Ross, I literally LOL’d at the milk scene 😄
Excellent. Haha it's fun doing stuff a bit more funny stuff. Thank you for watching.
Great idea.
Thanks
You are welcome. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Good day eh!!! It's nice to have a box on board the tractor. The ammo box seems to be the go to thing for this. Your's is nice as you can reposition it to inside the ROPS. Nice job!!! Take care!!!
Thanks Mike. Yes having options to move it around are important. I can even out it on the opposite side if needed.
Very nice setup, I like the way you have mounted it and the ability to change it to the inside, great one. You had me rolling around on the floor laughing over the milk lol
Haha, thank you glad it made you laugh. Thank you for watching, and yes movability was important.
Good video. I got ;my BX23S in 2017 and one of the first things I knew i needed was a tool box. I mounted mine in the same spot you did. I built an entire frame and an angle iron bottom for the box to fit in. I did not want bolt heads on the inside. Mine might be a little over built but who cares. I really like how you made it to flop over to the other side. I never thought of that. I also get 4-6" of snow a year on a wet year and never all at once. No plowing. I welded some little tabs inside of box a few inches down and made a plywood, lift out tray. So the hand tools dont get buried under everything else. It looks like you enoy your BX as much as I do mine. Keep the videos coming.
My moto is, if it's worth doing, it's worth overdoing! Haha. That's a really good idea puting the tray inside. I may do that, and being able to swap it from outside to inside is very helpful. We get lots of snow, check out some of my winter video's. I do enjoy this tractor. Thank you for watching.
Nice job on the tool box setup. Great option to put it on the inside when you clear snow. I used to like to drink milk not anymore!!! LOL ; ) Thanks Ross!!! And thanks for talking about the Box blade pins. Can't wait to see your spin on the idea : )
I will be making the pin video closer to winter when I switch my implements for winter.
Nice Ross! Looks very handy and you can mount it on both sides, even better! MILK! 😱
Haha! Thanks. It is very handy.
Nicely Done, Ross! Did the same - also from Princess Auto - But mounted mine on the inside of the ROPS to save space!
Thank you. I'll be switching mine back inside to save space for winter. Have a good weekend.
Good evening mon ami, That ammo Box is very well installed 👍🧐 Very funny about the milk 🤣👍 Your tool box is missing a hammer and round pounch for pushing the schear pine out stuck in the middle 🧐🤣👍 Ask me why mon ami 🤣👍 Great video informative fun video Sir Cheers 🍻👌😊
Good catch! Yes the hammer and punch are being used on my son's car, but will put back in before winter! Thank you very much for watching.
Barb and I watched this together and absolutely died laughing over the part with the milk. Well done Ross. Thanks for the belly laugh. Full watch and a big thumbs up!
Well thank you I'm honored. Happy to make people laugh. Much appreciated. 👍
Great idea Ross, I found your channel the other day watching Ed's live stream. Great channel you have here. I haven't had a chance yet to tackle the tool box on my B2301. I'll have to keep this in mind. Keep up the great work. Take care and all the best. Kyle
Thanks Kyle, nice to meet you and, thank you for checking out my channel glad you are here. I do like the placement and usability of the ammo box. That's for sure. I may add a second one to the other side to hold chains, whenever I get around to picking some up. I always associate chains with tractors but I haven't picked any up yet 😀
😳😂 Milk 🥛 😂🤢. The support bracket is a good idea because the metal on those boxes are flimsy. Can’t wait to see the new and revised MJA version of the scarifier pins on the BB 🙂🙋🏼♂️👍🏻
Ya he did a good job on the revised pins! Like the milk? Amazing what you find in there.
💥 Awesome that you can flip it for the seasons. Great video!
*Keep on tractoring!* 😁👍
Yes important to be able to flip it when needed. Thanks for watching
That’s a nice setup! I think on the bx2380 being mounted on the outside would be the only option because of the narrow rops. But at the same time being outside would be fine because it probably wouldn’t stick out passed the width of the tractor. Is that 2 BMW’s in your garage? We have a 1990 325I that my uncle bought new, excellent running car still.
Looks like others are looking to see if something similar will work in their machines. So I'm sure something will work.
Yes 2 bmw, they are my son's cars, silver is his project car with all the best parts and the black one is his winter beater that's in need of work so it's on the lift. There are some other videos that we mention them a bit, but nothing substantial.
Lol, you can keep the sour milk. Every time I go to princess auto they're sold out of the ammo cans.
I find it's hit or miss with finding them here as well, I have some really large ones as well, but too big to mount realistically on the Kubota. Thanks for watching!
Hi Ross, do you think this ammo box installation is adequate to store chains? Or do you have a different method?
BTW I’m loving my new BX23S! I did a summers worth of back breaking work in a couple days! I didn’t even break a sweat. 👍🏼
Thanks for the videos.
This is definitely strong enough to hold chains! ( Just don't own any yet.) But with the support I added the rops will definitely be strong enough. They are amazing. Nice to get projects done!
I really like your tool box mount, I think I will be doing mine very similar.
Totally awesome being able to remove it, and swap it inside or outside. It's perfect. Thank you for watching.
I think we talked about those ROPs holes when you and I were at Luc’s house. I forgot to see if I have those on my BX25D. Will check and advise 😂 you’re darn tootin’ we’re built different in Canada!!!
Ya check and see, we could have checked on Luc's as well. Yes we are! Thanks for watching.
Watch out for my next video buddy … it’s all about Ross’ tip … 😂
I'm already on your page clicking refresh!!!
