I actually like Jordan man, he’s probably the only youtuber I know that talks everyday with his subs and helps us with creating money online.
This is probably my favorite interview of Jordan. He’s seems so real and kind.
I wish i learnt most of these principles about seven years ago. A lot of people have been trapped strongly in the matrix-- Go to school, get a job, and then slave your whole life. Many miss out on life-changing information that could have great effect on their finances. I played with the stock market sometime in 2020, and I was surprised at how well it turned out. I want to put in $90k more into the market. I heard people are making really great returns despite the downturn. Any recommendations?
Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over $250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look.
It's unfortunate most people don't have such information. I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of information can be a big hurdle. I've been making more than $31k passively by just investing through an advisor, and I don't have to do much work. Doesn't matter if the economy is misbehaving; great wealth managers will always make returns.
*@heathermellon7826* I’ve been down a ton, I’m only holding on so I can recoup, I really need help, who is this investment-adviser that guides you?
Definitely! All of this happened in less than a year after Camille Alicia Garcia told me what to do. I started with less than $100,000, and now I'm about 17,000 short of having a quarter million dollars.
She appears to be well-educated and well-read. I just ran a Google search for her name and came across her website; thank you for sharing.
I really needed to hear this talk today. In the beginning stages of a hard reset, humbling but knowing my idols go through the same exact situations is relieving and motivating
You’ve got this brother!
Bro I was thinking the same thing
appreciate it friend!@@ZachKirk-lg9nr
Jordan is the reason i made $40,000 last year dropshipping. I replaced my job a few years ago with dropshipping ❤
Legend great job !!
nice although im kinda curious with dropshipping what happens if things goes south and you have to abandon the business. would you have been better off building experience and value with work experience in those years you spent dropshipping which would translate to stable and increasing income over time?
@doug138fkazi2n9 no job is stable just like no business is stable
For reals... Feel like the pandemic made this super obvious for the first time.
@anthonycruz789 it's still good now. So many people don't know what they doing. I sell the same stuff other people selling. I just make my site better and better ads and marketing
Yay Jordan!! I’ve been following him for a while and I love how transparent he is about his ups and downs. I always learn something from him.
Jordan, thank you for pointing out that women should not be generalized and saying that you care more a person’s character. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Wishing you continued success in everything you do!
A great podcast to get back into the ICED COFFEE HOUR !! Thanks Lads!
Keep killing it Jordan! 🎉
Nobody can become financially successful overnight. They put in background work but we tend to see the finished part. Fear is a dangerous component, hindering us from taking bold steps we need in other to reach our goals. you have to contend with inflation, recession, decisions from the Feds and all. I was able to increase my portfolio by $289k in months. You have to seek for help in the right places.
This is such an amazing Interview! Very down to Earth
Absolutely inspirational. Brilliance all across the board!
This was great!
“Take less advice” 💥 is the most baller advice! Seriously love that, I’ve been marinating on that concept this past year and listening to my own intuition more - it’s CLUTCH! Hahah freaking love how that rolled off the tongue Jordan. 🙌🔥 Great interview guys!
Jordan is that guy!! Great interview 🙏🏽
only 30 minutes in but i already love this guy. he's got me pumped to do some grinding
0:28 “on this episode of” HIT THE LIKE BUTTON LMFAO
Wow i love this interview I learned alot ❤
Guys, you are so inspiring. Good content. Cheers from the Balearic Islands
Thank you Jordan!
I LOVE ❤️ how Jack was HARDCORE taking notes on how he got the girl!
LETS GOOO J!!!!
Impressed by this young man. Saw him doing those interviews in Wallstreet... a good one.
I like both these guys.
Jordan is a legend, deserves everything he has. Much respect💪🏻
I owe Jack a gift... I'll be back.
Can’t wait!
Hey Jordan, not sure if you will see this, but you are an awesome example for the younger generation. Respectful, intelligent, well spoken, experienced...I'm impressed!
