I love it when the parents flip off at Jo about being bossed around when THEY called HER for help, it's so funny to me.
I've noticed that in other episodes, too. Parents will get angry and argumentative with Jo for criticising their parents and I'm sitting there, thinking "Well, then, what did you call her in for?!"
And yet they wonder why their own children do it to them 😂
It's the same deal with Gordon Ramsay and "Kitchen Nightmares" tbh
Same here others shows like bar rescue and shows
Change is hard for most people but these episodes are fast-paced and not every piece of advice you're given however solicited , you're going to take on board.
If you’re going to argue, and fight with Jo about everything she says, and does, then why call her? These parents fight the change more than their children do.
I wonder if they're hoping they'll be told they're doing everything right and that it's just their kids.
@@analyticalchick3064 I think you’re right. That’s probably exactly what they’re hoping.
Exactly, stop wasting her time when she could be helping another family that needs her help more.
Jo put the Nanny spell on the Mom. LOL
Because the parents each think Jo will come in and blame their partner for it all, praise them, and somehow make things different and better withput them changing
We have been following all her tips since our child was born, and let me tell you. We have raised the best well behaved, smart chil. We are thankful n so proud
That's great ❤
Same here.
Me too with my second child
What ?? learn to be normal??
😂😂
you know what, i think something in the 2000’s made us love british folk yelling at us. Between Gordon Ramsey and Jo Frost, i’m convinced
That's hysterical😮 30:29
Spare the cane and spoil the child😂 old fashioned uk rule😂
😂😂😂
In South Africa we call them Ama2000 they give you hell. They have answer for each and every thing. They lack respect this kids the 2000 babies 👶 I have one
@@Gamer_Wolf19 For my (religious) family, it was spare the rod, spoil the child. So we would basically go to hell if they didn't hit us...😮💨
No wonder those kids are so bold. Mother herself has an attitude.
Exactly. She asked for help, if she gets it, she is very angry. 😂😊
That's where the kids get it. From the parents.
I thought exactly the same! But it's good for them that they've listened to Jo at all!
Her Life is Hell about now.😂😂😂
She was overwhelmed. Natural human emotion
You said your child ‘IS the BOSS’. That’s your problem, right there.
Omg grow some balls they aren’t your friends they are your responsibility be the boss!
the mom says she thinks it's "totally maddening" to have someone come in and completely change the way she and her family lives, yet she's the one who called jo in, to change the way her family lives to improve their family dynamic??? the mom's logic is so messed up here
U need to go To my sisters house her kids are worse then this if u take their iPads away
And what mom and dad are doing doesn't work.
And the mother was all over the place before Jo came
Because they want to think the problem lies with their kids, instead of their parenting
I was confused also. The parents fight the change because they don't like it. The kids fight becuse it's new. It's crazy
Why is everyone judging the mother? It's not that she has an attitude, she is on edge and exhausted. She apologized every time.
I relate to this mom so much. Overstimulation, fatigue, trauma responses and trying to be more intentional and gentle with my kids while missing the balance with discipline. I admire the way she turned it around! So wonderful!
Discipline will always suit the kids better than 'gentleness'! Wanting your kids to like/love you the MOST is wrong. They will always love you the most-so do the right thing! Holding them down for X-rays or stitches- Brave Strong Parents are what our littles need & want!
Didnt realise this was just posted💀 I love supernanny. Teaches me thing to use when I have kids in the furture.

Never spoil your child into believing rules don't apply to him.
I was going to say parenting classes should be required but since this mom's prior job was to teach parenting classes then I guess not.🙄
😂😂😂
What?! I'm only watching the submission reel and already know that would be the blind leading the blind! 😅
Apply what your teaching others to your own life
@user-kd6fx1fd8y Yeah, but not so sure she had any idea what to be teaching others in the first place though 😐
😂👍🥂
Ok- I grew up in the 60's and 70's - you had 2 choices for meals - TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT! If you didn't like what mom made, you went to bed hungry!! There was no "I want something else!" And you didn't get up from the table until you were excused. We took our plate to the sink after it was scraped off. And we washed the dishes - one of us was assigned to wash the dishes, one was assigned to dry, and one to put the dishes away!! If I spoke to either of my parents the way that brat was screaming at his mom, I'd be knocked into next week - if I talked back to my parents, I would wake up in another time zone!!
