regardless of all the tragic things I experience along life journey I think most people experience much pain and losses in life, so I read a quota.
It is not what happens to you but how you handle what happens to you that matters. You appear.
very wise in your young years of life. Thank you for sharing on I.C.H. Video.

You guys used to do deep dives into how your guests operate their businesses/how they make their money/how much money they’ve made (Loved those!💯)….now the video format is more, life advice and how to be happy and relationships and philosophy/values, which is all important but not as great as the nitty gritty stuff that motivates and gets your creative juices/thinking going🤔