You'd never know by my previous (deleted) comment how much I enjoyed this video, so please accept my sincere apology. You obviously did not need anyone to point that out. Sorry.
Graham looks like he hasn't sleep in 2 weeks😂
I was thinking he looks a bit swollen… possibly dental work?
Doesn't he always look like that
Yeah I'm a little worried ngl
Its tap water 😂
He probably hasn't
Guys, I grew up farming my whole life. Most of the cattle raised for meat are treated very well and very ethically. Most farmers literally have feelings and emotions invested into their cattle. And for milk (not as familiar due to my location), but most of them are good people who really take pride in the way they care for their cattle.
Good ass episode, Jordan is a beast
This guy is the real deal
When he said find someone that you really like and want to replicate - Jordan’s that guy for me 😂
Jordan a 🐐
Jordan's on another level, his acknowledgment of what really matters - what are you building/passionate about, how do you treat those around you and carry yourself - if you can be stellar at these things, nothing else matters as much. Loved this guy.
jordan is the goat
Jordan the 🐐
*Thanks for sharing!*
Been waiting for this one!!!
My favorite Graham advice is avoid income inflation and would you rather have the thing or the money and wait to see whether you actually want it.
Let’s goooo!
the goats are back
Jordan is the biggest g
I agree with Jordan Welch on the tap water. I have not been drinking tap water for over 40 years now.
This guy was a pretty cool guest
Huge w

Graham you’ve been doing great with the collabs and crossovers with the guests lately.
fr tho
Graham and Jack, lets do an experiment with water. I have done this test in Los Angeles, but not in Neveda yet. But I know tap water is not all that good. I used to go all out to distilled my water, because a vegetarian book I own recommends distilled water in all their recipes. Filter makers say you should not take the minerals out of water. The distilled water people, beleive that if a plant has not broken down the mineral that your body is unable to breakdown the minerals. Here is the test. Take a jar, pickle, etc., fill it with tap water, and let it sit for a month or so, and see what floats to the bottom. Do you really want to drink that stuff that floats to the bottom. If nothing floats to the bottom and your water is clear, some times the water will come up cloudy, you have good water. A metal cap will work, but will rust after a long period of time I don't think your tap water is that clean, especially when you see all those water spots on your sinks and bath tub etc. Try this test with you filter water as well if you are using a filter. Have fun with it. Oh! those spots on you sink etc. is a sign of hard water. Double dare you to do this test. I could go further into this but I am not selling anything, the purest water is distilled water.
This young guy is amazing…. How refreshing to see such a level headed/hard working young man’s success!!
As much as a like the diversity of interviews..
please never have Fit/Fresh style of guys on in the future.
“Teaching “ young people a backwards /Andrew Tate style of living 🙄
Way of living life.
Good job Jordan! Continued success!
Thx Graham/Jack for all the great podcasts!
🔥🔥🔥
Still liking
Good guess JordanWelch - great youtube channel as well.
PLEASE Get Manny Khosbin on the show!!! I think yall could draw out so many things out of his story if you sat down for a solid 2 hours with him!!

Jordan ls so mature in many areas in life
1:18:35 this is why I respect Jordan
Great video
Dfkm jack trying to figure out the formula to cuff a girl @ 50:00
I agree with him about the tap water; I drink tap water and I feel like it doesn’t hydrate me, like I’m still thirsty. It really is a weird feeling, my family think I’m crazy and I’m wasting money on water but it just don’t work 😂
LESSS GOOOO
I am an e-commerce coordinator for a company that all we do is acquire other Shopify stores/e-commerce stores and work to build them bigger, it’s crazy
🔥
Its a shame that Graham always values money over experiences. He always looks at it like what his time is worth. You have to take some time to live a little, regardless of the cost
Everyone has their flaws and biasness.
Well there is a reason why he got more than 7+ properties and a bunch of income streams because of savings and having high income skills and now he can enjoy the rest of his life and shi
Loved this episode! Probably will end up watching multiple times. Jordan Welch is such an awesome guy, with a great come up story!