I grow up in the 80's and 90s, I was the same.
If I didn't finish my dinner it was there fir me when I got up in the morning. Lol. I'm 42 this year and I'd still not talk back to my parents.
It's shocking the way children are these days.
That's how I was brought up to
Same here... no such thing as picky eaters in our family 😂
Yay for discipline that ACTUALLY WORKS!!!!
Same here. @@sumysharpe
Discipline starts from day one. We HAVE to stop ignoring and discipline up front.
Day 1? Please. Hello child protective services. I'm assuming you didn't mean disciplining babies fir crying and " misbehaving"
Exactly
It's amazing that people have child after child when they can't parent one.
+ them being so close in age
Its not thats she cant parent. The kids are healthy and happy. There is no violent parents or starving kids. Your words ar much to harsh. She is just struggling and asking for help to improve the family life even more.
And lecturing her while not even knowing them well isnt helping anyone.
Why have THREE kids if you couldn't take care of the first and second one? And she did parent education and anger management for kids?!!!!!! WOW
Could be unplanned
It's called CONTRACEPTION!!!!
@@monicap5071 Contraception in Florida?? LOL
@@amyj4438 What's the joke? I don't get it. I'm from Australia.
@@monicap5071it’s very bold of you to assume every woman has the same access to healthcare as you. Many us states prohibit the use of contraceptives, and other preventative methods are also illegal sometimes. I’m from the uk so it doesn’t apply to me but it would be wise of you to educate yourself on womens rights around the globe
I don't agree with timeout for not eating, if they don't eat it then they don't have anything until next mealtime, simple.
I had to scroll wayy too far to see these commets.
Yh it doesn’t encourage autonomy
That's how it works in daycare and school. It's good practice not to give multiple options.
I agree. The kids also had so much food on their plate. Smaller portions would be less overwhelming.
The child made it about it running the show. Including eating-commonly children in unstable environments will take control over their food negatively.
Just watched the short of the mom rolling her eyes at Jo, so i came straight to the video!!
Same
Ditto
Yes ❤
Me too 😂
The parents are the problem
To be honest, I think these comments are too hard on this mom. She was clearly very overwhelmed and while her defensive reactions aren’t going to help her, it’s understandable. She seems like she wasn’t fulfilled with the path she chose and it shows.
Controlling kids isn’t actually that hard , Parents have done it for millennia , I’ve zero sympathy for pathetic mothers like this
You know i will give this mom some credit she was trying to implement super nannys techniques when they werent working for her (cause she was doing them poorly) she reached out for support. I wish she kept that attitude the entire video tho.
yeah I doubt it helped when she got no credit for trying was just told she was an utter failure. She tried. Didn't do it right but she tried.
She just wanted to be on TV.
They don't show this truth of having kids often. The constant screaming and crying and lack of sleep ,the mess, and worrying.
Yeah but that house is spotless. She spends the time they're down for cleaning I bet you. No breaks for her!
And The Suoer Nanny, who by the way never had any child herself, called her disorganized?
No matter how many times old episodes of Supernanny and Gordon Ramsay gets put up with different titles, I will be here to rewatch them. 😂
Same
Me too😂😂😂😂😂😂
Different titles😂
I can't understand how parents leave it until it gets to this. You start as soon as they are able to understand.simple orders.
It's the part where she asks Mum where did you learn that technique, and Mum responds "from your show"
fr like are you sure...
...for me
The techniques work if you follow through.
Gosh, Daniel blossomed the moment she could do something for herself. ❤
I love how the dad is leaning into imaginative play with the boys!
The baby is on her way learning the Scream .
People are so afraid of disciplining their kids these days. They need some guidance.
