What kind do you have these things are so expensive that hypervault hypervolt whatever it is that thing is like $400 it literally has no freaking carrying case did I bought one for 52 bucks that retails for $100 I got it on eBay it's The sharper image one it has a case and everything and a case for the attachments

The fork attachment is not for along the spine. You can dp severe damage doing that!
That is not true. You do not want use it on the spinous process but it is completely save to use along the erector spinae muscles.
