    Sir, your last point of view is fabulous.
    That every action of our creates a brand value of us in the world around. While people do stuffs or things unconsciously.
    But, in the corporate world, being conscious of our actions builds our brand accordingly.
    Thank you sir for your wise advices.

    In the end, remember corporate success is no real success, it's just a place where you trade your time and skills for better remuneration, in India, corporate culture is relatively new and so people attach a lot of ego and attachments to corporate titles and so called success, never be in awe of corporate success stories, they are too shallow, try to be a great human being first and hv skills that can be monetized, hv an entrepreneurial mindset even when ur working in corporates, and never lose sleep over corporate awards or titles, they are a trap, be liberated through entrepreneurship or sound long term investments, that's where true happiness lies, remember wealth is about having control over your time, money is time, it's not the other way

    Sir , requesting you to share your insight on what to do when a company is good but manager is not supportive or doesn't want you to grow . What to do when manager is prioritizing other person over you .

    • @srigowriswarna
      @srigowriswarna Рік тому

      @introvertexplorer1654
      It's simple. Please do the below.
      1) First talk to your manager with an open heart means you need to forget you and discuss as a third person like a judge. Listen his views and accept anything honestly if required
      2) Please discuss with any other team member only if you feel worthwhile otherwise it's will back fire. I am not panic you just alerting
      3) Finally please discuss with skip level manager or even further. Yes once you reach this stage, please be prepared for any consequences
      4) Please be spiritual means whatever is going to happen will happen and vice versa. You will be always blessed and taken care of so far. Please develop an attitude of going with the flow.
      Hope this helps 🙂🙂🙂
      Cheers
      Sowmi

    This is the reason I am proposing below.
    1) Establish first, second and third level of connections based on your frequency and visibility of your daily work to others. This should be done by the company for every single employee.
    2) a new performance review by your team across above connections instead of one manager. They need to view for your Target roles and promotions etc.
    The above is not as save as your so called useless name sake 360 degree review exists in only books.
    3) Companies need to establish roles vs natural strengths mapping and give priority to those while hiring.
    This solves many issues in corporate office
    Please revert.

Now due to politics given 3/5 rating and mentioned, if ur performance is low u need to come back in six months. The person TL in onsite will come here if I have to go there, and he is escalating minute things to Non-technical manager. Please tell me how to overcome this?

      This is a common strategy used to retain people for their benefit. Always have in written email for any promises they make. If no benefit or growth, try upskilling and again put paper and move on. Think like they don't deserve good talent like you and simply move on..
