    These 15 minute workouts are great! They are perfect for a daily regimen. I can't find any other videos quite like yours. The length is perfect for me as a beginner. I have seen a lot of gains since starting these back in June. I love your approach, the simultaneous guided and demonstrated, tandem work from you both. Any plans to do more? I love the timer and pace, no music and helpful tips; it really shows your skills off!

    Can this workout be done at home with a TRX door mount? This video shows a much higher attachment point.

    Great training. I use this regularly now for leg workouts and am beginning to add other exercises at the end. One suggestion: perhaps consider not feeling you have to fill every second with speaking. It’s distracting sometimes. Thanks.

    Could you do this using the trx with a door? and not hanging at the big machine gym, I think 90% do it at home using a door

      Yes, you can do every one of these exercises with your TRX hanging from a door!

    Great quality as usual compressed in 15 min. Would be great if you could make them a bit longer, 30 min or so, and throw in some kettlebells, slam or medicine balls! Obviously would be very nice if you can manage to raise the quantity of the exercises as well, but no pressure!

      You could just repeat the workout to get closer to 30 minutes.

    These are all great routines, except when one’s kneecaps are shot. Years of running on asphalt roads has destroyed my patella, so, I cannot do lunges or squats and need to look at another way to exercise the lower body. This system is great for the upper body, and better than the gym machines, but I’m still trying to figure out how to include the lower body without pain. That said, it works so well for the upper body, it’s worth the investment for use at home or on the road.

    Is TRX easier on the low back?

      TRX is very low impact. A lot of exercises can be performed not having to get onto the ground. A lot of exercises will help strengthen the core which will help protect the back.