Ive seen Miami tap water come out green.
I like this kid.
I met Graham at Jordan's networking event
Glad to see Jordan on the pod. I've been a big fan of his for a while now 💯
I kept saying I never wanted roommates and I finally tried it and it was terrible and I tried it again and it was horrible and it’s one of my biggest regrets. It wasn’t worth it. I’d rather have a crappy place to myself than sharing a crappy place with crappy people. I knew myself.
I like how the title "How To Actually Get Rich In Your 20s" It would nice to hear how to retire in you 20's.
Be a little realistic maybe or use your head a bit there’s very few ways to do that
By your 20s you’ve barely worked. Why are you thinking about retiring lmao
Isn’t just everyone selling courses these days whether they have achieved what they claim or it? Sell you a dream, buy my course and help you achieve it
No EFFING way Graham is still drinking TAP WATER 😭
he could never spend money on evian or polish springs 🤣
He wasn't wrong. Might be different in other areas, but the water we get in LA/LV is clean. Pretty much all comes from the mountains and the pipes are well maintained. Jordan lives in Miami, so I'm assuming they're drinking ground water.
Colorado and Sierra Nevada. Most water bottle companies use the same source. Unless you're importing it. Like I mentioned probably different in Miami.
Finally got an update on how much the podcast has made!
Thank you for introducing me to Jordan. He is super smart, humble and ambitious. Subscribed to his channel and cannot wait to watch all the videos
W jordan
Graham doesn’t realize that Vegas had decided to recycle its toilet water and reuse it. Now I’m not sure if that “recycled” water is used as tap water but I would double check. 😅
some fail to do one thing right which is INVEST. I made my first million from stocks basically using an FA so i invested and re-invested my profits...i also acquired large amount of high-quality dividend-paying stocks too that gives me a solid base of passive income.ever grateful to Lisa Rosa Cavanagh , two years now and she still surprises me
damn that’s goals! I’d be hyped to get to that level
I did read about Lisa Rosa Cavanagh, quite a great resume she has
there are a lot i wish i knew when i was younger. Great work
Did a quick web search, she has a pretty decent bio, I wrote her and I'm waiting on her reply.
Hey can y'all do a follow-up interview with the Fiverr freelancer? I'm really interested to see how AI has changed her career - for better or for worse
Bro he’s from fort myers let’s go!
W jordan. straight killer!
Enjoy!
It’s been a long time but…
Current calculated yearly salary of the podcast: $125,127.48. If the podcast was someone working a 40 hour week every week it would be making $60.16 per hour. That also translates to $14.28 of passive income every hour…. plus sponsors 😉
with sponsors its around 1.1m
Luke belmar needs to teach graham abt that tap water😂
Need to get Jaysse Lopez on here! His story is a great one and he’s in Vegas too
love your podcast I listen to all the new episodes
❤
grant drinks tap water 🤣
I recommend metal gear solid 1 and 2, and 3 lol amazing games. God of war 1, 2, 3 are amazing as well. Kinda up your ally too. Betrayal of higher ups, and corruption lol 😊
This was a really good interview - nice to hear your story Jordan. All the best mate!
Graham you already know this… lineman make up to 400k a year. 250-300k in Chicagoland area. My career has officially made me a millionaire.
How? They make like 80k in missouri
This finance stuff has been such a binge, I always try my hardest until I achieve my goals so this is just another long term goal
Good luck and blessings brazza
I can confirm that is not what happens when you milk a cow 😂
do the [ETHICAL] version next!
My BS meter is off the charts
@ 01:19:00 So refreshing to see someone at his age who has figured out money and what's really important.
Please I beg for proper TIMESTAMPS 🙏
All in description! No idea why it’s not populating to the video.
Been watching Jordan and Graham for years… its only right I get the popcorn for this one 👀 🍿