This is old I seen it when I was I high school and I been out for 13 years I believe I was 15 or 16 now 31
Facts! I feel like so many parents let an iPad raise their child and then wonder why they have so many issues! Blah!
Cause the dumb cys and everything everyone is scared anymore yk
Y'all are blaming the mother, but she was totally overwhelmed, so the emotional response made sense. I respect how much she tried and changed.
She’s not that overwhelmed that she manages to get her make-up on perfectly every day , You don’t know the meaning of overwhelmed and neither does she
I think she's just on "auto-pilot", but realizes that isn't gonna work any more. Change is hard.
Why do these people have so many children so close in age? Parenting can be challenging with one let alone 3!
I heard it’s get it over with
Free education ehich almost everyone uses
Ok so I had insomnia , still do. And I could never nap at all. Hated when people got mad at me for not sleeping cause no matter what I did I couldn’t
“Can I ask you where you learned this technique?” The shade! 😂
My middle kid normally just needs alone time for about 30 minutes and she good. Some days she lays on the sofa and sleeps. But normally the alone time is all she needs.
20 minutes in I find the mother more badly behaved than the children
She’s exhausted and overwhelmed
L mother
She needs to keep them occupied! Tasks and hobbies. Teach them how,
Momma is argumentative.
mom doesn't like being bossed around but yet she calls her for help 🤦♂
She’s overwhelmed
I am getting an ulcer watching this family and these kids that are outrageous
If Carl doesn’t like the food then don’t eat it and don’t have any
That's cruel, and you know it.
@@jennawebb4225It's not cruel. If hungry eat. Or don't. Period.
oh its maddening when she comes in and tries to change the way you live.....LOL YOU ASKED HER TO COME AND DO JUST THAT!!!
AND HER DISRESPECT! i would've taken my british heiny out of there
Too many kids too close together. What were they thinking?!
*were they thinking....not "where"
@@Poeticfloetic 😱. I corrected that. 👍
I can totally relate to this mum. She probably has undiagnosed adhd it seems like it and i have it to. Constantly overwhelmed and overstimulated by the children. It is genuinely difficult at times... although i have gotten better with discipline there are still some days i get thrown off and it just becomes too much again and i have a 3 and 5 year old
OMG!! I wanted to say this same thing! I see so much of myself in this mom and I can see how she's frustrated, wants something for herself, is trying to "DO IT ALL" and feeling like she's under water. I feel for her, but all these years later, I hope they all are doing well. I got diagnosed last year and has brought clarity to everything around me. I give myself way more grace and try to enjoy my sons now.
@@clancycreationsabsolutely not? they’re extremely different disorders, and one is also used to describe unfavorable personality traits
Agreed
So why having 3 kids when you have adhd??
Thank God someone said it!! I also guessed that she might have undiagnosed ADHD which makes parenting even harder
Absolutely terrible parenting. Effective discipline is non existent. Thank goodness for super Nanny.
3 yr olds are starting to drop naps and only sleep an hour. Resting their body is what is important
I cant stand the disrespect from mom. Her kids are awful & out of control. She asks for help & does not listen to experts. Does not even try. I would leave & tell her to get some other help. How can she improve when mom knows everything?
It's very interesting to me how most parents in these episodes don't have any rules or any discipline techniques in place but these people do. Not only that but the mom watched Supernanny episodes AND taught child anger management & parent education classes?! It just shows how important proper execution of the techniques is & retaining the important information you learn. Great episode & lessons!
Wow. Those “excuse me” from Jo is sending meeeeeeee 😂😂😂 lmaooo

"After lunch it was sleep time"
Me; great idea Jo! 😂
Don't agree with punishing kids about food. If my kids don't want to eat, they just don't. That's it.
Agree
Why, oh why, oh why do you ALLOW that kid to screeeech and scream? Out of control. And YOU allowed it to happen.
Depends what you can cope with, I guess. I CANNOT do screaming.
The Sleepingroom should' nt be the naughty room. Sleeping isn't naughty .
