    With your knees and hips bent up to 90 degrees place a dowel in behind your knee and then place the other end of the dowel in front of the other knee. Pull and push your knees into the dowel resisting the movement. Contract for 5 seconds and repeat 3 times.
    🔵 Technique 2: Hip Abductor Activation Adjustment
    With your knees and hips bent to a 90 degree position place your palms on the side of your knees. Push your knees out against your palms resisting the leg motion and contract for 5 seconds. Repeat this exercise 3 times.
    🔵 Technique 3: Hip Adductor Activation Adjustment.
    With your knees and hips bent up to 90 degrees. Put two fists together and place inside your knees. Squeeze your fists for 5 seconds with your knees. Perform this exercise three times.
