Will this help get a protruding side back in? My chiropractor hasn't been able to and I'm trying to get rid of lingering continuous hamstring and glute pain
Oh boy my sacrum ‘goes out’ sometimes, and nothing I did short of going into a chiropractor to get it put back would fix it, until I tried your first exercise today! Instant relief! Thank you!
I tried those exercises yrs ago for SI joint misalignment and it corrected nothing. There are exercises specific to the painful side which help align it better than simply doing the same ones on each side
Your videos and advice are super helpful! I have a pinching muscle sensation in my groin and long lasting pain in my lower back for 3 years now, I think it's to do with my SL joint and hip flexors. I can go down the stairs but not up the stairs. Would you advise strengthening of SL and hip flexors to get rid of this terrifying pain? Many thanks.
I did a yoga move where I balanced on my sit bones with my ankles up in the air with my hands helping hold my ankles up. I held here, move backwards to sitting on my sacrum. It popped and moved forward. It was great.
Thanks for these demonstrations. I already do some of them. I have a job where I sit at a desk all day answering phones and don't have time to get up and walk around except when I have to use the restroom. My office is very short staffed so there's no one else to help me with my workload. By the end of the day I'm exhausted and don't have energy to exercise. I get home and fall asleep because I'm so tired. What are some things I could do to strengthen my glutes and that whole area to avoid low back and SI joint problems, which I currently have now?
Thanks for the explanation and clear instructions. Recovering from a shoulder injury and navigating some compensatory patterns in my back/hips. My PT sent me this and I'm feeling much better. "The hip bone's connected to the ... shoulder bone..." :)
Do you have any suggestions for scoliosis? I have it on my right lower spine, and am now experiencing left side sciatic pain, possible peraformis syndrome but definitely unbalanced pelvis
More people have this issue than you may think. I would love to see a video for one hip dropped more than the other. Anything on uneven hip issues would be popular in my opinion. Great suggestion.
The problem is.. My injury, I tore my hamstring same side.. and had back fusion. So I am trying. Down to the SI joint movement.. just painful still. Working with a SI belt.. trying to avoid surgery
I just came to say THANK YOU! I did these exercises and during the second exercise I felt a small pop and then instant relief! 🎉
I did the first stretch ONCE and it helped immediately. I'll be doing these daily. Thanks so much for sharing these.

Jeff I need help lol my neck is causing headache what can I do I have RA
I do stretch nothing happens.on floor.i do lunge.
Make sure you’re doing it properly, even if you go super slow. Always stretch a tad more than the last stretch. You’ll see improvements.
Cool kicks
Appreciate this.

Fantastic. I used my bathroom scale to do the first one. 100% better