It’s a spare bedroom
She taught parents on how to handle children?! Girl…
OMG! My children never EVER behaved like that EVER...My husband travelled heaps so mainly me being the parent. This is unbelievable!
I like the fact that these parents were respectful to one another and had each other’s back. Jo didn’t have to yell at them about how their fighting was impacting the kids.
Mom is asking Jo for help but, unwilling to follow her suggestions
No expert just saying - why give picky kids steak broccoli and polenta? I'm all for everybody eating the same thing, I'm all for broccoli and polenta but maybe give it later on when the kids have learned to explore and enjoy new colours and textures. For the moment, why not let them have the colours and shapes they like and more importantly get them involved in some way with the preparation of the food they are about to consume.
That dinner situation makes me feel sick. I feel so sorry for this child.
Jo seems pissed at this mom. Like she called for help so she knows ahe needs it.
20:58 mom needs to chill the past few seconds lol
Ikr why she ask for help if she's not gonna listen?
@@CoolWolfGamer0925 like I understand the mom is frustrated, but going at Jo, the one who’s here to help, isn’t going to do anything positive lol.
@@glitteredbrat Yeah Cause Her Actions Was Just Acting Up And Childish lol
I always loved this show, I wish it had been around when I was raising my kids.
These videos make me even more happy that i chose to be child free!!
My child was NOTHING like these little monsters. Be happy with your decision not to have any children, but don’t think that parenthood just looks like this! It does NOT just happen! My child, my husband and I decided what kind of home we had, and my son would no sooner act like this than he would have gone to the moon. Kids are products of their environment. Period.
My kids used to ask if they could leave the table. Now my grandkids do the same.
Nowadays they don't sadly
Supernanny is an icon
Why is dad sitting there eating when mum is running after the kids?
That sweet little baby saying Jo Jos name broke me.
Me too ❤🥰 and the smile when she said JoJo... so precious
That baby can feel her tension and needs quiet and calm
Jo should just walk out! Ok, put up with the screaming monster youv created if you'd prefere to not acknowledge Jo's expertise
I just dont get how parents have so little discipline control and resoect!
Where do these kids learn to talk to their mom that way? One of the parents.
You can't let kids take control the parents need to be in control.
She needs to let those kids walk & stop carrying them all the time.
Yuk. Force feeding cold broccoli
20:29 if he really needed that nap he would’ve been asleep. Resting is still very important so just stay with ur time schedule…
I love Jo but that woman would roll her eyes at me and I’d be like “I’m sorry, who called whom? You wanna unroll them eyes Miss Thing?”
If your going to argue with Jo then there was no point in calling her in the first place
"having someone else come into your house and change the way your living is maddening" thats what you want jo to do?
I can’t help but wonder where the 1year old was the whole time? One year olds are very demanding and require almost constant supervision.
Left in the crib probably
Yes it doesn't make any sense and the house is too big to hear them if crying etc
I am grateful for this episode. If I ever need someone in her line of work, I know she is all talk and sucks at her job. (Danielle, not the nanny)
Pets. I love my pets.

Shame no this mom is overwhelmed. And I completely get it. Especially the nap time routine part of it. I've also allowed myself to get very frustrated over the years when my child would not nap
I didn’t nap. Then my mom realized I didn’t needed it. So she took out the afternoon nap and let me play peacefully by myself. I was known to be fully awake in the morning and go to sleep easily at night. She never forced me. She just listened to my needs.
I’m less than 5 minutes in and I can tell the kids are pretty bored….the house is not homely at all…no pictures on the walls, it looks like it was just built and that nobody actually lives there.
Some people just dont like certain foods, forcing them to eat certain things when they will eat other things is crazy
I agree to some extent. I’m 19, and my parents taught me the “no thank you” bite. When meal prepping, they always had one or two things they knew we liked and would eat and then one new food. We were supposed to take at least one bite. If we didn’t like it, we could say “no thank you” and eat the other things provided. I eat almost anything now, I’m grateful my parents raised me that way
@@phoenixnystrom7532 yes that's the recommended way of introducing food but imagine if they specifically made something you hated with nothing else 🤢
